I came to this place many times, most of the time we just shop on our own, the last three time, we went there to get a screen door. The first time, we got there at 8:40, went straight to the door section, nobody there for us to ask question, we pushed the help button, Chris showed up, we got to know which one they have and the one my husband wanted to get is $429 included professional installation, it’s a lot of money for us just for a screen door, my husband had to go get something else so I was there to look at different options, Chris showed the direction of where I can look for more, which I found one that has a button and you can just push it, it open the screen. I like that one, not the one up front. Chris asked me if I want this, I said I’ll think about it and come back tomorrow when we know for sure if which one I want. My husband came back after picked up stuffs he needed. Chris asked my husband again “so, you going to get this door?” My husband turn to me and asked me for my opinion, I told my husband “I already told him that we gonna come back tomorrow when we have more time. I don’t want to make a decision in 5 minutes and someone trying pushing me to buy something I wasn’t sure.” My husband apology to the guy. We left. Just got this, I feel like for someone like Chris, women has no voice in this world. We did came back the next day, I know we want the door with the button that can release the door and ready to order it. This time, of course we had to push the button for help, someone else help us, but guess what, he had no idea how to look up the product, how to order it or if they need to send someone to our home to measure the door and get it cut. So, he knows NOTHING about what they doing there, at Lowe’s, where he work, when I told him about which door I want and what it was,he looked at me like I don’t know what I’m talking about or I’m just telling nonsense because he can’t even find the product, well, I showed him the picture I took of the price tag, I took many pictures of which one I want, he still couldn’t figure out how to do it. It’s not me that I can’t show him what I want, it was him has so little knowledge about the store that he working at. It’s frustrating and annoying at the same time, if this is not the closet store to my house, I wouldn’t come to this place. I have many problem but I knowing what I want isn’t one. So please managers, train your employees for their own good and for your own store.

So everything happen on August 29, 2017 They came out to my house they gave me estimate and we did agree on it and they promised me that they going to come out on September 11 and install my fences..... So September 11 came and I took the day off so they can come out and install my fences it was around the afternoon I called the store and I’m like oh where are you people they should’ve been out here this morning and been doing their job and they end up notify me or we can come out on September 11 this and that and I said no this is not how it’s gonna go when you guys promise to date you need to be out there on that date.... Anyways I called the store and I told Isys I need some percentage off of my fences and they said OK so basically they pushed it back to September 21....... They came out on the September 21 late in afternoon and took my old fence itself and prepare their stuff for the next day...... They came out and install everything and they look really good on that date so I called the store and I was like so where is my percentage that you guys told me you guys going to take off the installation and I met this guy named holland i was trying to get 35% off the 4325.50....he brought me down to 15% so i said okay the he mad me sing a from call ((release of all claims )) On that date that I signed the form before I signed it I said this form that I’m signing it’s for the date that you guys promise you guys going to come out and you guys did it and holland said that’s correct sir It’s not going to defect your warranty order 60 days that they have to come out and replace how much every words they have to change..... Time went by about maybe a month later I start having problem with these Woods... what i need to say is this guy did fraud for laying to me and saying i still have my warranty and my 60 days and all this woods are defective in my yard plus he cam over to my house and try to bluff me by saying I'm take all the woods off and give your money back that i said okay to cuz it was nothing but defective woods............. then this guy call name jeff call me and said we are not willing to do anything big time fraud people at this store never would recommend any one going to this people.......

As new home owner you would imagine you can trust a company like Lowe's to reliable and really strive for great customer service. This location has shown the worst experience i've ever had at store. The store instructs you that they will give you a call the night before and the day of for a delivery for your time slot. When I bought my washer and drier they never called me or updated on my delivery, so because I missed the drop off I had to wait 4 days for my appliances to get delivered. This same exact thing happened the later the week when I was supposed to have my refrigerator delivered. I never received an update call from the store about my delivery time slot.I missed the delivery but because I was in need of a fridge, I instructed the delivery men to place the fridge in my back yard and I would bring it in. They informed me the store would be able to send someone to assist me if I needed help. When I called the store later that day, they told me they wouldn't send anyone to help me. I asked if I could borrow a dolly to help move the fridge and they refused. While I was inspecting my fridge I noticed large dents on the side and when I called to have them take the fridge back and bring me a new one, they stated they would not do a swap. I had to wait 3 days for them to pick up the damaged fridge, and another day for them to send me a new one. 3 days go by and the delivery men come to pick up the damaged fridge, but again I did not receive any calls about next day delivery time slot. So this time I call them, to get the information. But to my surprise, they stated there was an error with my order and my fridge couldn't be delivered the next day, but that I would have to wait 2 more days. Again, I am a new home owner, I need a fridge in my house. I called and asked to speak to a manager and as I am speaking to the manager he hangs up and doesn't answer or return my calls This place is full of very incompetent people who really don't care about their jobs.

Wow. What a mess! I had to stop my car and submit this review for such a bad shopping experience! So it was about 7:30pm on Sunday and I had no idea that their weekend hrs awful. 8pm? SERIOUSLY? THEN I go in and good luck finding anything. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack! I needed a single bathtub water shutoff/on knob. SUPER SIMPLE SUPER EASY. SUPER IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND. 1. The only bathtub fixtures are... in the very back of the store mixed into a wall of hundreds of different fixtures for bathroom sink, shower, and kitchen sink along with bath bars and every handle you can imagine. So recap, 30 min to close on entry. Spent 10 min looking for the right isle. Spent 10 min lookin at the blur of hundreds of fixtures to no avail. Spent 10-12 min looking for an employee... ANY EMPLOYEE. NONE FOUND ANYWHERE! Oops 8pm automated message plays that it's time to move to the checkout. I was SUPER upset. NOT 1 SINGLE EMPLOYEE ANYWHERE ALL THE WAY TO THE FRONT WHERE IT WAS AUTOMATED CHECKOUT LOL. TGE ONLY EMPLOYEES THERE WAS A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE AND ANOTHER TO OPEN AND SHUT THE FRONT DOORS. So you can imagine, I got a lil bit agitated and told those 2 employees that they need to re-evaluate their employee count and closing staff. 30 min ther stressed out for nothing. THIS IS WHY I SHOP ST HOME DEPOT! CHEAPER FRIENDLIER BETTER HRS BETTER STOCKER INVENTORY BETTER PLACEMENT BETTER LOCATION IDENTIFICATION LOTS MORE EMPLOYEES ALL IN ALL BETTER! SORRY LOWES.. YOU ONLY HELPED TO PROVE MY POINT ABOUT BEING THE WRONG CHOICE. ON THE BRIGHT SIDE.. YOURE NOT REALLY LOOSING A CUSTOMER... SINCE I NEVER REALLY WAS ONE LOL.

