Awful, so slow, told us they didn’t have the shoe in the right size even though the right size was on display. Took about an hour of waiting to even get the shoes. Checking out was a nightmare. Not even busy but taking forever. Worst experience ever. Not the first time it has happened in this store.
Horrible customer service. We told the guy the shoes size we needed, and he went on break or something because we waited at the counter for the shoe and they never brought it out. The store wasn't crowded or anything just poor customer service.
