The person in plumbing told me I had to go to a plumbing supply store for the part I needed for my Python water changer. Went to the plumbing supply store and they didn't have anything to .match the thread size on my piece to attach to the faucet. Went to fish store who surprisingly had no knowledge of how i could attach it to faucet- even though they themselves use them. This thing cost $75 on sale so I went to about2 other places. My only transportation is my bike so it was a lot of riding. Come to figure out myself from looking at attachments online it was at home depot in the gardening section. Oh, also they'd isn't have a single hitch pin that would work for my bike trailer to replace the one that was stolen from me either. So not only did the sales associate do nothing at all to help and actually gave me bad information, but I wasted a lot of time and energy to find something that was at the first place I tried, which I can't tell you how frustrating all of it was. All because this person in plumbing couldn't take more than 30 seconds on me before moving to the next person. I had already waited for him to help someone else for at least a good 5 minutes if not longer. The sales associate not only blew me off by saying there was not anything that would fit in the store, he made the problem WORSE by not telling me to check out what they had in the garden center so I spent several days and rode SEVERAL miles and ended up buying what I needed from Amazon. Exactly what I needed delivered to me the next day. So that is why only one star, to be honest the ordeal that this sales person caused me makes me want to give no stars but that isn't an option.

I regret to say that its worse than my review 3 years ago. I always give another try...but No! Prices are not as marked. The garden hours are different than the store, and is not posted. It forced this disabled veteran to walk ALL the way to the self check out, bc all other stands were closed. Nine knee surgeries. This pain is uncool! Then I get no discount, bc I'm not registered. Double Uncool! Can recommend the products, But Can't the recommend the service!!! First it took me 20min to get service to open the cage for 1 can of spray paint, bc the 1 person was handling mixing paint. OK...rules are rules. However, as I made my way to check out it was 30min before closing. All 8 people up front herded 10 of us to the self serve lines. I pay cash since the Home Depot breach, which means I need a special machine. More waiting!! One cashier asked another 'should I open' and something was said like 'No, bc you would have to...' Anyways, no check stand opened. It's OK, they don't need my business here.

Evidently this is my first review. My dad and I shopped here last Friday morning; he needed a bunch of lumber for a project. He wrote down the bay numbers for all of the pieces beforehand, but knowing the bay numbers isn't the same as knowing the actual physical locations, you know? We fared alright for the first half, but eventually we needed a professional to assist us. Up walked Samuel. Attentive, personable, knowledgeable - he was a tremendous help. He also unknowingly helped stave off my dad's bursitis by helping me lift. When it came time to load the trailer, Cris was similarly effective. Nate, although his role wasn't as large as Samuel's, was also helpful, and thus warrants a mention. If their roles were swapped, I am certain that Nate would have been just as capable. It was their good customer service that allowed us to maximize the morning hours, before the day got hot, and I thank y'all for that.

Dear Reader, I recently had a fantastic experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by Josh. I purchased a grill and was having trouble fitting it into my car, but Josh went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he take the time to carefully measure and assess the situation, but he also used his knowledge and expertise to recommend the best way to transport the grill safely. Josh's friendly and patient demeanor (even when the store was 5 min from closing) made the whole experience enjoyable, and I felt confident in his abilities every step of the way. Thanks to Josh's hard work and dedication, I was able to bring my new grill home without any issues, and I am extremely grateful for his assistance. I highly recommend Home Depot to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service, thanks in large part to employees like Josh. Keep up the great work!

Today, I went to the Home Depot Arbor Walk to buy some soil. I walked in pulling my platform cart with me and while I was looking at the different soil options, a very friendly employee named Toju walked up to ask if I needed any help. He gave me some very helpful, straightforward advice, I decided on the soil based on what he said. He then promptly loaded 12 bags of soil onto my cart. He then pushed the loaded cart to the exit, assisted with self checkout, and then rolled the cart to my car. Another friendly employee named Kota walked up at this point, said hello and the two of them quickly and carefully loaded the 12 bags of soil into my car. WOW!!!! What service! Both Toju and Kota were masked, friendly, capable, and fast. This is the best service I have ever received at Home Depot. KUDOs to both of them!

I was at the Home Depot today in North Austin and it was pretty quiet in there. Unfortunately, one of the items I needed was at the top of the shelf in the overflow inventory. The ones on the main shelf we’re all gone so I asked one employee to help by retrieving the item the top and they said they would call someone. After waiting about five minutes no one showed up so I asked a second employee the same thing they said they would call someone and after waiting another five minutes and no one showing up I decided to go get one of the tall stairs and retrieve it myself when there’s about 10 employees just standing around this really shouldn’t be on the customer not only is it unsafe it’s crazy that there’s so many employees just standing around and no one helping

I made an appointment to have my new home measured for flooring, and was told they would contact me between 8-9, my new home is 130 miles away so I left at 6 to be there by 8, it was raining really hard, at 10:30 I called, and was told they would call by 12....no call. After numerous phone call, and now after 2 , nobody was coming, and nobody would do it until Friday, 3 days away. No amount of pleading would change it. I'm not interested in moving forward with a company that cares so little about my time. I would recommend using a professional service, they really are the "King of DIY"

Had time on my hands on a Sunday and remember i needed to transfer my money plant to a bigger pot. I like going to this Home Depot i guess is because the driving condition don't take me long to get there i hardly get any traffic when coming here from work . Found a few ceramic pots but i didn't want pay 40 something dollars so went for the $15 one later on i can always get a nicer ceramic pot anyways picked up some soil and was on my way to transfer my plant to a bigger pot. They have a nice viarity of indoor and outdoor plants i took a couple of pictures or the indoor one.