BE WARNED! This Lowe's is a disaster. We met with their countertop team a month ahead of our project and were assured it could be completed. We had them check the quartz availability and there were no concerns. We took time our of our workdays to meet with multiple teams at our house for measurements. Balls were dropped in their processes and we had to have measurements completed twice...more time away from work! They said they couldn't use the original measurements; yet they sent the same team and team members to do the measurements. Everyone was left confused! We were assured that things were back on track, however, they refused to put in writing that they would meet our deadline as notated in the contract. They would never return calls, kept juggling the projects between lower level employees and upper management. This was a roughly $11,000 and we had to pull the plug on it today due to the incompetency of this team. They wasted all the extra time we had to accomplish the upgrades before moving into our new home. Now, we will have to try and accomplish all of these projects with a new company. We asked to speak to the upper manager when we called to cancel and receive a refund. He refused to even take the call from us. The cancellation was the quickest part of their process. Molly, Jacob, and Mark...thank you for wasting our time and energy and offering no apology or admission of shortcomings.

Horrible experience here! I ordered a washer and dryer online that got cancelled so I was referred to go inside the store to get it resolved. I ordered a washer and a dryer and was told it would arrive in 3 days. On the day of arrival, the dryer and washer never came. I reached out and was told there was a delay and it would arrive in another 3 days. The day before delivery I received a confirmation with the delivery time window and I accepted the confirmation. Then the next day, no call no washer no dryer. I reached out again and was sent on a wild goose chase with the store saying to call the delivery support company and the support company telling me to call the store. I finally had to ask for my washer first and they finally brought it while I had to through the same exact process to get my dryer. I don’t mind delays I understand logistics is hard, especially during a pandemic. But all I ask is better communication and if it’s delayed just pick up the phone and call me or email me! I’ve finally reviewed my dryer almost 3 weeks after ordering it and the guys hooked up my washer but wouldn’t do the dryer? Shame on Lowe’s I’m going buy from Home Depot and double down on their stock that pays dividends and now I know why their share price keeps going up and up.

I went in to get some epoxy, which they did have, but finding it was difficult and it was even harder to find an employee to help point me in the right direction and when I did finally find an employee, she had no idea what epoxy was, so she got her phone out to look it up, but I had to spell epoxy for her. Whatever app or website she was on did correctly locate where the epoxy was, but I'm guessing she figured her job helping me was done, because she didn't walk me to the area where the epoxy is, like all hardware store employees use to do, she didn't even ask if that was all I needed. Now I can't be too mad at this employee, because she did try to help, but I can be mad at Lowe's for not training their employees better, hiring employees with more experience or knowledge, or having a full staff working in all the departments, but I don't know what I was expecting, because out of all their check out lines, they only had the customer service register open. I'm guessing I'm asking to much from a hardware store these days, so if they don't change soon and bring back trained and knowledgeable employees for each department they won't be around much longer, because I can get that kind of service without leaving my home with a couple quick clicks or taps.

I ordered an oven with next day delivery and when they delivered the oven the following day it wouldn’t turn on. I will say, the delivery crew was great and really tried all they could to get it working to no avail. They took the oven away and assured me that I would hear from someone about a replacement. 24 hours passed and I heard nothing, so I called the store and was told that they could see in the system that the oven was broken but no action had been recorded to deliver a different one. I was put on hold and ultimately hung up on. The next day I called again and was told that Lowe’s couldn’t help me and I needed their fulfillment center. I called and was again told that no action had been taken to initiate a re-delivery. I was told someone *should* contact me within 24 hours about next steps. I then asked if I can cancel the order and just reorder since I would get an oven faster due to it being in stock and next day delivery. The woman said it was not possible to cancel my order at this point. There has been no sense of urgency to right their wrong or even acknowledgement of the inconvenience. Still no resolution at this point and our family is without an oven and MORE IMPORTANTLY a way to make coffee in the morning. Super frustrating

Purchased an LG washer and dryer for $3,460 eight days ago. Delivery was scheduled for this past Saturday, but got a call from Lowe’s advising appliances had not been received from their warehouse in Dallas (that was the location as I recall). The customer service, sales or delivery lady on the phone offered to refund my money or re-chedule for delivery this coming Saturday, 14 days after my purchase. However, she admitted to me on the phone she couldn’t promise that it would come in then and, in fact, couldn’t really tell me when I would receive it. I just checked Lowe’s website tonight and they are advertising 3-7 days delivery. This is false and dishonest advertising. I have lost my respect for Lowe’s after this experience. Also, the lady I spoke to with Lowe’s is sorely lacking in any customer satisfaction ability. Her tone left me believing she could care less when, or if, I receive the washer and dryer and was completely unsympathetic with a customer who will have gone at least two weeks without those needed appliances.

Fun fact- that an employee confirmed- if you check online and an item says “low stock”, it means less than 10. This includes 0. It’s 2021 and they can’t actually tell you online, or even IN STORE, if when it tells them there’s between 1 and 9 of something, if they really have it and if it’s been out of stock for weeks or more. If they can’t keep up with the online world, too bad. I’m not wasting my time going to their store anymore because their website and even in store employees checking their system, say there is still “some” amount of the item I went there for specially. I’ll go on Amazon, pay less, wait a day or two without leaving my house, and have it. That’s reality. Accept it or lose millions and millions. People will always buy wood and things to fix the house in a hurry, of course. But for plenty of other things they sell? They’re losing a literal fortune because this technology of knowing their own stock is in the 90s at best, or they do this on purpose to get you in the store. I’m not falling for it either way.

