We went to our local showroom on Capitol Hill in Seattle and Jacy and her team were super helpful. They allowed us to explore and ask questions when we had them, without making us feel like they were trying to sell us something. The showroom is large and has a nice range of products. We ended up purchasing the Brock Leather Convertible Sofa & Daybed sight unseen since it wasn't in the showroom. Despite not being able to sit in it, we felt comfortable making the purchase based on the information we received from Jacy and a swatch of the leather. The sofa arrived in the timeframe promised and the delivery and setup was smooth. This is our first leather sofa so we still need to figure out how and when to treat and take care of the leather. We wanted the electric footrests without it feeling like a sectional and this sofa does just that. When they are in the down position it just looks like a typical chunky/solid leather sofa, but they go up and down quietly at the push of a button. The only thing I am not in love with about the sofa is the rippling on the seat - which stands out more in the pictures than it does IRL. Not sure if this is just a leather sofa thing or if the seat could use a little more filling. Overall we are loving the character, performance and comfort of the leather sofa and plan to go back to the showroom to look at lounge chairs soon! My experience at the Seattle - CapHill store was so enjoyable. It’s great to be able to see furniture in person so I was thrilled when I saw that there was a joybird storefront in my area. From the start I was greeted by Jacy and she was so friendly, patient, and helpful! Getting a quality couch is not cheap and Jacy definitely understood that whatever I end up with would have to be long lasting and/or my forever couch. She helped me pinpoint the type of couch that would benefit me in a smaller space and helped me pick out fabrics that were pet friendly. Eventually I went with the Bryant modular 3 piece which is great for me because I can easily add on to it if I ever end up in a bigger space but still modular enough to move around if I wanted to change it up. It has been 2 months since I’ve had my couch and am so happy with it! Big thanks to Jacy for all the help and correspondence through the ordering process!

We had a wonderful experience at the Capitol Hill store. Jacy was a huge help from the very beginning, patiently helping us try out fabric after fabric on each model until we narrowed it down to our final pic - the Bryant L-sectional in merit dove. It was so nice to be able to try out the couches in person and see which model we liked best. This couch is so comfortable and spacious - highly recommend if you like the soft, cozy couch feel. We ended up sleeping on it one night and my partner and I, plus our dog, fit comfortably. Even though the merit dove fabric isn't technically a "pet friendly" fabric, it's held up well with our pup lounging on it. The cushions need to be fluffed regularly, but I find they pop right back up.

We were looking to purchase a sofa from Joybird, but had a hard time deciding on a specific fabric. Isis helped us narrow our choices and draped several options over the sofa we wanted. She also gave us fabric samples so we could color match to our other furniture, and helped explain the order process, timelines, and warranties. This was very helpful--if we hadn't visited the store, I think we would've ended up with a fabric choice we didn't like. The website is great for getting a sense of all the options, but lighting can be inconsistent and photographs don't quite capture a material's color, details, feeling, and how it reacts to changes in angle. Definitely recommend hitting up the store before making a purchase!

The Seattle Joybird showroom is a 10/10 experience! I first walked in during their opening, where they had the doors thrown open so light was pouring in and onto the couches. All of their furniture is beautifully arranged with a mix of jungle theme (lots of plants/green wall) and a clean/modern look. The staff is friendly, and Zoe was super patient with us as we returned multiple times to ensure we got the right sofa for our needs. We even got mock-ups of our space and how the sofa would fit into it. The prices are also excellent for the quality. On top of all that, the showroom is in the most convenient location right by Cal Anderson Park. Would recommend!

We visited the Joybird store a few months ago and spent a lot of time there deciding on a couch. The space is really nice and welcoming. Jacy helped us during our visit and was patient while we sat on couch after couch, spreading fabric swatches over the arms and backs trying to find our perfect combo. We ended up choosing the Holt Modular Corner Sectional in Crave Irish Cream and we love it! We recently had four guests over and all six of us fit comfortably on the couch. It fits perfectly in our space. If you’re someone who needs to sit on a couch before purchasing it, check out the Seattle showroom! I’m so glad we did.

Had a great experience with Calli at Joybird in Cap Hill. She was super helpful in answering questions, dragged fabric swatches back and forth all over the showroom, and got our order done quickly and easily. She's been really communicative throughout the process as well. The furniture itself looks great and wasn't outrageously expensive which is nice these days. The modular nature of the furniture is cool and there's a ton of options for customizing. Delivery setup process was easy, follow a link through an email and choose your date. Will definitely recommend Joybird to friends and fellow furniture shoppers.

Staff is super helpful, and being able to sit on the couches and chairs (with various, super big fabric swaths) was a huge plus. We initially thought we wanted one fabric, and we would've ordered that online, but then we sat in it in the store and decided to go with a totally different fabric. UPDATE: Our couch (Lewis) and big ol' ottoman arrived early! Delivery guys were super nice, quickly set it up. After 2 months, we still love this couch ... it's *so* comfortable (it's like having an extra twin bed in the house). The fabric (Faithful Indigo) is soft and exactly the color we expected.

I really enjoyed my experience at Joybird Seattle. Parking was easy and I was greeted at the door by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member. She was patient as she walked me through the process of choosing a style, color and firmness. I am so very happy with my sofa and ottoman the color and fabric are perfect. I can sit on it for hours without discomfort in my hip or back. I have recommended the company to several of my neighbors and friends. I look forward to future purchases with Joybird

I was super happy to see that Joybird had opened a store here! I loved their color options, but was a little nervous to buy a couch online that I hadn't tried in person. That concern was no more with the showroom! Everyone in the store was so lovely to work with. Very helpful with providing you all the information you need and building a cart for you to review later! My purchase is still relatively new but I'm very happy with it! Would definitely purchase from them again.

It was wonderful to get to sit on the couches / chairs that we had been browsing online, and see the large fabric swatches -- being able to do this in person made us feel confident about our purchase of the Hughes sofa and 2 chairs! Sarah was super helpful discussing options and ideas with us while also giving us space and time to contemplate color choices. Very supportive and zero pressure. I bought my couch this past month and I am so in love with it! The assembly process was quick and easy, and leaves room for modifications if I wanted to get more modular pieces in the future. It’s white literally one of the comfiest couches I’ve ever owned, my kitties love it as well! Would absolutely recommend. The in store associates were also very kind and helpful, and offered useful advice and recommendations. 10/10

Nice showroom with super friendly salespeople, it was nice seeing a variety of furniture and trying pit all the different fabrics. We ended up buying one of the big couches in harper cinnamon and our cat loves it! One star taken away because the couch was delayed nearly 8 weeks, but it ended up being nice so I cant be too mad.
