I wanna start off by saying I don’t normally write reviews. I’ve been in the market for a car for about 5 months now. I’m 24 and want to build my credit. I’ve done several inquiries and I knew my credit was not fit for a dealership. Came here and service was friendly and realistic. They were able to do in-house finance because all the banks denied me immediately. (which I knew would happen) They report to all three credit bureaus which is great because some places do not and you’re left paying a note and it doesn’t benefit you in the long run. I am driving off in. 2017 Nissan rougue with 28,000 miles and I put 4,500 down. Realistically I know that wasn’t a big down payment considering the vehicle I was left with. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase and I’m happy with my new vehicle. I highly recommend. I was helped by Pedro and Alan. I will keep you guys updated!!!

All bad reviews are correct...the car i bought was 2015 and came with bad tires and a bad battery... we had to replace all of that out our pocket..then when we were buying the car i told him exactly what we could afford for the down payment and when we were signing papers after being there for 4 hours getting the run around on the price he asked if i could pay the rest of the down payment in a couple of weeks..then they called us asking us to lie to the finance company saying the car was worth MORE than it was...place is a RIP OFF!!!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB... i hope they get caught up real soon!

this place is a joke. the sales man wanted me to put a down payment on a car he did not even tell me my monthly payments on, the interest, or how much the car was even worth. when I told him this he said oh we wil take care of that later when u sign....ummm no that's not how this works. got the run around with him till I finally walked away form him and left. he was more worried about if I was single and if I ever had a friend with benefits. smh. wish I could put no stars but I had to put at least one to post.

Don't ever purchase from Houston Car Sales, their Manager and staff sucks. They are very unprofessional and unknowledgeable regarding business. I never missed a payment and my Insurance paid the vehicle off. When I tried to get more credit somewhere else, I found out that they had reported me being 30 days late with a payment times 3. This reduced my credit score for a whole year. I would not recommend them to my CAT or DOG.

Drive 45 minutes just to be ran in circles by the salesman. Had to almost make the man angry just for him to verbally tell me the interest rate on the vehicle I was trying to finance. Should be one of the first things laid on the table. Then wanted to get an attitude like I wasted his time when if I would have gotten the info I asked for up front it would have saved us both hours. WASTE OF TIME.

Thanks to Mannie fresh and the entire Houston Car Sales Inc team I was able to pull up in an uber and drive off in my preowned new car!!!!! The customer service was fantastic and everyone in house gave me world class service... I came in with a price range in mind and the sales team worked within my budget... I'm a very satisfied customer and I WILL do business with them again.... P