I purchased a new washer & arranged for delivery and set up. The two guys who showed up were incompetent. They had trouble turning off the water and tried to ask me for a tool but there was a language barrier. They failed to shut off the water so when they disconnected the water hose it caused a big water spill. They finally left without testing the washer. The next day I used the washer and left the house. When I returned I found the washer had so violently vibrated it had damaged the wall and unplugged itself. The crew failed to remove the shipping bolts when they delivered it. I had to wait several days for a new machine but a month later Lowe's has not contacted me about compensation for the damages. It has now been FOUR months and I still have not received compensation. Lowes blames the subcontractor who delivers for them. That company "lost" my initial claim and I had to submit my claim all over again. I was just contacted about a settlement and hope to receive compensation within 2 weeks.

I'm a first-time homeowner and Lowe's is officially my favorite home improvement store hands down! Spring is here so I was recently shopping around for an electric mower, weed-eater, and blower. I tried researching online but the options and prices for electric outdoor tools varied so much that I wasn't sure what would be a quality brand or good deal. After visiting several other stores I finally went to Lowe's and my experience was amazing! 1) I didn't have to walk around the entire store to find someone to help me 2) the person who helped me (DAVID O.) really knew his stuff and clearly explained the different options to me 3) David helped me find the best deal available and didn't pressure me to just buy the most expensive option - he actually steered me away from doing just that. I felt very satisfied with my purchase and the value I got for the money I paid. I'm planning some renovations to my home this summer and Lowe's is where I'll be doing all of my shopping. Thanks David and Lowe's!

I was having a poor experience with Lowes very poor ! Until I ran into (Juan) ✨ @13000 i35 store. Unfortunately the power saw was broken @ the Shoal Creek store. Treked north to i35 store, was getting frustrating after asking 3 times for help cutting some wood boards . That's when Juan arrived! Lady @ the register pointed out I was waiting 30 mins. He saved face for Lowes and really helped me out. Very courteous and professional, super polite and thoughtful. He apologized for my experience, thought none of it was his fault, yet he went the extra mile to make me feel like I was the most important customer in the store! Customer service @its best, making sure everything was to my liking, every step of the way as he cut up my boards. Really positive guy and his attention to detail was top notch. Honestly I was ready to leave, would have left a poor review, but how could I with the service I received. You rock Juan! The boards are in and fit perfect...

As a busy contractor I pop into Lowe’s all over the area. I’ve never ever taken time to write a review. I’ve tried this Lowe’s four times in the last few weeks, and today I just cannot stay quiet. It is by far, the worst energy, lowest bar, poorest managed, under inventoried store I’ve ever seen. When you walk in and the set up is uncomfortable and no one is there…..you might think it doesn’t matter and you can just peacefully get what you need. Not at all. I could write pages of how bad it has been in just four visits, today culminating in an employee telling another after I walked by that he needs to follow people with wire, to which I turned around And asked “because I’m going to stick it up my shirt suddenly?” Instead of apologizing I overheard his insult, he held up his hand to me and turned his head away. Too much to write, it just horrible. Notice any reviews that are not just random 5stars, detail the terrible experiences. Beware

I went to a few local carpet stores specifically because I wanted a sales person to teach me about carpeting, help me make the right choice and sort of sell it to me. I wasn’t getting what I wanted and felt like it was pointless. Someone told me they got their carpet from Lowes. I didn’t even know hardware stores had carpet. Well I spent about 2 hours being helped by Peter and it’s crazy to say but it was a really refreshing experience! He taught me all about densities and fabric choices so now I feel confident I chose the correct carpet. I even chose a tile and will be choosing a wood in my next visit. Peter was more knowledgeable than any other salesperson I spoke to anywhere else. We had his undivided attention even on a Saturday. We were never given the “hard sale”. He was just there to offer information and advice. He asked a lot of questions about our lifestyle and told us what to stay away from. I’m so happy! Thank you Peter!

Went to buy some mulch, and the employee that was at the garden center, (Laurie), got mad at us for using the plastic bags they have hanging in the aisle. The mulch bags had several holes in them, and she practically scolded me and said those bags were for “paying customers” only and for mulch bags that had holes. I apologized, and she just walked away. I had already placed a mulch bag inside the plastic bag, and as she was walking away I asked her if she wanted the plastic bag back. She walked back towards us and took the plastic bag, and went to throw it away at the front. The cashier at the garden center was nice and apologized. Cashier said those plastic bags are for customers to use if the mulch bags have holes and for people to carry the mulch more easily. Never coming back to this Lowe’s. Rather go to the one in Round Rock. Cashier suggested we talk to the manager, but we decided to just put our experience here on google.

Super disappointed in the level of customer service from this locaiton. I ordered something online on Saturday, 28-Jan-2023 (in excess of $1000 purchase). Someone called me on Monday, 30-Jan-2023 and basically said "Oops, we sold the item that $1000 item that you purchased on Saturday. We don't have it...you should go look for it another store...maybe they have one in South Austin." Later, on Monday 30-Jan-2023 someone else called and left a message for me that I should call this store (and by the way the person leaving the message said "oh, I don't know what our phone number is...just search for it and call us") with questions. And, that was interesting...after the phone rang approximately 30 times (on 2 different phone calls), the automated system directed me to take a phone survey. I would very much like to discuss a remedy for this issue with someone at the store.

I have been a Home Depot guy for a very long time, but after a very very poor experience in their flooring department, I decided to give Lowe's (Tech Ridge I-35 location) a shot and I could not be happier. I was able to get a much higher quality pergo laminate floor installed for less than what Home Depot was going to charge and Home Depot had me setup with flooring that was nearly $1.50 less per sqft, that price discrepancy was unbelievable and made us so happy we switched! On top of that, the consultative and friendly approach at Lowe's was great. I believe the gentleman's name was Chris, he was fantastic, assisted my wife with pickup, delivery, and install scheduling, and deserves a huge shout-out for doing a great job! The floors are in, they look and feel fantastic. Thank you for a great experience and great new floors!

