I visited out of curiosity since I wanted to make a mental comparison to its other provincial sister company, the SAQ, and I must say that I wasn't disappointed at all. The layout was well set by wine types, spirits, mixers, beers, etc. Besides having a neatly sorted selection of world wines as well as Canadian offerings from all over the country. I had a very pleasant conversation with the manager, who was candid by stating that himself and the personnelle were still on training and that they were waiting for corporate offices to assign a sommelier to help clients, though despite this fact, he recommended a pretty good wine that I enjoyed with sushi. They have a rather good selection of wines and I'm sure, that once they get more experience, they'll be adding other good selections. Service was uncompromisingly friendly and welcoming, thanks for the pleasant experience!

Decent spirits selection and customer service but the closing at 6 pm (8 pm Thursday to Saturday) and limited beer selection makes it 3 stars relative to other LCBO locations in the area. Google Maps has the wrong hours as of this posting, I came here to warn others wanting beer at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday.

The LCBO has a lot of variety - beer from Europe etc. The single thing is people which are coming in, they are looking strange (under drugs influence or alcohol). To cashier one person had a very "color" language and the security had to come over. I guess LCBO needs more security!

it's got an alright selection. however when service Ontario takes my old cards and leaves me with pictureless paper copies until my new ones arrive Jennifer shouldn't be denying me service and trying to tell me how service Ontario should be doing their jobs.

One of my favorite stores of all time, the best part is the beer is cheaper than the beer store and they have air miles, drop your empties at the beer store but buy your beer here!!!!

Parking is an issue at this location but nice clean store. Well organized but I wish they would have a walk in cooler for more cold drinks like they do at the Isabella location.

The staff is really nice and professional at this location. Don't go on your lunch hour though - there's always lines. If you don't want to wait, that is.

Good selection. Friendly staff. Unlike some other locations in the downtown area, this location is not crowded on weekends (because offices are closed).

Small location with the necessities and a few novelties that is in a perfect spot to grab something last minute. Easily accessible by bus or parking.

Relatively small but variety is plentiful. It's a little hidden inside of the mall but isn't hard to find. Staff is hard to find when you need them.

This is a low key LCBO. Went on New Years Eve expecting it to be crazy busy, but it was dead. In and out in 5 minutes. Staff were very friendly.

The pickings were slim. Kinda to be expected in these times. The staff were great at keeping the line moving and safely spaced out.

This store is now closed and has relocated to the corner of Elgin and Nepean. LCBO has not adjusted its store locator.

Such a convenient location, in the heart of downtown. They have limited selection, but it's a very good one.

Not a ton of selection, but conveniently located in Centretown. All staff is really nice and helpful.

Smaller selection than other locations but good for when you're in a pinch for wine or spirits.
