Seemed more like some kind of old men's club than a hardware store. A bunch of guys standing around the front gassing away with whoever it was behind the counter. I stood there waiting for some help, and after three minutes I just left. They all saw me walk in and patiently wait, but I didn't even get any eye contact. Arruda's just around the corner had what I wanted.

Jean, you've got to be kidding!! There is no way you walked in and Manny offered no help! I've been shopping at Jamesville for over 20 years, there is no better place, always helpful and accommodating! Manny treats his customers like family, it's the friendliest place on earth! Nice spot. Good prices, staff are friendly and helpful. It can be a little hard to find things because of how the store is laid out, but the staff are very helpful and know exactly where everything is.
