They forgot a part of my order (never happens at Academy location). I also find they are making their cupcakes much much smaller in the past 6-12 months. Otherwise, I still enjoy the product itself. Returned to JRC Forks and they cannot even package an order correctly. They stuffed 4 cookie sandwiches and 2 macarons in a tiny plastic container, which didn’t close properly, causing the items to spill out. Is it so hard to open a 3rd container? I honestly think I’m done with this place bc of the lack of effort and customer service...

Jenna Rae's has a beautiful assortment of cookies and macarons which is what initially caught my eye. I came to the forks looking for gift Ideas for the Holidays and I figured everyone likes food especially sweets, I will probally look into getting one of their seasonal assortment packages. I am leaving this review after trying the oreo stuffed cookies and it made me think of eating a homemade oreo, would 100% recommend. Update this review then.

Unreal customer service!! I'm currently living in Norway and my brother is in Winnipeg and I wanted to do something special for him, so ordered a assorted gift box for him( I think that's what it's called) and got it delivered via skip the dishes, and it took no time like 15 minutes in total. That's start to finish, placed order to him receiving the gift box! Amazing!! And that price! Hand crafted for a great price!!

Always an amazing stop for delicious and Instagram worthy treats! I’m partial to the cookie dough cups but you can’t go wrong with anything. I recently made my first website order and my advent calendar came quickly and in one piece and I can’t wait to start it! I already know it’s going to make me miss their old treats little their cake gems and truffles!

I ate some kind of salted caramel cookie sandwich thing. Dear god it was pure sex!!! The filling was mild buttery gold and the cookies were soft, chewy and made from the heavens. The overall experience gave me as much pleasure as that acid trip scene from the movie Dumbo. Highly recommended if you are in the market for a sensory overload.

Love their entire vibe! We grabbed a couple of cupcakes and macarons and were happy with them! The selection is limited at this location so I am excited to visit one of their larger locations to try more flavours! Would definitely get again!

Got the salted caramel macaron and the snickers cupcake. Both were really good. Though it’s not typical macarons, salted caramel is the only one that’s somehow true to your typical French macaron. Some other flavours were Bubblegum.

I love their cookie dough cups. The dark chocolate espresso is my personal favourite. Jenna did my wedding cake years ago and she was such a pleasure to work with. The cake was stunning and I got so many compliments on it!

Tried them out for the first time last week. Their burger macaron was so impressive from flavor to execution. It was enough for me to want to keep trying out what else they have to offer! I'll definitely be back.

Friendly staff, fantastic product! Cool little corner usage at forks by an iconic local bakery (multiple locations). Recommend stocking up on a few treats to take home on your way out.

Expensive but worth it Bought my Macaron loving kids some and they were fantastic. The flavors were exceptional, I've never ever tasted them as good as these. 10/10 will buy again

Quick service and beautiful treats, selection is obviously not as big as their home store but the macarons were so tasty and they had about ten different flavours.

We were attracted by their neat and nice decorations. Tested a macaron and a cake. The packaging was delightful. And both cake and macaron were yummy.

The cookie sandwiches are a favourite. Loved the Black Forest cake flavoured cookie with fruit filling. Definitely very sweet... as could be expected.

The macaroons were nice n’ cool, chewy with good texture, They wrapped up the goodness in an aesthetically pleasing bag, topped with a golden seal.
