Great store, great staff. I am so glad I decided to patron this location today because I moved to the area recently and have been going to the one on Elgin. I have been completely unimpressed with the customer sales and service there. Today was what I had become used to after frequenting the Westboro location. Both representatives that helped me were friendly. First the rep that helped me select my beers, and then another that went to the back to check stock for me and eventually rang through my order. Such a pleasant surprise and I will definitely be going back to this location for future purchases.

The LCBO offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, from hard liquor to craft beer. Always clean and well lit, the store is organized to help you easily locate what you're after. I don't drink, so when I'm in the store I usually need help finding what I'm after, or need information on what's best to purchase for someone else. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you're like me, just admit up front you don't know what you're doing and they'll steer you in the right direction.

The staff in this particular store is and has always been very kind, helpful and professional. I have been going to this store for over 10 years in spite of the fact that I am walking to and from. There are other stores closer but the staff make it worth the walk. If they do not have something on the shelf, they eagerly check in back to see if they have it, and they usually do. Thank you.

It is a smaller LCBO, so the selection is a little more limited than elsewhere, but it mostly has everything you need. What makes it stand out is how friendly and helpful the staff at this location are. I accidentally dropped a can of beer which exploded and the woman running cash was nice about it and had the problem dealt with immediately.

Overly concerned and rude about where people stand in line when there's more than 2 people rather than just running the cash. If you're that worried about where people stand, make a designated checkout line. Not going to read your mind on where you arbitrarily want me to stand, it's not that serious, just run the checkouts, my god.

Since opening their doors, this has been an ideal location for an LCBO. They stock most of everything that would expect from this chain of liquor stores. Staff are very friendly and lines move fast considering the large amount of people that go through here during those Friday/Saturday early evening rushes,

Clean, alot of choices and friendly. I was happylie surprised when I got to check out guy knew I had an accent, (french) and he started to speak in my mother's thongue because of it, what a nice touch to go the extra mile for a customer. I will go there again!

Great location. I will have to be different than the others and say I feel there is a very nice selection of craft and local beers, especially for the size of this store. For the size of this LCBO, there is plenty here for any wino, alcoholic or party goer.

Relatively small store but very conveniently located. Despite being a smaller space there is still a nice availability of interesting mid and higher range products. Anything not on hand is easy to order online and usually shows up within a day or two.

Nice clean store. Unfortunately it's very short staffed (usually one or two people on a busy day) and it's hard to find help. Be aware the selection here is very limited compared to most LCBO locations, despite this being one of the larger stores.

Limited flavoured rums (Bacardi) I suggest calling before if you want something abnormal or a specific variant. Great service but the selection wasn't want I personally was looking for, however, not worth leaving a low star rating because of this.

Love this unit of LCBO, the staff is super friendly, helps you out to choose new options whether it is a wine or craft beer...so far over the last one year we have had some best wines and craft beers being suggested and enjoyed...

This is by far my favorite LCBO the staff is super amazing very knowledgeable and always helps me find exactly what I'm looking for or what I'm feeling like. They always go above and beyond! By far my favorite LCBO in Ottawa

I have a virtual social event tonight and we were assisted by Adam at 2:45pm. His knowledge about the type of cocktails I need to make, the background and history of the liquor is astonishing.

Very helpful Staff!! Was looking for a sparkling wine that we used to have at Christmas with dinner, even us kids got some, and I was able to get it there!! Very much appreciated …

Although this LCBO is small, they still carry most essentials, and a good variety! I love getting my beers, wine, and cider here. Very clean and organized store!

This particular LCBO was about as average as a beer store gets. However I got 12 tall cans of pilsner for 2$ each and drank 10 of them. 10/10 would go back.

The staff are always attentive, helpful, kind welcoming. Not always well stocked. But alot of rotating spirits, nice if you want to try something new.

Wonderful place for liquors and alcoholic drinks of almost every brand. You’ll also get wines as well. Customer service it top notch as well

Decent selection of wines/spirits/beers. Not extensive though! They carry a wide variety of alcohol just not a lot of different brands.

Not the biggest store considering that it’s in the heart of downtown but still a good selection of wines. Staff was friendly too!
