I don’t usually do reviews online, but I had to do this one !!!!! I had front upper teeth replaced that have been yellowed and damaged and horrible for years… Since I was a child. I had grief from everybody, since I was a kid. Kids can be cruel. I know that firsthand. Everybody noticed my teeth, I was so self-conscious… It was horrible. I hated to smile, I hated to be with people or take pictures. When it came to family pictures I just stared at the camera and refused to smile. My teeth were horrible. Dr. Yip presented me with a plan to get my front teeth done. I’ve been wanting to do it for years but haven’t done it because they really weren’t any good options … and it was super expensive…until this new technique and teeth came along. Dr. Yip told me about it and I told my wife about it. Finally she convinced me that it would be worth the cost so I did it. She was absolutely right! Anyway, I went back and had Dr. Yip do the work. When he put new teeth in for me, it changed my life!!! I was now happy to talk to people and smile and life was fantastic. It really did change my life. I feel so much better about myself and talking with other people. AMAZING !!!!! If you have the same problem that I had, talk to Dr. Yip and he can change your life too !! Edit 5/2023: Absolute bangers on the radio. Edit 3/2023: still the best dentist ever. They always work me in quickly. Dr Yip had an amazing playlist for whenever he did my crown. Highly, highly recommend. Edit 1/23: I had a filling here and it was the gentlest, most least traumatic thing ever. Everyone was so kind to me and they even gave me a warm blanket straight out of the dryer. I had a truly wonderful experience here and I think the whole internet needs to know about it. I've got some medical trauma and going to the doctor always makes me super nervous, especially the dentist -- not anymore! Dr Yip and Malena are absolutely amazing. I was super anxious and Malena put me right at ease and I really appreciated her kindness. Dr Yip was the least scariest dentist ever, I really appreciate his honesty and I really liked his chill vibe. My favorite part of the whole experience was whatever station they were playing on the radio, absolute bangers -- that's how you know you're in good hands. As an environmentally conscious person I really appreciated filling out my paperwork online.

They have you come in for 1.5 hours. You waiting around for the denstist. The x ray and dentist actually took 30 minutes. Thenbthe scam is they teccomend a cleaning for 1800. After refusing that they introduce a plan where it 800 instead of doing that first. Still 800 for deep clean and all i wanted was a general cleaning. The office and the dentist said a general cleaning wouldnt make sense because the deep one is needed but 800 bucks. I cant beleive this dentist is actually selling no cleaning is better then a general cleaning. Can trust them so i took my family elsewhere. Im sure this is a scam thry run on bunch of people pay this 800 to 1800 for this cleaning then you have to come in every three months for a cleaning. I had no cavities pics look good. I winder how many other people thry have done this too. For 40 years i get two general cleanings for 100 to 150 cash. Bad service felt like a scam

It’s so hard to find a good dentist, well we found one here at liberty Oaks Dental. From the minute you walk in you’re greeted with a friendly smile and treated like a human being. I am the biggest BABY when it comes to going to the dentist!! I have a wicked gag reflex when it comes to X-rays and the took perfect care and time to address all my needs and make me comfortable. I needed a root canal and a crown (yeaaaa) but believe it or not it was fast and virtually painless. The shot to numb was the most painful part and I can live with that. I go to Dr. Yip when I can schedule a visit but they are all very nice if it is an emergency so don't worry about that. This office has up to date equipment and modern dental lab capacity so you can get a crown the same day and skip the weird temp stage. Dr.Yip is pretty down to earth about your dental needs which i like. I have a mixed past with my dental health and he has been understanding. We had an honest conversations about budgets and the functions of my individual teeth. As someone that has historically avoided the dentist due to anxiety/fear has been okay and they do their best to keep you calm. Dr.Yip gets a 5/5 on putting you as easy and finding a solution for you.

Dr. Yip has the most patience as any dentist I've ever been to. Sidenote, I've been to a lot I've the decades. Checked in with my pain level, numbness, nervousness, during the procedure, and never made me feel bad for being nearly 40 and embarrassed that I was afraid of begin at a dentist. Malena was very comforting, professional, and never got annoyed at my many questions. Amanda has been great helping me set up financial payments. I am grateful that people like them who care are in these important jobs. Definitely worth getting a basic consult for whatever is bothering you.

While their customer service was great, they recommended unnecessary treatment. I only discovered this after seeking care from another dental office due to residual pain after receiving treatment. I am incredibly upset and can’t stand the idea of anyone else having to experience this type of unethical behavior. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here! They only care about the bottom dollar and how much money they can get from insurance and patients and not what actually needs to be done to preserve one’s teeth.

This office is amazing! They go over everything that needs to be done and works with you on it. Chloe in the front office area is super friendly and very patient with everyone’s dumb questions( me included lol) Dr. Yip is sooo nice and very knowledgeable and knows his stuff! My son had work done at another office and Dr. Yip showed me things that they needed to redo so I didn’t have to pay 1000’s more. Highly recommend this office!

My husband had had a tooth issue over the holiday weekend Our daughter Katie Mason has been working with this group for almost a year as a dental assistant and she got him in today, Dr. Mbata And Katie did a phenomenal job taking care of him we will definitely recommend and use this Dental group for any tooth or mouth issues, Katie and Dr. Mbata went above and beyond to help regardless if it was a relative! amazing job Katie Mason!

Outstanding practice...from the time I called until the end of my appointment. I had an emergency service.... a broken tooth needing repair and I was very nervous. Dr. Avey was fantastic. The entire event was basically pain free. His assistant Malena was just as fantastic. She made me aware of every step being taken through the entire event and both Malena and Dr. Avey were so caring and very very patient.

I just attended this dental office and all I have to say is 5 stars all the way. The dental assistant Malena Slagle did an amazing job suctioning my mouth, definitely made sure I was comfortable the entire time and that I wasn’t drowning. She came in to the lobby and got me in a very efficient way, she was on time and I was in and out so fast. Thank you Malena, for making my experience so easy and amazing!

Love this place! From the time I walked in without an appointment and in pain . Everyone was very kind and welcoming, and took care of me. They got me right in within an hour and Melana Did everything she could keep me comfortable. Dr Desai was so understanding of my issues and said that he could help, and he did!!! The whole process has been totally painless. I’m so thankful and grateful!☺️

Dr. Avey and Malena were awesome with their care for my teeth. Malena is the first person to clean my teeth where I didn't feel like my gums were being sliced open. Dr. Avey heard me on my tooth issue and found a crack in it. I appreciate them being gentle with my teeth cleaning also.

Just wanted a cleaning. After a hour and a half I finally just walked out. They were insisting I needed deep cleaning, gum treatments etc. First time in my life I've been told I need all of that done. Prepare yourself for maximum $$ extraction. Would obviously not recommend!!

There are two badass dentists in history. One is Doc Holliday, the other is Dr. Yip. Dr. Yip and his staff are great, and the only place I’ll ever go for dental work. Katie is also the best without question.