The staff was not friendly or helpful. When asking for advice or help, I got several versions of "not my job". The check out lines were long and chaotic with two of the self check out terminals out of service. When I finally got to the register, the young lady NEVER spoke a word to me, NEVER made eye contact and ignored me including refusing to respond when I thanked her. That seemed to be the general vibe throughout the store. I love Home Depot but there are more locations within 15 minutes of the Braker location. Avoid this store.

Home Depot as the name implies is a warehouse of home stuff, you hardly would not find anything that has to do with your home in this store. I was impressed about a lot of things about the store, the easy to locate display of times with bold signs to guide your easily to where what you need located, the shop is well spacious to help access your goods and the staff here too were friendly and offered explanations when needed. So I would surely make it up to the store whenever I have need of the stuff they have.

I cannot say enough good things about how helpful Leslie was at our recent visit! My husband and I were extremely stressed about a large flooring return and Leslie went out of her way to calm us down and ensured the entire return process went smoothly. She even arranged for someone to help assist with unloading the flooring when it arrived. She showed us so much kindness and it's clear she takes customer service and satisfaction very seriously. Going to tell a true story here. We went in looking for a specific item. I had looked in the app before going and the item was shown as available. Asked 2 employees for help in locating, including the service desk and they could not find it. My friend, with better eyes than me, finally saw what we were looking for. Luckily they had left a set of stairs for us to get to where they had "hidden" it. Anyway, we got what we came for, with more effort on our part than I think it should have taken.

I went to this store 30 minutes before closing to get my daughter's a plant for Mother's Day. I was told to go stand in line to get in after hearing the employee telling another young shopper he could enter thru the nursery. Im 63 yrs old in tote with an 8 lbs, 15 yr old dog carried in a dog bag. Went to my car with tears in my eyes. I had an order for close to 300.00. I ordered on line for my daughters bday, coming from home depo. Il never step a foot in your store again!

It was so cool temperature wise in there & felt so good getting out of the heat! They were well stocked on the items we were looking for. I loved how we were not bombarded by employees asking us if we needed help. I don't much like when they do that if I need help I'll ask thank you. All in all we got what we needed and check out was quick. We did self checkout in gardening.

I recently visited Home Depot to purchase a few materials. While I was there, I needed help cutting a PVC pipe to the right size. Fortunately, Emmanuel was there to help. He was incredibly patient, took the time to listen to my needs, and helped me cut the pipe. I couldn't have done it without his help. Wait I'll be with when I finish what I'm doing....ok...then you know the ORIGINAL cashier that sent you to this one, helps you because you were sent back to them because they were just standing there....go ask your mom...no go ask your dad....ugh!!

Waiting in line 5 minutes so they can't afford checkers or to keep their machines running what kind of business is this. I would call that corporate greed if they can't keep up with a pace of the people who are coming in the store a bit ridiculous. Really y'all can't afford checkers or people to watch the stands. A very clean and organized home depot. The women's restroom was also very refreshingly clean in comparison to some other locations. Lol. I was stopped by at least two people to see if I needed help, which is always nice even if I don't need it. I'm a little sad the leaf bag prices have gone up but I guess that's to be expected eventually.

The store has turned around. It used to be dirty, and I swear someone poured bags of concrete along the lumber aisles. It looks like they have a new SM as the place is much cleaner. Especially in the lumber area. They are still experiencing supply issues and labor shortages. Still, the store has come a long way in the last few months

Darin stearns in tool rental was extremely helpful. My twice used pressure washer would not start. Darrin patiently explained how the fuel was sitting too long and drained the bad fuel for me added new fuel and started it up. He shower me the process and was extremely eager to help. Seems like the pro desk is the slowest way to check out these days. It seems Home Depot doesn't really care too much for their pro customers. I've waited for over an hour to check out. I was approached by their private security guard before I was even able to lock up my bike and enter the store so I'm very upset by all this I don't think I will be coming back to this location unless this is approached and brought to whomever is over their security detail!

This store will waste your time with items that say they are in-stock online then all gone or missing in store. There was supposed to be NINE $54 platforms available, the Associate's couldn't find them anywhere. Going to Lowe's instead, their credit card is better anyhow.

Typical Home Depot store. Nothing special to give it anything about 3 stars. Store was somewhat clean. Employees were friendly. If you need a flatbed cart it’s impossible to get down most aisles due to large cardboard bin displays throughout the aisles.
