On Apr. 8, I used my debit card to purchase 8 cans of craft beer and a regular-sized bottle of Bailey's and all was fine at $58.20. The next day, I purchased 10 cans of craft beer using my debit and saw nothing incorrect on the keypad when i paid. This morning when checked my banking, the purchase came to $122.35. I could not have missed this at the checkout nor should the clerk have missed it. I called to state my concerns. Management located the problem and corrected it in minutes. I appreciate this kind of service.

Being told to leave the store by 2 different employees because of my friend’s service dog is UNACCEPTABLE. How dare you. I will be reporting this. The attitude and service was downright rude and disgusting. Shame on you, LCBO (Lynn). Teach your employees basic RESPECT and coach them that SERVICE ANIMALS, including those for reasons that are NOT just being blind, are ALLOWED, and guess what surprise LEGAL. I am never coming back here ever again, and I will make sure everyone I know does the same. SHAME ON YOU.

Bad customer service! Over purchased some wines for a party and when trying to return some unopened items 2 days later they refused to return my original method of payment which was both cash or debit and only offered to give a store credit when clearly on the website it says items will be return in original form of method of payment. They were extremely aggressive and rude as well, and in no matter tried to resolve the issue.

3.5 Usually a good experience here. Have been coming for years. Beer selection is only so so, but also the Beer Store is (currently) next door. Not much to complain about, service is usually good despite a handful of not so great experiences with some employees. The main thing is that the selection is not wonderful, it's fairly small as far as LCBOs go.

It's a smaller LCBO but really friendly staff. You will find a nice selection of bottle of wine, liqueurs and beers. There are very few "special" bottles but it definitely is useful for a dinner party or standard alcohol. The curb can be annoying to manage and the parking is slightly further but the automated doors make the entrance easy.

Good location with all the main products but a bit less selection than the larger stores. Great knowledgeable and helpful staff who are already really friendly. Parking is ok but can get pretty busy given the strip mall has a few stores including the Beer store next door which is useful if you don't find a specific beer at LCBO

This place is not good. Small and cramped. Always ID you even if you look as old as some wrinkled old bag of bones. One of the ladies is always talking loud like she owns the place. The back left corner always has a fart smell to it. I also bought cans of coolers there that smelled like a dirty armpit.

I had a terrible experience with an employee named "LINY". She repeatedly called me "honey" even after I asked her not to call me that. She also pushed me out of the way as I was getting a box to put my purchase in. Terrible customer service from this employee, I will not be returning to this store.

Extremely pleasant staff. I do have to drive to one of the other LCBO's to get a selection of scotch though. If you don't want Johnie Walker Black or some strange domestic brown liquid, there's not much else. This one is full of wine. How many different wines can a person need!

They are always great! No issues at all. Smaller store but they are all super nice. And getting ID'd when you are well past the age is pretty awesome. And it's happened a few times. No complaints at all. They are always friendly and courteous... Lines move quickly.

It doesn’t look like your typical LCBO from the exterior, but the interior is classic. It serves a nice assortment of beer/ciders that I cannot find at some other LCBO. Nice amount of international alcohol. Usually no line-ups other than on the Friday nights.

Not super big for an lcbo store, but they have a decent selection and the staff were helpful & friendly. The line-ups aren't too bad when I've been, and there is a quite large beer store next door as well.

I would like a store closer to my neighborhood in Fallingbrook. This one is a nice smaller size but is not really closer than the bigger Orleans store to where I live. Is Fallingbrook supposed to be dry?!

I don't drink BUT ONCE IN A BLUE MOON, needed help looking for a margarita drink and lady there was quick and fast to help and explain why the one I chose was a good brand, THANKS CONVENT GLEN LCBO

Very small but well stocked store. I was able to find everything I needed, the staff were very nice and happy to help. It’s in a great location in regards to a dispensary, and grocery store.

Friendly, basic setup. It’s not a large store, like some of the newer ones, but the staff are nice and helpful. Moves quickly, but like most shops I suggest one line (queue) than multiple.

Well stocked but often run out of products because it is so popular but they know their wines. Were able to find a wine I wanted just from my terrible description of the bottle

Lots of selection, employees are very helpful and have a fair amount of knowledge regarding products and are always striving to provide excellent customer service.

Great service Only issue I had was got there at 8:54 PM, and all lights and doors were locked when they’re advertising on-line that store hours are until 9:00 PM.

Terrible service. Impolite staff. Do not shop with anyone below 19 in your company, they will ask you to leave. This is the only LCBO where this is an issue.

Unfriendly cashiers, rude and walked away to take "a break" as if there were no customers in line. No packaging for contents bought.

Clean store. Always has what I am looking for. Small store so if you are looking for something special it may not have it.

The LCBO at corner of Ogilvie & Blair is well situated, has plenty of parking and staff is very helpful and friendly.

This is a government-run monopoly with limited stock and bad hours. But at least the staff are nice.
