I absolutely despise this store! Last time coming here! No variety, no sizes, no help, no point in coming! You have these "sales associates" walking around, they know nothing about , anything pertaining to the store, or the merchandise! Just walking around the store useless! After finding something in the back rack area, and two pairs with the "buy one, get half off the other pair sale" get in the check out get charged full price for all the items! I had to remind the little girl that, "you didn't give me the discount", "oh sorry" now I get a total that still bumps the tax way over the what sale price promised! Wasted time, and money on cheap shoes, and bad service! I wouldn't have went, but I was pressed for time with a last minute event! I truly miss Payless Shoes Source right about now!

I'm usually a happy reviewer but not this time. Decent selection. Nothing to shout about. Not the greatest pricing. Clueless employees. Beware the return policy. You'll be given 1/2 credit for returns and charged the difference for anything ill-fitting or uncomfortable. Their explanation and customer service leaves much to be desired. Manager was needed to override and she showed no empathy or made any attempt to at least explain the policy. "They're worn and I can't resell them, so we'll send them back to corporate and they'll only credit us half so you have to pay the difference if you want to exchange them." They were resellable. Original price? They're just lazy. Not likely to go back. Wal-Mart next door is a much better bet for the value. Cheers.

I originally purchased an 11 1/2 boot that ended up being too tight. I returned the purchase to get a size 12 and the store did not have it. They found a pair at the Greenwood store and gave me a receipt saying i could pick them up there, but when i made the 20 minute trip to get them I was told i could nor get them without the original shoe. So I had to go back to the original store where i was told because the teller didn't know i was doing an exchange. So tired of dealing with the frustration and still not being able to get the product I wanted i just got my money back. Needless to say I will no longer be a Shoe Carnival customer.

BOGO deal going on as usual which is perfect when shopping for two kids. So many choices of kids athletic shoes it took longer to find the right style than to locate a pair in the right size and make sure they fit correctly. 9th grade daughter wanted black lace up boots and they had exactly what she was looking for as well. The only irritation was waiting on the staff person to fetch the mate athletic shoe from the back which is part of their security measures. Their work shoe offering is very decent as is their men's casual and fancy shoe selections. Regardless of that slow down a very efficient trip and still a fan.

Store looked looked like what I'd expect after Black Friday sales. I had to go up front to get someone to help me. The lady that "attempted" to help was on her cellphone the entire time. The website said they had the shoe in the size I was looking for. Lady said if it wasn't on the shelf with the others they didn't have it. Then went back to her cellphone conversation. Sorry I interrupted an apparently very important conversation. (I would be extremely embarrassed to work here.)

I had been twice 25 years ago and both times it seemed dirty and disorganized, and honestly, the "carnival" atmosphere put me off. I hadn't been back, but my daughter wanted a particular shoe and they had it so we went. What a change! It was clean, organized, and everyone was very professional. My daughter got the shoes she wanted for about $12 less than online. I don't know when they made these improvements, but I know I'll definitely be back.

I go in there from time to time hoping to find good deals on mens shoes. Sadly I walk away empty handed but my wife gets two pairs of boots. The ladies can usually walk away with good bogo deals for $50 from time to time but fellas never have that kind of love from SC. If im going to pay $100 for a pair of tennis shoes or boots I might as well spend extra at another shoe shops and get a better selection and this years styles.

It was terrible, they had a very poor selection of men's high top athletic shoes for men. When we did find a pair that he wanted they said they would have to either call another store to see if they had them or order them. I think it's pretty bad that a store that deals with shoes had such an awful selection of one type of men's shoes. I wouldn't recommend a man go there if he wants athletic high top tennis shoes!!!!!!

I don't shop at Shoe Carnival often but when I have I'm usually satisfied. Today they had bogo 1/2 off going on. The shoes I chose were a lil pricey due to me looking for true comfort, so that helped. I plan to do a lot of walking and can't risk my comfort to save a couple dollars. I recommend signing up for their rewards program. I was also able to save $10 because of.

Was threatened with calling police because I didnt have a mask on. Very rude. Why do we wear them if we are not protected.everyone else had one on. Are they not protected from me. The store was clean but that's about it. Very poor customer service. Wasn't the usual happy welcoming greet they always give coming in the door. No one on microphone offering deals. The casier had a seriously bad attitude and I told her so, however politely. She then started to argue instead of apologize...I won't go back to this store

I was at this location east Washington and the ladies were so rude. They were so racist with us. They started to spay us with something. And this lady was making weird noise to us. I felt so disrespect and mad. Never going back to this location again.

We found some cute shoes but there was a size mix up and one shoe was bigger than the other. The store did offer to order the correct size needed but we were disappointed and decided to go with the same style but in a different color.

I would love to find size 12 shoes in ladies to be cute and pretty any day now. It would also be nice to have the light up shoes in grown up sizes. I have a very big kid. I would still love for her to look like a child NOT a grown up

My experience was great I went in to buy a pair of boots for my daughter and when I got to the register the cashier noticed the boots were a different size than what was on the box. And immediately got me the correct size. .

We always come here to find shoes. This time we went all of the shoes had sensors on them so we couldn't try them on without going to the checkout to get it removed first and then back to get it put back on.

Purchased these casual shoes for my teenage daughter. Teens don't believe in wearing shoes anymore. I like the Washington Street Shoe Carnival it's always clean. I have to admit they are over priced though.

Prices are pretty good, and better than other name brand shoe stores. It tends to be pretty rough to find staff to assist you with finding things, but when you do they seem to be very willing to assist you.

I love my shoes the associates were right there to assist me if I needed it the check out was smooth and we bought some socks and heels that go inside the shoes to help with being on your feet all day

They never have common size shoes always hard to find never in order mixed up wrong shoes in the wrong sections never get help from anybody this is a terrible store I recommend going somewhere else

The only thing i dont like about it is they make you put your stuff in the corner by the door. Someones watching it but what if they arent paying attention and someone walks out with your stuff?

Their athletic shoe sale wasn't much of a sale. When I had to get help from the staff he was uppity and seemed like I was bothering him. We did end up purchasing the shoes at full price.
