This location was out of my favourite vintage wine last week. A nice gentleman spent a good 15 min recommending alternatives and going into great detail about how each was similar and the difference between them. My secondary selection was fantastic! This week, my wine was still not in stock. When I asked the lady at the cash about out it in passing, she took the time to look up when theyd be replenished. I've met some wonderfully kind people at this shop and am so appreciative of their helpfulness. The selection is huge, and with the right help, you will find what you're looking for.

This location is normally fine since ive been living in riverside. Recently I have been running into problems with a customer service rep named Shelby. He constantly asks me to remove my mask when checking out even though he has seen me more than a dozen times. He is very rude and looks to use his power whenever and wherever he can. A few times he denied me service out of prejudice and when I tried to reason with him about his problems with me, he forced his colleagues to deny me and my friend service. There is no other LCBO that Ive been to that treated me with such disrespect.

Usually a great store however recently I’ve been yelled at by a blond kid named Shelby he abruptly demanded I unpack the items from the shopping basket I had placed on the counter (which makes no sense since he then had to scan each item himself ) and when I stepped aside to retrieve my items he snapped at me to get behind the plexiglass barrier he was very rude and hostile and I felt embarrassed

Probably the worst run LCBO I have used. They are routinely out of what I am looking for. The space is vacant above the Tag... I have asked them a number of times to get the product in. They do, then 2 weeks later they are out again. I should really learn and just stop going here. Unfortunately it is the only one close by.

Terrible selection. They are useless trying to assist you in possibly ordering a product for you. Terrible service. No wifi to get your aeroplan card or search for info on a product. I can handle minimal selection but can’t handle stupidity. I’d rather drive an extra 20mins to Barrhaven for better service.

Love this location, smaller scale then some but never to crazy busy, always stocked, and easy to find what you're looking for! If not, the staff are very friendly and willing to help! I go out of my way to drive from Barrhaven to this location for the better experience.

Decent selection for a smaller lcbo. No covid lines anytime ive gone (weekday evening). Allowing one shopper per household currently with 3rd party security running the door. Good for following carding laws. Im almost 40 and got carded (this is a good thing)

Yelled at by a nut working there for someone else’s dog that walked into the store. She then screamed at the dog owner for 3-4 mins and I finally turned around to tell her to calm down. She then told me to leave. And wouldn’t serve me or my

This is probably the busiest LCBO locations as it is the Depot. They have more stock than your average Community LCBO but with this (during Covid19 times) can mean a bit of a wait to get in!

The staff at the LCBO on Limebank and Spratt are super helpful an the store stocks the Partake non-alcoholic craft beers. My one minor grump is that I can seldom find Arran Scotch in stock.

As always .. kid in a candy store. Needed Irish Whiskey for my homemade Carolyn's . Saw new Bombay Sapphire East with lemon grass %42 12 bonus airmiles both came with bonus 1oz clingons

Usual this place is pretty empty whenever I go(great for me). Their selection is decent and safety measures are in place with hand sanitation station before you walk in.

I feel like they have been doing great in all of this craziness. They are always pleasant and in good spirits even when I know they are warm wearing their masks.

Is what it is, a clean and helpful place for your needs. Smaller venue and covid has reduced the selection. Never had a problem finding something to try.

I really enjoyed the trip here. The place was not too crowded and I found some nice affordable but delicious malbecs in the vintage section.

The staff is very helpful just wish they had a greater vintage selection. However, it's convenient and easy to find what you are looking.

Great layout and Service. Walk-in cooler is massive so it holds literally everything that's served cold/chilled unlike other locations.

Huge LCBO on site along with other businesses. The staff seem to be very friendly and few know few sign language which is a plus!
