Avoid the cashier with gray hair (the old man), asks for government photo ID. Especially for International students, work permit holders, and non-citizens, this old man does NOT accept non canadian id. I went to lcbo several times this year (mostly not this location), the cashiers either did not ask for id or took my non-canadian ones. I was at this location twice, the first time was fine, the cashier was a lady. Today this arrogant old man wants my ontario drivers license as if I shouldn't be present at billings bridge shopping center without owning a car and a driver's lisence. I showed the old man my study permit, failed. I wouldn't insist on buying alcoholic drinks for personal consumption, I argued with this old man because I'm having my beloved childhood friend in my house. Avoid the whole place if your mental health doesn't allow you to feel stupid and fail your job at the same time.

A very small LCBO that is good for quick trips for basic items. They're generally stocked with the staples that you would find anywhere, but overall they do not have a great selection. If you're already at Billings Bridge, it can be worthwhile to get something. If you are wanting a greater selection or looking for something specific, you're best to go to a bigger one. The small LCBO inside the Loblaws that is further down bank is bigger than this one and has a better selection. Despite this, staff is good and polite, so no faults there.

I had a weird experience with the elderly lady named Angie working there. She was trying to boss me around like I’m a child. Making me do unnecessary things and said she was uncomfortable when there is a glass separating us…. I won’t step foot there again made me feel uncomfortable and her attitude was obnoxious. Please hire younger and more energetic people to work at the setting.The just because your 40 years older than me attitude needs to go. Do better. Being petty does not get you far in life clearly.

VERY NASTY AND RUDE SECURITY GUARD TODAY, MARCH 24 I WALKED THROUGH THE MALL AND SAW A SIGN ON THEIR WINDOW. AS I TRIED TO READ IT, THE SECURITY GUY BARKED SOMETHING AT ME, I UNDERSTOOD ONLY HALF OF IT. AND WHEN HE WALKED TOWARDS ME (I STILL WAS NOT NEAR THE ENTRANCE) I TOLD HIM THAT I DO NOT WANT HIM TO COME ANYWHERE NEAR ME. THAT WAS IT! I DID NOT ENTER THE PLACE, NOR BUY ANYTHING. HE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR TREATING A 70-YEAR OLD LIKE THIS!

Get some employees that know how to do the job right. At the cash, a lady who worked there asked for my ID. Of course I gave it to her and she handed it backing saying 'I can't accept this, this isn't you'. Take in mind, I used my ACTUAL drivers licence and then my health card to prove further that the person on my ID is in fact me. However, she still refused to sell me the alcohol. I'm 21 years old. Absolutely ridiculous.

Small selection but main reason for two stars is the woman working the cash with the grey hair. I get there are covid procedures but her work ethic is where rude meets lazy. Do yourself a favour and just go to the warehouse on bank. Huge selection and staff are always more than willing to help and always kind.

All the staff are very friendly, even the pan handlers out side have a cheerful demeanor unless they're fighting with eachother. The location is a little small but caters to a local Vanier population with many different tastes. If you're looking for alcohol and a show this a great place to revive both.

Small store with sometimes a limited selection and the size you want. They usually don’t carry a 60 in whiskey. Largest is a 40. Basic selection. If you want special items you might want to go to another location. Good for last minute pick ups though

I have nothing but nice things to say about 3/4 of the staff, however, one lady, angie, was completely out of line today and argued with me over my id, not the first time shes done this, and i feel extremely targeted. i mean i understand

Probably one of the best-stocked LCBOs in Ottawa. Broad selection of wine, including a respectable Vintages section, excellent variety of beer and liquor, and a lot of favourites stocked in fridges. And the staff are friendly and helpful.

Small location, but convenient for me. Unfortunately, the selection is very limited, due to the size. Staff are friendly and helpful. I feel bad for the 3 star rating, as it is not a reflection of the staff in any way.

Great staff at this location! Very helpful. I left behind a briefcase with valuable contents there last night. Staff went above and beyond to secure my personal belongs until I returned later that evening for it! A+++

Staff is friendly but they have very limited stock. Always out of something or not carrying it. If you absolutely need something from an LCBO then this one will do but if you are picky then head to another one.

I was very surprised to find a legendario rum here. It is a great drink from Cuba that it difficult to find even if you're in Cuba. The store is small but they have a nice selection for what you need

Very convenient location in Billings Bridge Mall. Good but limited selection of wines, primarily because of store size. Basic spirits and beers certainly available.

Small craft beer selection. I'm under 25 and never had a problem with getting my ID checked. The older man that works here sometimes doesn't even ask for it.

The store has a welcoming atmosphere and set up in a way that makes it easy to locate what you are looking for. And you get points on your airmiles card.

They were out of my favorite wine, but the guy helping was super nice and informative. Recommended two other wines, both were great. Thank you.

Went to LCBO looking for coffee liqueur to cook with....couldn't find it might have to visit the big liquor store on Bank beside Home Depot
