Not happy at all with this place, but my daughter saw a bracelet that she wanted so I had to order from them First. their new customer 15% off is a very selective discount. Because the brass plated bracelet was on sale they wouldn't give me the new customer discount. I'm sure the $6.30 discount would send their GPM plummeting. They would have still made a killing on it for $36. I've never been denied a new customer discount, most of which happen on Black Friday. Secondly. I placed order at 12:20 a.m. and when I called at 9 a.m. I could not cancel order because it was already on floor processing. What a joke, what is happening to "customer service" nowadays. Get up off your butt or make a phone call to the back and cancel the order. The customer will remember this and pass the word how great Kendra Scott is. Well that will never happen for obvious reasons. Because of these two things I wouldn't order from them again if you paid me. I have 3 teenage daughters that will be told not to put this expensive costume jewelry on their Christmas Lists again. By the looks of the 2 stars they have Kendra Scott needs to learn a thing or two about "quality" customer relations.

the worst expirience. I place an order on line for a fundraising event and there was no option to write down the event code so, I called customer service next day and nobody answered so I sent an email to let them know what had happened so they can place my order for the fundraising I was donating for and they answered that unfortunetlly it was not possible that when I could return the things I got and place the order aGAIN IF THE FUNDRAISING WAS STILL AVAILABLE, but It was not, so that is totally fraudulent you can not do so as a non profit. Then next day they charged me $200 more on my bank account without letting me know, when I asked they ssaid that it was to ensure my delivery on time, that they will dropped it off when I got my merchandise. I just got it but incomplete and the extra $200 have not been returned. This is unexeptable I coul never imagine that a famous corporation could do something like this. Be carefull with this Company.

I was here last Wednesday and Anna was the one helping me. I was in a bit of a rush because I had 20 minutes until I had to meet with someone so I told her 'For now I'm just looking around but I will definitely be back before you close.' She was proactive and gave me her business card just in case I got held up and to confirm the items we put on hold will still be there the next day. I was able to make it back in time and she continued to help me make my decisions and was very knowledgeable about my areas of concern and the products I was interested in using my birthday discount. In the end, I spent waaaay more than I anticipated (over $300!), but I am so happy with my purchases. South Congress is my closer location but I'm inclined to come back to this location to shop to work with her again! Thank you Anna!

I ordered a Christmas gift online for my fiancé and it was shipped through UPS. UPS lost the package. Luckily, when I called the Lamar central store Sydney assured me that if I came to the store she would take care of me. I went to the store with my fiancé to get her gifts and we ended up finding something even better. Sydney was very friendly and helpful! She was great at recommending jewelry based on what my fiancé said she liked. I will definitely go back to this location for future gifts and for Sydney’s advice. Thank you for turning an upsetting experience into a great one! You rock Sydney!

This is by far my favorite location! It's huge and super nice! There is a ton of room here. There is a parking garage in the back and I believe they are moving the corporate office above this location. Natasha is super helpful and sure friendly! She took the time to help me see what was new and what would look good. She was super helpful with the color bar and didn't rush me on picking my stone out. I am in love with this location and with the customer service here!

I stopped by on Mother's Day 2020, after purchasing a Mother of Pearl combo for my wife at Rudy's BBQ earlier in the week. Hanna the associate assisted me in purchasing two necklaces for my mother and mother-in-law. I was not aware the store was open by appointment only, and accommodations were made to allow me in and purchase the gifts. Guess who is going to be back next month for his 19 year wedding anniversary gift... THIS GUY!

The employees I have encountered at this store are not as friendly as the ones at the store in the Domain.This location doesn’t honor health exemptions to facial coverings (illegal as a place of public accommodation) and the employees get agitated if you lower your mask just to take a drink of water. The Domain location is preferable in every way.

Got a defective item from a KS store (one of the earrings will not stay closed) and brought it back to this store. They do not have it in store but looked on line and it’s still in stock, but now want me to pay shipping to replace the item that was defective. Something isn’t quite right. What happened to customer service and making things right?

Very nice store with a whole parking garage attached to the building. The staff is super nice and helpful. They have little cakes and drinks on the weekends (may have them all the time, but I’ve only been on the weekend) and those are yummy. This location isn’t as small and cramped as others so you can actually enjoy the shopping experience!

Great service, great parking (had to ask directions to store since pkg garage separate from bldg), well lit store, friendly staff. Indara (sorry, i forgot) was especially helpful at Lamar location. She beautifully wrapped my gift card & presentation was a nice, unexpected bonus. Will definitely use as great gift option in future!

I really like these stores. They are fun to shop in. Their jewelry is very nice and not super expensive, you can find something for every budget. I also really appreciate how much they give back to the community with their charity days. They allow groups to advertise in their store and get a portion of sales. Very cool.

I want to give a HUGE thank you to Pam at the Lamar location. I had a terrible experience at the domain location and was ready to swear off KS completely for life. I love this place. One of my favorite jewelry stores! I love how they have all the colors in the world in every style. Also, I love how the layout of this store. It’s very organized and clean. The workers are very helpful and patient. AND when it’s your birthday month, I believe you get a 50% discount off of one item.

Worst customer service ever! The sales lady ( Mary ) was horrible at her job and making me feel welcomed or help out with a selection. If I really didn’t need to get something I would never spend a dime at this store. Too bad since I think the brand is nice but definitely not the service at this location.

Parked at curbside to get my nieces gift. Called 5 different times back to back. I walked in the store & asked if the phone was broke. They claimed they were helping a customer. Mind you there are 3 workers & ONE CUSTOMER!! Seriously! You’re too busy to answer a phone for curbside with 3 employees?

Called before going to make sure it was okay that I only wanted to size my finger for a ring I am going to order online. Jen was super nice and seemed genuinely happy to help. I will likely go back to buy my soon-to-be wife jewelry there just because of this great customer service experience.
