I called this business at 12:45 p.m. on a Friday afternoon asking about a birthday bouquet. The female who answered suggested I call back on Monday, advising me she didn't have time today. She didn't seem too interested in helping me, so I called up a competitor - City Garden Florist, who gladly accommodated my order for a same-day request. I won't be contacting Leona's Florist again for any future orders, unfortunately.

This is a small mom & pop place that does not really do phone orders. They only take the jobs they can handle. They are sweet, nice & affordable for the people in the area. This is not glamour. They don't have a website. They just have the right amount of people for the jobs they do. This is the only place in the city I go for flowers.