The only reason I’m writing this review is to give credit to Edward for his good customer service in helping us find a the item we needed. He was practically assisting all the customers in the store while other employees stood around or walked around aimlessly. Since he was busy when we had to attain an item only employees had access to we asked customer service for assistance. Nobody wanted to assist with obtaining the item and instead staff bounced the responsibility around from one employee to another. We stood in the aisle for 30 min watching staff pass us by and telling us to ask another employee for help. We became very frustrated and decided to get what we needed at Home Depot across the street. Let me tell you, Home Depot provided us with waaay better service. Lowe’s, hire you some more employees like Edward.

I have been shopping at this store for ~2yrs and my in store shopping experiences have been fine. Unfortunately I have had great difficulty when ordering things for pickup and will most likely never place an online order with them again. Most recently I placed an order for some stair treads that I ordered on June 4 but was unable to get them until July 15th. Prior to this I received multiple false notification that my order was in (via phone calls, emails, and online notifications). I was falsely promised free delivery after this but then later when items were found it was denied. Ultimately ended up driving to the store 3 times to finally receive my order. I probably wasted 3+hrs waiting around while the store was searched. This is totally unacceptable and I will never order anything online from this store again.

I had just bought an item, only to walk out to my car and notice it was cracked. I went back inside to return it. I must have waited over 20 mins in line to return this. When I finally got up there, I was not even acknowledge by the women working the customer service counter. Instead she was having a side conversation with the other man working the counter. It was a combative conversation about her lunch break. She continued to argue with him as she worked on my return, never once addressing me. She finally did speak to me - she said "sign here". and then handed me my receipt. I never got a thank you, sorry for your inconvenience, or even how are you. Instead I go her attitude and anger about her lunch break. I will remember that Home Depot is right across the street...maybe they want my business.

Went in a few days ago to buy washer and dryer. The guy that helped us seem irritated about helping me and answering my questions. Was told I would receive a call the day before my delivery with my delivery window. Never got that call. So I called Lowes to ask about it. The girl that answered told me to call back in a few hours. I called back 3 times and no one answered the phone! Then I receive a call the next morning at 8am that the delivery guys are coming between 8-10am when I was told that I would receive a 30 minute notice before. Also The delivery guys don't come with the proper tools to install kept asking me for tools I don't have. The only thing I'm happy with is the price of my product but customer service and notification system not so much.

This is such a bad store! Seven years ago, I had 3 monumental failures in customer service and (despite the store manager being involved at the end), I came back. I got horrible service and vowed to shop at Home Depot across the street and have. However yesterday, I had to return with a friend. We dealt with a poorly trained employee at the return counter who couldn't make a decision by herself, didn't know how to deal with different types of packages, and didn't know how to explain different situations to us, the customers.  She made us feel like we were up to no good--trying to pull something over the company by returning things. Come on Lowe's! I told my friend--stop shopping here! I'm not going here anymore.

I usually enjoy going to Lowe's on I 35 near Parmer because people have been mostly helpful. Today I asked Kayla if Lowe's allows for price matches and she said yes. Kayla then went on to say, if you found the product at a lower price at a different store, why don't you just go there? I'm like, what? Why wouldn't Lowe's want my business? She then went on to say they only price match the larger size products and not the small products. Her tone of voice clearly sounded annoyed with my request so I asked to speak to a manager. She said, they are in a meeting and I am one of the managers. Seriously? Lowe's, please train your manager, Kayla, to have a better attitude when attending to customers.

  • Jasmine S

Very unprofessional service. I purchased a washer/dryer set and they have made 3 delivery attempts to deliver incorrect items. I have been on the phone for hours with them reassuring me that they will deliver the correct items and every time they show up they bring the WRONG ITEMS. I’ve had to miss time from work to be available for delivery and they are inconsiderate of your time. We are now going into over two weeks and I still have NOT received my delivery. It’s ridiculous how unprofessional their customer service is and won’t be surprised if their 4th delivery attempt is incorrect. Don’t waste your time or money their delivery process is a joke. I regret making a purchase with them.

  • Cordarius Enright

Management at this store is garbage. 2 months ago I visited customer service. Stood waiting around for an hour. Nothing. Today, needed some paint, stood around for 30 minutes. Associates called somebody to the paint department 3 times, nobody showed up. I called the customer service while* standing at the paint department. The lady said Leonard is the person doing paint and he’s the manager. I walked out of the store. 40 minute round trip drive and 30 minutes standing around. All my time and has wasted. Management is always in a meeting. For this store to have such horrible management and I don’t see what meetings they could be having. Sure isn’t customer service related.

Appliance delivery is a disaster, do yourself a huge favor and buy your major items from Home Depot instead! Ordered a washer and dryer - they delivered only the dryer, then charged us for both and claim the washer has been delivered. We've called multiple times and they say that someone will call us back to schedule a delivery, but we've heard nothing for over a week! Their call center is a joke and wait times are over an hour, and they've dropped our calls multiple times after waiting for up to 45 minutes. If anyone at Lowe's cares to respond, please send me a better number to call than the general customer service line. The call center is a waste of time.

After one of the new clerks made a mistake on a return. She hit the cash button instead of return to card. She calls for assistance on the intercom because I wanted the money to go back on my card. The manager Abril arrives did not acknowledge me or inform me of anything. She says to the clerk. I don't know how to do that & walks off. I then asked to speak with a manager the clerk says that was her. She came & talk to me in a nonchalant demeanor as she could care less, wasn't even concerned about trying to correct the error. The guy I spoke with yesterday's visit gave great customer service. Today it was trash. No, thank you I'll stick to Home Depot.

My experience with Lowes has been more or less a shot in the dark. I find the items I'm looking for but they never seem to have it in the size I need. A.C. registers or Return Air Grills they had 2 on the shelves 2 both are labeled the size i need but when measured there talking vented portion measurements not over all. And after i walked the store one and a half times then find the air conditioning vent section and I'm measuring for correct application a guy walks up behind me and wants to know if i need any help? Wish he would have asked me a thousand steps sooner not when i found what i was looking for. Sad part is the size i needed the box was empty.

  • McKenzie Jr

I love this store. Employees are very helpful and take time to answer all your questions. My thanks to Michael the floor manager who helped me find all things I needed sticking with me for 40 minutes. My thanks to Darius and Melissa who helped me my blinds purchase by following up regularly with me. He helped me match the price Home Depot quote by working with his boss. My thanks to all the gentlemen that helped me tools purchase Michael, Sigurd, two older gentleman who are at Hardware section. And few more who I don’t remember the name’s. Lowe’s certainly is my first choice when it comes to getting something done for my new home.

