Such an utter disappointment these people are. We called and booked them for our moving one week in advance. First they said that they are busy on our moving day but then called back and gave us the booking time for 8am. At 7:30am when we called no one picked our call but at 8am we got a message saying that their truck is having some issues and we will be contacted shortly with new timing. We have to book a loading dock at our new place and we had informed them of this( our booking was from 8:30am- 12:30pm). We tried calling them to discuss the further arrangements 10 times but no one cared to pick our call and speak to us. We had got their reference from facebook group but now I feel this was my biggest mistake. Here we are ..12:30 pm and no on has cared to call back. Such a big disappointment. Never ever referring them to anyone. Now we have booked other service with double the price and have a 9 month old baby along.

Not sure how others have given them 5 stars . They were the worst to deal with. I trusted the reviews and booked them . At last moment they could not make it and he organised another person to do the job and that too 3.5 hrs late . Due to this the job continued to late last night and it threw all my next days plans out of place . Also my washing machine got damaged as lot of paint chips came due to shifting..My ironing board is missing. The people whom he hired at last moment were really tired due to their other shifting jobs and were complaining that jp movers does this most of the time to their customers by cancelling at last moment. They pick up interstate or other big jobs even though we have booked them out and last moment they hire others to complete job. I would agree with other reviews where people have told that they cancel job in last moment or can't be trusted.

Appreciate the quick and fast service of JP moovers. Got their number from FB communities and gave a call to them a day before delivery. Within few minutes all sorted- price, time, pick up and drop. Good thing is no hidden charges, all upfront. Will definitely be using their service in future ! -------- Above review I wrote down when had a first experience in Apr 2021. Based on that called him again this year and was the worst service. Date of moving - 3 July 2022 I have to edit the review again based on my second time experience. Service quality has reduced to 1 star. Just a note to owner , if you give someone time commitment then follow it. No one is idle and have their own plans. Lastly, stop subcontracting and sending students for moving stuff who are not professionals. Wishing you all the best in your business. Will never ever call you again

I availed their services to move my home in the first week of December, I was referred to them by my friend, I am totally happy about the complete moving process. Right from the beginning from my initial enquiry, to the move on the move date and payment after the move was very smooth , No hassles what so ever. They came around the requested time promptly, ,setup the vehicle and started loading the things , very quickly, didn't even damage a single item. I did not see them waste a single minute (i have heard stories about other movers wasting time to increase the final amount, since it's based on the hours of service) . They covered the fridge and washing macine with the cloth and wrapped them qith shrink wrap, there was no chance of them getting damaged or dent. Overall very happy with their sevice . Highly recommend them .

There moving services are good but they lack professionalism. I asked for 11 AM booking but they insisted to book for 8 AM, which I did. On the moving day, they did not pick up my call and after some time just messaged me that there has been some confusion with the booking and asked for starting late. There is no way to contact them unless they contact you, which is very annoying no matter how good or bad were the services provided later. They will not provide any contact details of the person coming for the move, so you just have yo sit and wait for them to contact you. At least one can apologise and check if everything is going good with the move, if nothing else, specially if you are not part of the moving team. There was no problem with the move, but these logistics are something that they should work on.

I don't these guys are professional. They were booked for yesterday afternoon and didn't turn up . I wasted my one day leave. Booked for today 7 am today. Not turned up yet . Time is 7.30 am now. No delay notice yet. Called few times but no response . I don't think these guys care for customers and their time. Not sure about the quality of their services. Update at 8AM. After seeing this review Indir from JP movers called and asked me why the review is added.. not even a good morning, not even an apology for turning up late and hung up the call .You may assess how unprofessional and rude these guys are... I will certainly not recommend these guys.. I felt like my 2 days are spoiled by these guys.. It's worth the effort to start the process of searching some one new rather than relying upon these guys...

JP Moovers team of Inder, Sandeep, Prakash and Amrit are very professional, friendly, fast and reliable. They know exactly how to sort and load the items, handled them with care and delivered as per our request. All of them spoke very politely and treat the customers and their belongings with respect. JP Moovers team helped us move our house pretty efficiently. They are the masters of their field and can come up with a solution even for the most trickiest situations. Ask for Amrit if you can as he has brilliant ideas. The JP Moovers team were punctual, managed expectations well and offered a competitive pricing. They used to be good year back but now they engage with unproffessional contractors. I got 2 guys moving a single small box when a single person can stack 2 boxes in a trolley and move. They don't know how to use trolleys and very unfit for the job. They take several hours for the job and simply wasting your time and money. They could not even move a refrigerator without others help and they even tried to move that without trolleys.

Prakash and his team helped us move over the weekend. They worked swiftly but not rushed, stacked all the goods properly and placed all items at the destination according to our instructions. The lift on the truck was out of order when trying to load one last very heavy item, so they offered to come back and move it the next day, which they did, at no extra cost. We highly recommend JP Moovers!

JP moovers recently moved out house items from Sydney to Brisbane and we are really happy with their service. Indir and the staff was very professional ,punctual and polite. Even though we had so many stuff to fit in the truck they managed to arrange everything and moved everything safe to our new place in Brisbane. Great job!!. Thank you so much. Moved our furniture with them and it’s full of scratches and chips even after paying for full wrap service. Significant damage done on the dining table too. The boys were very slow too.
