I recently visited the store to exchange a pair of shoes. I used my rewards coupon when I purchased the first pair of shoes expecting the coupon to be applied to my exchange. When the cashier processed the return, she did not apply the coupon. The manager stated I already used the coupon so it could not be applied to the exchange. So I lost out on using my coupon because I exchanged a pair of shoes. I earned that coupon because of my frequent shopping there. Management needs to understand that in some situations it is best to just eat the $10 to satisfy a customer versus loosing a good customer. I wont be back.

I was looking for a better selection of Kswiss and he said they didn't have any. I went up to the register a d the young lady asked did I find everything and I said no I didn't. I said to her I wanted some stylish kswiss and she went back there and showed me some and I said they look like men shoes. She said come with me we can order you some and have them shipped for free. I thank her that actually had some in stock there. I had gotten my sandals buy one get one half off. The wasn't any help. I spent over 100.00 I was gonna go somewhere else.

They always have decent selection, ton of sizes in each shoe, and halfway decent prices. The biggest gripe I have about this location is sometimes the customer service can be a little lackluster. This isn't an all-the-time problem, but when it does come up and make sure shopping experience all the worst. Luckily, the way this place is laid out you don't need to deal with anyone other than at checkout normally. If you're in the market for a decent pair of shoes at a reasonable price this is your place.

Employees stood around. Didn't ask if I needed help when I couldn't find a pair of shoes the size I needed. Couldn't look up in computer to find size I needed. Said I had to bring each shoe up to them so they could look it up. When I left the store empty handed the door security alarm went off. I asked the two employees standing by the door if everything was ok. One looked at me crazy. The other employee said everything was fine. I'll not go back.

Store was very clean and staff was very friendly. Within a second of walking in the door, I was offered assistance. I overheard another employee asking a customer of he could help them find something. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is the garbage outside. The parking lot was littered and the trash can overflowing. Otherwise, I could go 6 stars on the inside and customer service.

Not a good experience. Only help i could get was from a security guard that works in the front. Tried to measure my sons foot and it took 10 minutes before they could find a scale. The only good thing about this place is that you can get free shipping and handling online. Bad service, cluttered, discombobulating staff. Not welcoming or inviting.

Very disappointed the customer service is really bad disrespectful cashier doesn’t know how to deal with kids and have a really bad attitude.I don’t even know how such a people can be qualified to work at the cashier. Horrible experience. I don’t recommend this store to any one and I am not going to visit it again.

My third visit here....I don't enjoy shopping here...it's crowded and cluttered and that makes it hard to focus on the task at hand. I came today because a friend wanted to find some walking shoes.....we were both disappointed. We did have a lovely young lady assist us, so kudos for customer service.

Tried to buy online,pick up in store but product wasn't in store according to website,I was at store with them in sight.... would be better if their inventory would reflect online immediately Cashier was kind enough to apply my coupons and/or discount at the register with made things easier..

Nice shoes, good deals but my daughter and I bought shoes in their BOGO that was marked for the sale at the same price. We were told at the register it was not on the BOGO and not the same price. We didn't get the shoes for one main reason. The manager has horrible customer service skills!

Today they had a sale and A lot of merchandise. It was a Bogo and it was actually true no scams or anything and it was a great deal because my daughter got two new pairs of shoes life I wondefull …

Went in looking for Nike slides. Found a pair pretty quickly and was out the door. Also visited a few days prior and ought 3 pair of shoes. Some brand selections were better than others. Overall decent selection for young children.

Awesome experience in the store today! Multiple associates greeted me and asked if I needed help. I purchased a great pair of Skechers shoes and socks for work. $10 off my shoes, and half off my socks! Total for everything $68!!

The staff is nice. I came back for changing my payment card, which is an refund plus resell process. They were nice and patient to help me out. (I know my request was kind of weird...)Thanks.

lots of employees but more enterested in hanging out up front. went in to buy two pairs of work shoes, but left empty handed. went to Walmart and found a pair. and got second pair on line.

They were so rude. The manager was so high that she couldn't keep it together. It smelled like weed. The store was a mess and not one person tried to help even when I asked for help.

They have a very large selection especially with bigger size shoes and pretty sandals… prices aren’t like they use too be … kind of the mall prices. So yep a three star.

Much better than a mall and less congestion. Me and my kids bought shoes and was even a given a coupon to save money on our purchase. Will definitely be back again.