Terrible customer service. We ordered the fridge 2 weeks ago and the delivery date was set to be today. Well today I call to confirm the delivery and they told me it is delayed until next month. Are you kidding me? You couldn't send me a notification? I also tried to be rational, talked to the manager to see if they get me a different fridge, I did not get a call back. So now I don't have a fridge for weeks and you want me to wait another month? Not to mention that I have to call multiple times because they never wants to pick up the first time. Over promised, under delivery, I'll be taking my business to another place.

  • Sabrina Tovar

Layla at return service Desk has horrible customer service she immediately gave use an ugly look as if she hates her job. She gave us a non welcoming experience that made us feel unwelcome and she was not professional at all. She is the wrong person 2 put at that station Lowes employees are supposed to represent excellent quality and provide professional experience to their customers we got the exact opposite we will no longer be shopping at this specific location and take our business elsewhere thanks alot Layla u just lost Lowes a customer . Her customer service sucks she is very rude and this happend today

  • S Frost

Good selection of soils and both indoor and outdoor plants, better than the other major store. My only complaint would be that they move stuff around in the garden department and sometimes it can be hard to find what you're looking for. I saw the plastic liners for potted plants outside in the garden area and when I went back a few days later for more they had moved it inside in the back corner near the indoor plants. I even asked the garden center employee outside and she couldn't locate it. Finally I found it. Every once in a while they have really good plant sales and you can pick up stuff for uber cheap.

  • Dan Daugherty

I won't bore you with a full review. Everyone knows Lowe's. On this case, on a low probability mission to find a set screw needed for a towel rack. The employee who helped us showed us they had a board on the wall with various screw sizes, and we were able to put the towel rack right up to it and find the correct size. Then he showed us a drawer of teeny tiny metric machine screws, set screws. We got a pack for less than $2. The rest of the trip, shopping for 3-way LED light dimmers also went super easy. Very helpful place, large variety of stock, quick in and out, easy parking. Could not be better.

(Parisiane - HORRIBLE Customer Service) I went in this morning to buy a washing machine. After setting up the delivery and going to customer service to pay, I decided not to purchase from Lowe's due to the lack of customer service by the representative. Parisiane, the customer service representative was very rude from the start. I told her Raul from appliances had put my invoice in the system and I just came here to pay. She rolled her eyes and gave me attitude about not being able to find the order. Lowe's should make her go through a training or just fire her... Taking my business to Home Depot.

  • Gary Mathews

About as unfriendly, unappreciative group of sales clerks and checkers I've ever had. No one was willing to take extra effort to assist. The cashier didn't say a word to me before or after ringing up the sale. Okay, not one word except, "$41". This was after waiting in another line for 5 minutes or more and that cashier never once had the courtesy to look up and see the line that formed and least say, "thank you for your patience, will be with you as quick as possible." Perhaps this is a very well trained team and management's goal is to have associates who don't care about customers.

  • Dylan Nguyen

Ordered a washer installation and was scheduled for 07/16/2022 with the delivery window being between 8 AM to 12 PM. No phone call or delivery happened between that timeframe. Got a call from lowes at 12:42 PM but missed the call by a couple seconds so called back immediately and they didn’t pick up. Assumed that the line was busy so called back at 12:51 PM and still no answer. So I called customer service and was told that the washer was marked as not delivered with a prior phone call to me at 12:42 PM. So now I have to wait 24 with a case number as lowes figure out what to do.

  • Vamsi Krishna

Don’t fall for free assembly if you are in urgency to order items. I ordered a grill just because it comes assembled and when I was placing the order, I was told it will be ready in 3 hours. It was clear to me only after waiting a day that orders will be assembled only on Tuesday’s. I had to take the display item for the same price I paid since I need it sooner. They won’t even offer discounts since I am picking the display item for their fault. Hope they fix this and display proper pickup estimation while ordering so that people with urgency will look for alternatives.

  • Scott Durst

I’ve been going to this Lowe’s for over 13 years…. The costumer service has gone to zero. All they care about is getting me to sign up for a credit card… The staff are all very stand-off ish. As someone who is temporarily disabled, I am disgusted by the bad attitudes when asking for help. My gross experience today which would take to long to write out on this review, has me to the point where I personally or professionally will never be back here again or to any Lowe’s. Bad attitudes from staff usually trickles down from management or even the owners. Be better Lowe’s.

  • Sandra Heflin

Shopped at Lowes in Pflugerville yesterday and wow. We had to been to Home Depot the day before and the stock of the things we wanted were very low and selection limited and the associates were not helpful at all, I felt like I was bothering anyone I asked for help and no one would look me in the eye or ask if I needed help. Maybe they were understaffed and overworked ??? But at Lowes, every associate I talked with was more than helpful. Very gracious, went way out of their way to help. Special thanks to Topher, Sigoud and one other fellow, I did not get his name.

  • Sajad Haghanifar

I’ve had a horrible experience with the lowes. I made a contract with them to build a deck, they ordered $3000 more materials than needed, and they are not coming to pick the left over. They expect us to carry 2 tons of 20ft long wood to their store. there is basically no customer service over there, when you paid the money that’s it. Also they did a poor job building the deck. look at the pictures. these are the steps they made for us. Never ever go close to this store and don’t even think about making a contract with them. home depot is across the street.

  • Ruby Kissoyan

Is it true there's a private cot with my name on it in this location? Perhaps. But what's really important is my ability to find a good number of new homeowner necessities right around the corner from our house... conveniently located and I get to deal with some pleasant folks who work there. Returns or exchanges are made easy. If you have the card you used to purchase it, you don't even need a receipt. One of my favorite policies. You're welcome! And tell them some random person on the interwebs sent you. They won't care. It's a huge corporation. Duh! :)

  • Justin Harper

I walked in looking for a hard to find size nut/bolt combo with a friend of mine and after several minutes of looking I was getting confused with my sizes. That's when John overheard my conversation, and showed up to help. He had excellent knowledge of the hardware department, and knew exactly what the nut and bolt I was holding went to without asking. He even told us if he's not there, that there's a button we could press to page him. He saved me a lot of time and I appreciate his professionalism. He represents his company well! Five stars thanks John!

