I have been into the shop several times and Magdalena always gives me her full attention, making it a personal customer shopping experience each time. I originally went in to look for bridal earrings for my wedding, and loved the cute little boutique with all its sparkles and pink. Magdalena helped me try on several pairs of earrings and made helpful recommendations. She took pictures of me wearing each peice and sent them to my email after so I could see! I ended up buying my bridesmaids custom made bracelets in my wedding colors on sale, as well as buying my earrings. They also carry lots of other special occasion jewellry, and affordable every day stuff as well. For brides, they have hair accessories, sashes, and veils, along with their beautiful bridal jewellry that they will custom design for you if you wish. It is a "gem":)

They answer all the questions with big smiles and they gladly help you until you find the style that fits you. The jewellery collection is to die for. They are unique,glamorous and elegant. Jeweliette Jewelry is a wonderful store with great service and quality products. Elsa designed my wedding jewelry and they supplied the rest of the bridal party with pieces as well. The custom designed pieces were stunning and everything I could have asked for! I told Elsa my vision and she brought it to life better than I could have even imagined. I have continued to add to my collection and pick up pieces for my nieces and step daughters for special occasions and I’m never disappointed. Elsa and Magdalena provide excellent service and I can’t recommend the shop highly enough!

I bought my wedding earrings here - the Beautiful Teardrop with posts and they were amazing! I had several wedding guests tell me that when I walked into the reception my earrings were so sparkly that they looked like they were on fire! Huge compliment! I also have two other pairs of earrings and a bracelet from Jeweliette. Elsa herself is fabulous and super helpful to brides. She also sized my bracelet free of charge so it fit my wrist perfectly. I have been a client for 25 years. I have an extensive collection of Elsa Corsi pieces. I have purchased her pre made creations and also have worked with Elsa on many custom pieces. Each piece is a treasure and has stayed in perfect condition for as long as I have owned them. The quality and craftsmanship are evident. (I actually prefer simple clothing that highlights my beautiful pieces.) I cannot say enough about the quality and customer service I have received throughout the years.

I don’t care how beautiful their jewelry might be or about their quality; the human aspect always comes first. I heard from the owner after saying that she lost a client due to being unhelpful to size a ring that she DOESNT CARE because that are people going there all the time!!! Do you really want to support this local business??? I don’t. I went to a different jewelry the same day and guess what: they got a life time client after altruistically helping for no reason!

I have bought many beautiful earrings and bracelets from Jeweliette and receive compliments regularly. I especially love my braided stacker- it's amazing! The crystal inside is burnt (it is not on the crystal surface so it is not because of the perfume) !!! photo is attached . The back of the earrings are all black ! (because the material is not a real silver sterling , it cannot be restored) I was so ashamed in front of my girl. I paid $450 for this ! As I read your answer to this complaint , as an RCMP officer I suggest that you seek mental help .

I was looking for a special piece for my daughter's 16th birthday, and with the owners guidance found the most beautiful necklace and earrings for her. She literally has not taken them off since we got it, she loves it. Not only that but I am looking forward to returning after the store renovation to get some pieces for myself! I bought my wedding earrings from Jeweliette seven years ago, and they still look as gorgeous as the day that I bought them. Everything they make is excellent quality; the sparkle is fabulous, they don’t hurt my ears, and they stay on well even though they are a moderate size. I get compliments on my earrings whenever I wear them. They are beautiful heirloom pieces and worth every dollar.
