I just cannot say how kind, efficient, thoughtful and patient Joseph the owner/pharmacist is and that includes his Assistant Nicole. Joseph has gone way beyond what you would expect from your pharmacist. His expertise is top notch and you will be well cared for if you require medical assistance/prescribe medication that pharmacists are able to provide today. Joseph was making sometimes weekly Med deliveries after work to my elderly dementia Mom. She would forgetfully phone him 3-5x about her meds but Joseph would always be so kind and respectful to her and say to us “that’s ok, I understand “. Hamilton is so fortunate to have Joseph and Nicole take care of you with all aspects of what you do not find anywhere else in a pharmacy. The new location across from the Sheraton Hotel’s Starbucks is quite large and very easy to access.

This pharmacy is truly a gem! Kind, knowledgable, smart and funny, too - Joe is an asset in your health care team. Nicole, his assistant, is a diligent, careful, sweet and fun woman, who goes the extra mile to make sure her clients' needs are met. Whether it's making prescription refills go a bit smoother, or helping us through the pandemic, this pharmacy is like stepping into the past where people really cared about other people, and where people know you by name, and cared to remember it. Thank you for being such awesome humans!

My husband has been using this pharmacy for a few years, and even after we moved out of the neighborhood, he goes out of his way because the customer service provided by this team is second to none. They are incredibly friendly and always do what they can to help. They are always happy to spend time on the phone or asking questions, and they have even be as nice to deliver a prescription when we were in a pinch. Wonderful people! Highly recommend.

Joe and Nicole are the best! I work in the offices above, and have been going there for years to have my prescriptions filled. Joseph and the pharmacy techs that help him (I only know of Kayla and Nichole, if there are more, forgive me for leaving you out) are fantastic. Very polite and reasonable people. I have never had anything even approaching a negative experience. I highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone.

A great surprise. Located on lower floor of the Eaton centre building near Jackson Square. Staff and owner truly selfless which is a rare thing for any store. They are exceptional. They have rapid tests.
