Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!! Open until 8pm and last wash is 6:30pm. They sell small bottles of detergent for $3 and you’d get 2-3 washes from the bottle. A wash costs $5 for a small machine and there is a change machine on site (washing machines only accept quarters), and a wash takes approx 41 minutes. Drying is a quarter for 6 mins and a full load of mixed washing took approx 24 mins to dry for the most part. We were visiting NYC so only needed to use the service once but would happily recommend this laundromat and will use again of visiting NYC again!!

I’m quite upset & p*ssed, this is the second time the machines have ruined my dark clothes with bleach spots. I only used a light detergent, no bleach but there is obviously a lot left in the machines. It generally just washed out all my black clothes to grey too. My favourite jeans are ruined & now I’ve to buy another pair.

Seamless wash and fold delivery experience. You have to call to schedule the delivery both pick-up and drop-off (Note: Thursday is the delivery driver's day off). I payed over the phone with my credit card when I called to schedule my drop-off. Clothes were picked up and dropped off soon (~15 mins) after I called both times.

THEY WILL THROW YOUR CLOTHES AWAY WITHOUT HESITATION!!! I accidentally left my clothes over night in the dryer when I came to get them the next morning it was in a trash bag waiting to be thrown out. When I said you can't do that with peoples property they made jokes about "how do we know if it got stolen or lost."

I’ve been using this laundromat for almost 6 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I do drop off/pick up and I’ve never had anything gone missing and my clothes come back perfectly folded and smelling great. Also, Gus is there everyday and he’s super nice and funny.

Agus is such a great gentleman and the wash/fold service is very reliable and timely. I drop my clothes off knowing that I will pick them up the cleanest they can be. Thank you Lucky 999!

They stole my clothes and pretended that nothing happened! Called police and only then they have it away!!! Police gave them fine!!!! Stay away!!!!! !!!!! Not RECOMEND IT ALL!!!!

New machines. Dryers are super fast. Washing machines doing good job on rinsing. There is small machines $4, medium $6 and larger machines are $8. I liked it pretty much.

I searched for a laundromat near the 3rd street and bakery I found 999 laundry it was a very clean store with well working machines and helpfull work staff.

The staff is very helpful and the dryers dry your clothes! Had my pants dry cleaned and they were perfectly pressed. Will be taking my work shirts back!

The people that run/ work in this place are incredibly pleasant and always ready to help. The washing machines are the best in the area.