  • Carrie Harris

Lowe's is awesome. At the orange place I won't name, I can never find help! On the rare occasion that I do, they are generally rude and unknowledgeable. Lowe's is the opposite of that! They are always easy to find, eager to assist, and super friendly. I love the Round Rock store. Tonight, I came in 1 hour before closing to buy a tool chest. The guy that helped me looked around until he located both pieces, got them down, and then had them loaded for me! Very quick too, was in and out in less than an hour! Superb service, keep it up Lowe's!

  • Jim Savage

Bought a new oven and it was to be delivered today between 12:30 and 2:30. I spent the morning removing the old oven, cleaning the floor, etc., and posted ad to sell it (I didn’t want them hauling it off). We get a call about an hour before delivery time and the Mgr tells us the driver didn’t show up today. Really? You could have called at 8 am when you knew this and I would have an oven to use for the weekend! No compensation offered for the inconvenience. Just another reason I will shop elsewhere. Poor customer service and communication.

  • Merhre Brown

I just wanted to give rave reviews to Kevin and Melissa in the Blind department. Kevin was Super patient and helpful. I had no clue about blinds, he explained everything in detail and took the time to pick out all the blinds we needed. Melissa stepped in to enter our order, she was the sweetest lady with the southern accent. Melissa followed up several phone calls, making sure everything was done right. We were able to place our order with such ease thanks to Kevin and Melissa. Phonemonal customer service!

  • Tyrone Rasberry Sr

Mgr Neil, Winston, and Pat were all doing their best for me to assure me I would get the best possible experience and price . Mgr Neil went as far as to give me a 20 percent discount on some displays tools now that what I call no hassle guaranteed!!!!!!. Mr Winston also displayed a level of professionalism by helping my wife look for the items she saw on the website. Mr Pat also showed the same level of professionalism that make Lowe's a great place to shop hassle free. Thank you Mr Rasberry Sr.

  • Joe G.

Stopped by to help a friend load up and deliver his new grill. Was not greeted when we stood around looking for an item that we were looking for (attachment accessory for grill). We found what we were looking for and finally got to load up. Staff offered to help load the unit on our vehicle, unit was bigger than most bbq grills, but additional help was not needed. Otherwise, selections around the store were elsewhere visible for average tools and items you would find in a home improvement store.

  • Cody Sutton

Fantastic customer service. I forget the name but he was working late in the Washer and dryer section and just seemed to know everything about them. I have never been so interested in something a salesman had to tell me. He really makes you feel like he wants you to know. That way you can avoid any trouble. A master at customer service! (40s - Caucasian - Dark hair - married - believe he had a 2 yr badge) Please do give him a pat on the back and some cake. Best service I have had in years.

  • Manuel Medina

Have always had great service at Lowe's. I held a business account in Michigan years ago. Very helpful staff and usually very courteous. Easy in and out location. Can always find some kind of deals. Variety of discounts to a variety of patrons. Have not been disappointed shopping at any Lowes. The lumber selection is usually very good. Brand name products, comparable pricing with other big box stores. Returns are usually fairly easy especially with a receipt! Highly recommend any Lowe's.

  • Ronald Caldwell

I HATE IT!!!!! I was walking around to see if someone could help me one of the lady’s didn’t want to help me just bc she sick?? Okay if she sick then why come to work? Just sit there not do noting ? She should of wear a mask if she was sick ? And some one in the paint area send me to the wrong number area and I ask on of the employees he told me I don’t work here? With the lowes sign on his shirt ? Sooo I didn’t like that since like nobody want to help or work I didn’t like it

  • Andres De Leon

Julio "long hair" from the appliances department went above and beyond his customer service skills with us, we came in for a fridge/washer/dryer and he helped us find the right models for our needs plus had a manager override their system to a earlier date delivery since we explained to him that it was a priority for us ! Fyi: he loves dogs and wasn't bother by our puppy being there. Thanks again Julio for your great service!! Definitely coming back to this location

  • Warren Mack

If you are going to Lowe's you are going for something specific. It is always clean, & the young man that helped me: was helpful on another level! As I get older I have become more observant. People, & Respect are something We Owe Each Other: As Human-Being's. It feels like that simple kindness is less, & less. So when it's given, I Appreciate The Person, The Kindness, The Respect. I wish I could thank the young man again but, Thank You Lowe's for hiring him!

  • Kevin Cooper

Placed an online order for store pickup at a specific store with the item in stock. The order was redirected to the store that did not have the item. That store could not switch the order back to the store that has the item. Calling the store (#1725) that has the item 8 times and hung up on each time. Most of those calls even went directly to hold, no greeting, no how can I help you...basic, fundamental customer service does not exist at this store #1725!

  • Emily C

I have the worst luck at this store. I've been here three times in the past five years and every time I'm there one of the employees ends up being either very unhelpful or condescending (especially in the paint department). I thought the wide gaps between visits would wipe the slate clean but it's happened enough times that I don't think I want to bother going again. I would recommend going to a different Lowes or to the Home Depot across the street.

  • Apeople

Don't order your appliances from here. Their local in-store system isn't connected to the corporate system, so corporate customer support can't even help when they inevitably mess up your delivery. The manager of this Lowe's was uncontactable and the employees were unable to help at all. They have a sub-sub-contractor that they use for appliance delivery and they will not deliver on time. So, enjoy taking the day off work just to not get your order!

  • Valerie Watt

Went to buy blinds because Lowe’s was having a sale. Could not get anyone to help us… after asking around (we were not able to get anyone’s attention at the customer service counter, despite there being 3 employees and no other customers) eventually we found out that the one person in that department was on lunch. We waited 45 minutes until after we were told she’d be back, and then gave up and left. We’re gonna get our blinds from Home Depot.

  • Laura Lysaght

I live less than a mile from the store but I've been waiting 10 DAYS for the new washer/dryer set I ordered to be delivered. The first set was damaged, I scheduled a second delivery, they were early and I couldn't get off work in time, so I had to reschedule for a Saturday to make THEIR availability. Then they didn't show on Saturday and after I called them, the manager was uncooperative and rude. I'll never take my business here again.

