I placed an order with JU bookstore for a JU Nike Dri Fit T-shirt as a gift for a JU graduate. I received an email that the item was on back order. However, I spoke with a manager on today who did not appear very motivated in assisting me with finding a timely resolution to this matter. I asked if someone could check the bookstore on hand stock so that I might select an alternative item. She suggested I locate the item I wanted online and email her and she would see if it was in stock and then get back to me. I placed my original order on 09/17/19 it is now 10/02/19. Laura, the manager, lack of concern in assisting me to expedite this matter after I explained to her the purchase was a gift left me feeling very frustrated. I will not be making future purchases with this bookstore due to there inadequate customer service.

Cool place, like it a lot. I would love a bit more options on hat merchandise. I know freshmen start a week before everyone else, so maybe there are more hats coming in, but parents are all here for matriculation ceremony, figure that's big sales on merch? However, it is clean, students working there are great. The university is a fantastic environment/atmosphere over all. Glad my son chose this school.

I was at the university campus store once, it was graduation day and text books were being returned, caps and gowns being picked up. The staff on duty seemed unphased and handled the situation as if i was the only person in the store, not 1 in a family of 7, not to mention the other few people customers present. Job well done.

Mark-up on all books, so everything is more expensive than manufacturer's price. You can buy used books elsewhere for less than the rental price at the bookstore. Unless you can't get a book shipped in time, don't go to the bookstore. The people working there are great, but not good enough to make up for the price.

The store is well stocked. Unfortunately, when looking for assistance I had difficulty finding any, although there was 3 employees at the counter who were not engaged at all except in talking amongst themselves and intermittently checking their cell phones.

Friendliest people ever. The woman at the front office Leia was so professional and informative she made me feel at home already. Great complex. Seems like everyone minds their business, clean, and quiet at night. I recommend 5 stars!! Affordable also

The one place in Jacksonville that you can get Jacksonville University merchandise. Very disappointing that you can't find it locally as the school is local. Love the variety that they have.

I went to attend Brooks ADAPTIVE Sports and Recreation Dance at JU. WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME!! OUR VOLUNTEERS WERE SO HELPFUL FRIENDLY AND KIND..

Very friendly staff and a large variety of books for all ages and all genres. Has quite a few computers so can also work as an internet café.

Visited the bookstore during an official visit with my son. It has a good selection of school swag and other useful items. Go Dolphins!

One son finished with Braces one just got bottom a on today, always a good experience with the Orthodontist office.
