The communication was perfect - very fast and friendly. The price was resonable no hidden costs and free booking. The representative met me at the airport with the car. The vechicle I've got was better then I had booked. It was clean and fully equipped. I drove 4600km round Kenya and got couple difficulties. Tyre punch (you know that happens sovetimes) and previous car hirer filled the petrol with dust. So I had to fix it on my way. All my expencies was covered by rental company on return. I had very nice trip and recommend you the Kenya Car Hire as the excellent car rental service provider.

We rented two jeeps with this company for a self-drive tour through Kenya and we were very satisfied. The communication with John (e-mails, WhatsApp) was smooth and quick and everything we agreed on was 100 % VALID!! John is very nice, responsible and professional guy. Even though one of the cars was a bit older, none of the cars had any kind of problem on the off-road tracks in the national parks at all. They worked perfectly for the whole time. The price and unlimited mileage is probably the best in Nairobi.

Stephen and Daniel are very nice, honest and professional. I had no problems with the two vehicles I rented from them. I appreciated that they were willing to deliver my vehicles to the airport very early in the morning at no extra charge. I will rent from them again the next time I travel to Kenya. The only suggestion I have is to deliver the vehicle with a full tank of petrol. Thanks guys!

We were picked up at the airport. The RAV4 was in perfect condition and did anexcellent job. No problems on the our journey apx. 1700 km. 3 X NP and the coastline. We had even arranged drop of at Mombasa airport which also was arranged without problems. Best of all no deposit no hidden additional cost. We were very satisfied and can only give this team our best recommendations.

Easy booking by email. Nice car one level above the ordered. But the car was not properly checked. Front brakes could not last 1200 km (2 weeks). One front Wheel missed a bolt. Front lights were out of order.

Good experience with the service and the car. The only problem we have had was with the quality of the brakes. However, this trouble had a minimum impact on our trip.