  • Deanna Martinez

Went to go shopping for a grill for father’s day and this nice young tall gentleman I believe his name is Jeff helped us every minute with customer service and loading up the grill. He went out of his way and his customer service was a 100% very thankful. I’ve gone to home depot before and they hardly ever acknowledge me so thank you Jeff. Will be more happy to shop here the employees here are very welcoming. Give jeff a raise

  • Valerie M

I would like to recognize Jessica H in Cabinets! She went above and beyond to assist me with checking stock on a microwave that I was interested in purchasing. This location did not have any in stock unfortunately, however she checked other Lowes locations to see if they had any in stock. She even called 3 different locations to make sure they actually had stock before I drove there. I appreciate all her assistance, she was so helpful.

  • Brandy Hernandez

The staff is not very knowledgeable on processes, systems or efficiency. Had someone arrive hours early and make a purchase of one item to pick up in my truck. Order was not ready. Could not be found. They needed to check it back into inventory because it was picked up and then realized it was set up for pick up. Wasted an hour. I could have just walked in and purchased in half the time. Train your staff better Lowes.

  • johanna freire

Customer service is top nutch in this store. Cisco, James, David, Chris are always there to help me. They go above and beyond to help me load materials that are too heavy or to find items in the store that I cant find. I love how knowledgeable and approachable they are. They recognize their customers and always greet me when walking into the store. This is one of the big reasons why I keep coming back to this store.

  • Milliche Moss

I went for paint and needed some assistance. The guy working the paint counter seem to be annoyed with having to stop what he was doing to assist the customer but he did answer my question and point me in the right direction none the less. The plant selection was great and I ended up leaving with a you by that where is cheaper than the nursery. Also the clearance selection for plants is really rock bottom prices

  • Jaden Trinh

First time doing a pickup/drive up. With the weather quite hot, over 100 in the afternoon. The gentleman that assisted me with my order was efficient and prompt. Gave a courtesy calling to insure I was in the right area for the pick up. Friendly and helpful staff, would recommend. Plenty of parking space, would recommend visiting on weekdays to avoid traffic and crowds since this location is next to a Walmart.

  • Jason Swindler

What a show of absolute incompetence. Echoing other reviews regarding customer service at this location, it’s horrible. Everyone is completely disinterested in helping at all. Such a total disappointment. You WILL get better service at the RR location or Home Depot. If you are the store manager or corporate and reading this you should take action. Should be ashamed of the job your staff is doing.

  • Dankh H.

Avoid at all cost. horrible customer service. They will lie to you on the phone and in-person just to get you out of their hair. Said they would not charge me for an item due to stock misplacement on their end. Lie. They charged me. Asked them to reverse charge. They said they did but it would take up to a week to post. Lied again. ended going to another store just to avoid this location

  • lakkad parth

I recently had an awesome experience with my garden section shopping. I was looking for backyard shade trees and planting accessories. The Associate named Elijah helped me to choose the trees based on my requirement. He also helped to choose all the tools and soil needed for trees and helped me to set up delivery of it. I was worried about my tree purchase but Elijah made it so smooth.

  • Joshua Beaton

I frequently go to this Lowe's for home improvement projects and garden stuff, etc... I am always able to get the help I need from the folks who work here. Everyone has been reasonably knowledgeable and if someone doesn't know something or know what a price should be they usually will walk the whole store trying to help me. My only wish is that this location had tool rental as well!

  • Peter Sassone

Consistently poor in-store and curbside pickup. Repeatedly been emailed that items were ready when they were not. Repeatedly pulled into curbside, called the number on the sign and no one answered. Repeatedly pulled into curbside, clicked the "I'm here" button in the app, and no one came to my car. Politely mentioned these concerns at the service desk and they couldn't care less.

  • Robert Zambrano

I have always loved Lowe's but this particular visit was beyond frustrating. I was looking for backer rod. I realize not everyone knows what this is but if you are going to take the time to look it up on your phone, at least give me good information on where to find it. I crossed the store 3 times end to end before the fella at the cash register by aisle 21 was able to help me.

  • Lee H Wells

All I can say is WOW, they have a wonderful display for the holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas and fall in general. Beautiful trees and accessories. They have live little holiday trees too. Don't know what kind, but they look like little Christmas trees. Lowe's also has fireplace must haves. I love those fake embers you can buy for gas fireplaces. Makes it look realistic.

  • Eve Alcantar

Went here (as I usually do) to pick up some much needed things for my garden. Walk up to pay and ask the girl standing next to the self-checkout of the register would scan for My Lowe's. She just looks at me with disgust. So I ask again and she begrudgingly sputters "yeah." Guess what? Me and my wallet will go elsewhere. This Lowe's is still the worst one in Austin.

  • Philip Harper

I have to say Lowe's has put a smile on this face of mine. They were out of starter logs so an employee informed me of technique to use untreated 2×4's for my starter logs and were more than happy to cut every one to the size I desired. Basically, the employee was not having me leave there without knowing I was good on staying warm. Thank you ever so much Lowe's!@

  • Lisa Benedict

We were buying heavy duty storage shelves for garage, I asked Melissa in blinds area for help. She had no hesitation to help me. Had to get stuff down from top steel and she got Charles to assist. Couldn't of asked for better customer service than what we received!!!!!!! Thank you both ,we also had 3 young gentlemen in garden area help put things in our truck!

  • Tristan Arnett

Don’t order online from this company. They will mess it up every time. Then when you call the store you will just get put on hold for long periods of time and hung up on. They give conflicting stories about where your order is and have no clue when you can get it. Save yourself a weeks of going to the store and phone calls and order from Home Depot instead.

  • Jordan Tyler

I wasn't in their very long. There's a lot of workers but getting help is kinda hard. I was looking for a specific type of tree and the worker didn't know what I was talking about. Not his fault. Just not his specialty. To me this place is like every other box store. It's easier to get speciality items online. I only go for basic stuff I want immediately.

  • Andrew Cao

Purchased a fridge last month and it was supposed to be delivered today. Well, someone fudged up and after 90 minutes worth of calls with different people, it won't be here for another month. Um, yeah, fudge that. I cancelled the order and placed one at HD to be delivered this Friday. Will never order appliances at Lowe's again, no wonder they're not #1.

