Too bad the minimum star is one, this store deserve zero stars. Every time I go there I leave empty handy, they don't have it! Why LCBO is wasting money and build small stores! Why I have to pay for extra gas to drive to other store! I live close by, but I have to pollute the planet. And why we have beer in LCBO store and not in beer store? Or some beer in beer store and some beer in LCBO store??? In 21st century this doesn't make sense!

For some reason this store is never shown in the LCBO wine search results as if it does not exist, no matter what you look for. If you are planning to not find something, go to this store. In 9 out of 10 cases I do not see what I see in the other stores in the area. Asked for 1L Chardonnay in July, they wrote it down, but it is still not in stock.

Rude staff especially from the women towards other women customers. They seem bored and then annoyed at helping ring a purchase. Don’t like your job ? Quit and let someone who would enjoy their work do it instead. Or maybe they’re from the country and manners are different, not sure. All other LCBOs are great to deal with.

Great to have this location open up for Kanata South and Stittsville East Very nice store, clean, well laid out Good selection, may not have everything you are looking for, but likely 95%+. Covid protocols in place, nice staff, friendly and knowledgeable. No lineup when I last went, plenty of parking. Cheers, Jay

LCBO has a huge store in Ottawa Kanata which has variety of drinks with fair prices. Their delivery take a little longer, I prefer to walk 5 minutes and pick anything i wanted from there. LCBO has several professional personnels where other alcohol stores don’t. I really like their local produced beer .

This is the new LCBO in the Kanata south area. We have been needing one for a LONG time! Great layout, lots of variety, has a walk in canned beer section is a great mix and variety. Doesn’t have a pronounced vintage wine section, but I kid you not, pretty sure they have MORE then most vintage section LCBO.

They advertise lower or wrong prices and you end up paying more when you get to the cash. Not the first time this happens. Starting to wonder if it's a bad coincidence or if they're purposely doing it to get customers to grab items that are well priced, only to be overcharged at the register

Amazing location and really good customer service. They have a very decent selection of wines, spirits and beers. If you plan on shopping here around holidays, I recommend doing so in advance - it is not easy to find a parking spot or get back to the main road when the place gets busy.

Good wine and spirits selection. The beer area felt like it didn't have a large variety of craft beer. But, the standard Ontario choices were there. Getting to the store was a bit difficult with all the construction of adjacent buildings.

Very nice selection, was very quiet only about 5 people in the store including the clerk. Had my favorite gin smashed tea which is not that easy to find. Most places had it sold out and or a wait of 2 weeks online. Very happy :)

5 stars for the friendly staff but if you are looking for selection, go to a different LCBO. This is strictly a convenience for the basics and doesn't have a large variety of craft beer or types other items.

Not a very big store as compared to other stores in Ottawa but have got similar stock or collection of scotch and whiskey as any other big store. I found beer options weren't that much.

This was my first visit to this new store. I found it a bit small compared to the other I shop at but it had the wines I enjoy. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would come back.

Friendly and attentive staff. Unfortunately this is a very small venue and thus has a rather limited variety of liquors, specially when compared to venues less than 10 minutes away.

Good selection, especially this close to Christmas. Found what we needed and actually threw in a couple of seasonal cups with our purchase . Very helpful and friendly staff.

Decent store. Fridges always in good order. Lukas was super helpful and kind whenever I had questions. Only issue is weekends and holidays where shelves start to go empty.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Just had to ask and he was more than willing to go into the back and help us out. Great service makes for repeat business.

This is a smaller unit, so less popular options are harder to come by (ex. good sake), still, staff is always super friendly and a joy to interact with.

This is my favorite hidden gem. Staff is friendly and well Knowledge. They always have product even when everyone else is out. Thank again guys!!!

It's a liquor store. I think they could do with a bigger Canadian whisky and local craft beer selection, but it's a decent little store.

Smaller than it looks. Great store if you like wine. Their selection of alcohol other than wine leaves something to be desired.

Small nice store and as a result narrow assortment. It's in a rapidly growing community, hope it can stretch at some point...

Great new store in Blackstone! Finally a LCBO within walking distance. Abundance of selections and very clean.
