Jazzy has been so helpful in helping me to create a monthly floral experience for my daughter. She lives nearby, and it’s difficult to find a gift for her. I called Jazzy and set up a monthly delivery of a fresh floral arrangement for her birthday. Jazzy was so helpful. Sometimes Katie would stop by to pick up her monthly arrangement. Sometimes they would deliver. It was so nice to ensure that Katie had a true neighborhood experience and received lovely flowers each month. Just realized that this entire review has been about customer service experience!! Of course the floral designs are amazing!! So creative, unique and beyond beautiful!! I have also stopped by to pick up fresh flowers on my way home to the suburbs after a visit in the city. Much more unique and beautiful than anything I can find near home. Honestly disappointed in the customer service I received from here. I inquired for my March wedding back in November. I called the store and was told to email some information to the email address provided, in which I did. Over two weeks later with no response I reached out via email again to follow up. Finally received an answer. I was asked various questions about what I was looking for and I responded with the answers. We went back and forth for one day only. Then suddenly the woman I was communicating with went silent. Never responded again. After a couple more weeks not hearing from anyone from Jazzy Flowers, I decided to place my order elsewhere. I emailed Jazzy Flowers to let them know I will no longer be needing their services and STILL didn’t receive a response. I really loved their work so this was a disappointing experience. In this industry, communication is SO important. Two stars because when we were in communication, she was very nice. But the ghosting ultimately made me decide not to hire Jazzy Flowers for my wedding.

Jazzy Fresh is Jazzy Fresh does. Went to Jazzy’s after an appointment. Vince greeted us kindly and off I went to shop for house plants. The prices were competitive for a florist. Remember, plants that you buy from Home Depot and Lowe’s already have a death date due to the unusually harsh shipping methods and so many other reasons. At first I was underwhelmed then it happened, these hidden treasures started calling my name know how plants need cared for and potted. She did great except for the coolest succulent in a beautiful pot that ended up with no irrigation holes, one that I bought, move aside Home Depot!! I’m coming in to buy a drill. Overall Jazzy I hope all goes well today for you. Give Vince a raise and your Store is amazing, please get me more plants, bigger house plants and you’re a true visionary.

Was out this Saturday afternoon riding around and hubby asked if I wanted some flowers. We googled “flower shops near me” and Jazzy’s popped up. It was less than a block away so we pulled over and parked. We went in and were greeted by someone working diligently. Even though she appeared very busy she stopped to throw together a bouquet for me. I told her what I liked and my hubby gave her a budget and she had a bouquet made up in no time. While we were waiting we chatted about everything and it was really nice to feel some kind of normalcy during these times. What I loved most is that she was from Chicago! Was in Chicago last weekend for my daughter’s wedding and decided at the last minute to purchase a welcome bouquet for the reception desk at the tiny boutique hotel where the wedding party was staying. Not from the area, I went to Jazzy because I saw someone walking down the street holding a beautiful bouquet and asked him where he purchased it. I believe I worked with Monica. She was so lovely and flexible with regard to my budget and also understood the time sensitive nature of my request. The bouquet was beautiful, and it was packed so well! I needed a very special arrangement for someone who lost a pet. A very special pet. I was worried bc I never have good experiences when I send flowers being that I am in Florida and the Recipient is in Chicago. I picked Jazzy Flowers to send friends a flower arrangement and bottle of wine following our visit to Chicago for the weekend. The name caught my eye when we were walking to our friend’s condo. I found great arrangements on their website and chose a modern one that would fit our friend’s style perfectly. I phoned and ordered the flowers and was told they could accommodate me sending the wine to them for delivery with the flowers. Our friends usually work from home so I requested delivery there. On the delivery day they were not there, so the delivery driver kindly pivoted to deliver to an office. It was so easy and turned out great!

Jazzy Flowers is great! I got a medium arrangement and 9 small table flowers for my after wedding celebration that turned out beautiful. Monica and the staff are very friendly and wanted to make sure they would create something I will love. I was very specific on the flowers and vases I wanted. We had several emails and phone calls with the specifications and to make sure we were pleased with the flowers. She offered to send options on the vase, and I was able to pick the one I wanted. Roses are my favorite flower and Jazzy's roses always open and they last way longer than Costco's, Mariano's or Whole Foods! Jazzy Flowers has a variety of arrangements that are pleasing to the eye and those go along with a variety of price points. I was able to get something for a friend that didn't break the bank and also looked nice. My friend loved them!