  • Michelle Y

Bought some paint and nails for remodeling. The paint counter employee had to remix one of the colors because they put the wrong info in. The paint also rang up $3 more expensive per gallon than the display price. Another employee was very knowledgeable about nails and helped me pick out the best ones for my situation. Clean store, nice people.

  • Tami Baker

I was looking for a hand vac. only had a few to choose from but did have a Black & Decker version which was among the better rated in my research so far. I'll see how it does. Found a 6 foot swiffer tool to clean fans and a high eyebrow window. Staff were easy to find for answering questions and were constructively helpful - that was very nice!

  • David Cisneros

Isis , and Jennifer Created a 10 star performance for me. The customer service today that I experienced was extremely amazing, they also had a great sense of humor that made my morning a heck of a lot better than it was going. Thanks to these two ladies I can start my day off with a smile just like they smiled and greeted me thank you Lowe’s

  • Nelanne “Loni” Guidry

Impossible to reach a manager by phone. First, the robot lady wants to know why you're calling. Then you get an "associate" with a list of potential managers for you to speak with, then after all of that, you get an assistant manager. It would be much less frustrating if you simply took a message for a call back when no one is available.

  • Eric

Stores not bad, bathroom is disgusting. Floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped in months, urine stains all over the walls, you’d think they would clean it as well as they do the store, certainly have the products to get it cleaned….. make sure you wash your hands before you go in there and don’t touch anything….. not adding photos …

  • Katie Taylor

I love going to my local Lowe's!! The staff is super friendly and helpful and sales prices are mostly reasonable. There's usually a good sale going on all throughout the year. The store is kept clean and items are kept stocked in the right place (most of the time). You can find such cool things in there. Keep up the good work y'all!

  • Chris Lambert

They are a big box store. They did put more localized and more experienced people out of business here in Austin, which I do resent. Also, the organization is comically bad, however... This store is hands down better than any Home Depot in so many categories that I always look here first and 9/10 times they are able to help me.

  • Marshall Hinton

This shopping day at Lowe's was a definite meandering around the store. I had ideas of what I needed but not specifically what I wanted. It did not matter though because around each and every turn was a very knowledgeable and very helpful Lowe's employee. I didn't find every single thing I was wanting, but I did get 90% of it.

  • Muddassir Katchi

Worst store. No customer service. Ordered material worth several thousand for home remodel. Despite complaining several times and getting assurances from the store management, Michael Montemayor - nothing changed. Sent emails over emails to him but no response at all. I'd request the Corporate management to look into this.

  • Rebecca Mahoney

I was recently in the store to order a new bathtub and shower. I worked with John at Pro Services and he was extremely patient and helpful in placing my order. I kept having to make adjustments and I was taking up a lot of his time but he never made me feel rushed and I left there with exactly what I needed. Thanks John!

  • Howard Guo

Y’all need to teach the ladies at customer service not to give an attitude when customer try to return something unused without a receipt(I ended up found my receipt) . Def not at customer service. The lady with a glasses made me feels like I owe her million dollars. Even you telling people “No” it could be done nicely.

  • David DC Campos

I was in a bind, a disaster, needed help immediately out in the parking lot. Asked the forklift driver and spotter to help me, even offering to pay for their help. They asked their managers, who gave them permission to help me. They saved my day and load. Refused being paid and reaffirmed my faith in my fellow man

  • John Devine (Jay D)

Lowe's is one of those places that I could get lost in all day... It's just fascinating to walk around and see all the improvements in the way we fix things and build things. It really is like a kid in a candy store for me. If I had a choice of any place to have a shopping spree at it would definitely be Lowes.

  • imeldo solache

Thank you to the ladies today at the self check out December 22 at 3:15 PM. I needed help across from the self check out. I needed some antifreeze that was in stock, but out of stock on the floor. It was up in the air the lady’s called for assistance, and no one ever showed up. Do better Lowe’s do better.

  • Rob Higareda

A total mess of an organization. If you want to walk in and walk out with item you might be OK. If you want to order anything for delivery or install. Good luck. Terrible communication and scheduling. Really wish my experience was better. Management didn't seem to care to make anything go smoothly either.

  • Dony Bark

I want to thank the young gentleman that came over to help apply a discount at the self-checkout. He appeared to already be occupied with his own checkout line, but took the time to come over and help me out. Sorry I didn't get your name. I was probably still pressed about Veronica at Austin East Target.

  • Gary Pastushok

Dropped in to locate some odd hardware items for a "Maciver-type" soccer goal project. On two separate occasions the Lowe's floor staff were quick and keen to suggest and assist me in procuring the needed components. Denise in particular was oh so friendly and helpful. Top notch customer service. Bravo.

  • texas recycler

Have lowes credit card. My wife was making payments and I was making payments so we called to get our payment history. They could only give us current balance. Trying to find local or internet smaller companies to deal with for our business. Was on phone very long time with them and still no resolution.

  • Robotwizard

This is a pretty decent Lowe's location. Only reason I didn't give five stars is because I've been in there a few times now just walking around and have passed many different employees and not a single one has asked me if I needed help. Other than that the store is great and I always find what I need.

  • Stevey

So this is why I couldnt find anyone for help, walked past 8 aisles and still no assistant. Made a mistake going to lowes to find the item which says available in store but actually wasn’t. Will go back to home depot from now on. Hope management reads this review and selects better in the future.

  • Abdul Mohammad

The worst customer service and no one helps with delivery status. Customer service forwards the call to the delivery and no one answers, it continuously rings and call gets cut. Customer service gives the incorrect phone number of the delivery. The worst retailer. Run away from this store.

  • Jillian Anthony

Home Improvement stores are always a little overwhelming, but normally Lowes staff is so helpful I don't notice. This trip however no one could figure out who we had to talk to about installation for an item we were buying - it was surprising! Hoping for a better experience next time.

  • Robert Freeman

I have had pretty good experiences at Lowe's Home Improvement but this time it was different I ordered 27 boxes of flooring two weeks ago only to go back and check on it today and to find out that it was never even ordered and I already paid for it so this time they only get one star
