The owners are dodgy people. As soon as I came into the store to look around at the flowers they started to ask questions, what do I want, what's my budget, this that. I just wanted to look at first, I then decided to make a bouquet with roses, I noticed the lady was specifically picking all the roses that were either old so I told them I wasn't interested anymore, as I was leaving I could see how angry the guy was trying to say something under his breath. Next time if you have something to say, have some balls and address me as a man and not under your breath when I'm leaving the store. They're also dodgy looking people wouldn't be surprised if this was a money laundering business as I live nearby and rarely see them have any clients..

Great florist!! I wanted a big beautiful arrangement made for a seminar at a hotel, and the man/woman at the store were happy to help me on short notice. They also allowed me to bring in my own vase from home so I could save money and put more towards to actual flowers in the arrangement. The result was amazing and their service was prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend this florist over the competitor down the street, which I previously had a bad experience with - Thanks so much for your great service, to everyone at Lily of the Valley! :)

Having a florist in my neighbourhood is a nice to have, but I was disappointed at how needlessly cold and unfriendly these shop owners were toward me when I recently visited their store for the first time. I had a budget, which they didn’t seem to like, so they were stingy with their service. I was friendly and respectful to them all the same, but I didn’t feel valued as a customer, so I won’t go back.
