I don’t know where to begin. They are absolutely amazing! Both Dr. Babcock and Dr. Collins are angels on earth. After having horrible experiences at several other clinics I finally found professionals who actually care about us and our fur babies. My boy suffers from seizures and I was so nervous about his neutering surgery. The lovely vet tech (I forgot her name) anyway, she brought me to tears when she reassured me that they have planned the day around my boy to have him looked after by the most experienced team because of his condition. The pure love and compassion they showed me and to finally have found a clinic that is actually about US not the money had me emotional. Since then, I’ve had a few questions/concerns about my boy and when I called they had one of the doctors call me back to chat with me. I feel so grateful to have found them! Steph & Caine.

A recent visit to this vet with our dog having an upset stomach! $2500.00 later with an overnight visit. No explanation on the multiple charges until we called back since our daughter took her in as we were on vacation. Charged for intensive care stay both days and our dog made a miraculous recovery the next morning and we were told she's good to go! We were charged day 1 for a basic office visit , overall health visit and another brief exam all while in their care for a total of $400.00. I could on and on with miscellaneous charges that we still have no idea on what they were. Multiple x-rays! I guess the first didn't work?? Absolute rip off bordering on outright theft! They definitely are concerned about their bank account! That's about all!! Never again will we go back!

I'm new to the area and literally stumbled across this veterinary clinic because most vets were not seeing new cases. I was very scared seeing a new vet because of this covid thing plus my cat is 19 years old and want her as comfortable as possible. This veterinary clinc was truly amazing and the doctor was so empathetic and understanding she went over and beyond to care for my cat. I have been there twice now and both experiences have just been outstanding. I've been a pet owner my entire life and I can honestly say this clinic is by far the best I've seen. Not to mention it's beautiful surroundings, it's very welcoming from the moment you pull in the driveway.

I cannot sing enough praise about the Lynden animal clinic, especially Dr. Babcock and the entire veterinary team. He is our family vet for our new puppy, and was also our family vet for our other family dog for 18 years until the very end. Regarding our oldest dog he was always so supportive and kind, staying after hours when we had to say goodbye to our dog. When it came to choosing the vet for our new puppy, it was clear that the only choice was Dr. Babcock. The team is always prompt, kind and efficient always able to accommodate when we have questions or concerns about our puppy. If I could give 10/10 stars I definitely would.

The staff at Lynden Animal Clinic continues to show time after time how much they care for pets and for their owners. The care provided is exceptional and I would not trust any other pet clinic with my animals. They do everything they can to get you an appointment quickly. There was a time on a Saturday morning where we had an emergency with our cat and the staff just told us to bring her up to the clinic right away and they will make room to see her. You don’t get that type of care and compassion at other clinics. Thank you Lynden Animal Clinic staff for everything you do!!

After a scare with our bunny Mr Bubbles we were able to get a next day emergency appointment with Dr Babcock. We were very happy with the caring and informative response from the clinic and we appreciated the fact that they identified the problem and although it was in an area outside of the vets expertise he gave us great information on how to proceed and referred us to a specialist. The best vet I've been to so far! Wonderfully friendly staff, everyone has a great smile on their face and you can tell they loved to be working there. They are very knowledgeable of small dog breeds and would recommend bringing any dog from 1-10lbs there. Dr. Babcock treated my 13 week old chihuahua puppy so kindly and knew what would and wouldn't hurt him and his tiny little body. I drive almost half an hour to go to this vet and it is worth it 100% HIGHLY RECOMMENDED VET FOR SMALL DOGS!!!

we have been customers for 15 years, have loved them every step of the way. we recently got a 9 week old golden retriever (Mae) who got very ill and was hospitalized for 3 days they took amazing care of her and got her back to feeling amazing with there quick acting staff, i cant say enough good about them. they gave us a quote of what the treatment was and we had a credit at the end of it all. thank you again Lynden animal we love you. My sweet dog has been well taken care of by both Dr. Babcock and Dr. Collins and the amazing staff. They treat myself and my dog with respect and compassion and their diagnoses of my pet's issues have been accurately treated imo ... I have been amazed how the staff navigated all the challenges of the pandemic and afterwards and still managed to keep smiling! I also like the fact that they are in a rural community giving it a small town feel.. A wonderful vet service.

LAC is by far the best vet clinic around. Our Lillie Miss Lily has done thru so much more than any small dog should and everyone from LAC has always been so caring and loving with her and will readily suggest a referral if they do. It have the expertise to deal with the issue. They are always honest and up front about treatments. Thank you to everyone at LAC for all your services and caring over the years and we look forward to a few more. Miss Lily is 13.5 years. ❤️

Dr. Collins and Dr. Babcock are exceptional for explaining everything thoroughly and answer emails promptly. Getting care during the last 2 plus years of this pandemic has been a challenge but compared to some other clinic experiences they go above and beyond. Dr. Collins stood in the parking lot outside my car in the freezing cold explaining in great detail all the options for our dogs torn ACL and many other issues....sometimes more than 30 mins. at a visit.

I appreciate the wonderful health care that my dogs & cats have received over the years. LAC has never tried to upsell me and they have carefully explained the pros and cons of all treatment recommendations. It's a scary thing to have a sick dog. I'm appreciative that LAC is there with extra attention and explanations while one was acutely ill. I'm confident that he's getting the best possible care but not unnecessary medical interference.

We have come here with several of our pets at various stages of their lives, including end of life care. Dr. Larocque and Dr. Collins provided our pets with excellent care and have so much compassion for animals. They always helped us make informed decisions, providing us with clear information about costs and how effective treatments may be for prolonging high-quality life. I would highly recommend bringing your fur babies here.

Excellent clinic! I had the misfortune of putting down an elderly cat I had been pet sitting. They got him in the same day despite not being a client and were amazing to deal with. Dr. Collins is great and talked with the owners on the phone before proceeding, which I thought was probably very helpful for them and definitely made me feel better about the whole thing. Very appreciative of the amazing care my buddy Mel received.

Dr. Babcock' experience, knowledge, skill and commitment to the welfare and wellbeing of animals are the reason I chose LAH, having moved back into the area recently. Welcoming, efficient, professional and friendly staff add an important dimension especially in challenging times with pets. Years ago Dr.B was my mother cat's and 5 kittens' vet. A natural choice to return. Lovely rural setting adds to the appeal!

Took our 18 month old Samoyed to Lynden Animal Clinic to be neutered. They did a great job explaining to me the procedure. They took really good care of him and he had a very successful surgery. Post op as well they were very helpful and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Their pricing was also great. Would highly recommend them. Theo is doing great as well and has completely recovered.

This place is fantastic. They run an honest, transparent, caring company. They really made me feel accommodated and comforted through some traumatic experiences. They are punctual, great with communicating updates etc. Pricing is extremely reasonable and again the level of care just puts me at ease. There's plenty of parking, easy to get to. Best vet clinic for small animals (I have rabbits) that I have found anywhere near Brantford. The staff are absolutely amazing, very knowledgable and the prices are very reasonable. If you have a small animal and need a vet who knows them well and is very experienced with their spay/neuters etc, this is the place. It is an absolute joy to bring my rabbits here, I can't say enough positive things.

The reason I decided to go to Lynden Animal Clinic is that I was tired of dealing with corporate run animal hospitals. I was looking to build a relationship with a vet that would would feel personable and genuine. That is exactly the experience I had when dealing with Dr. Babcock. When I was done, I walked out to the car and told my wife how glad I was that we switched vets. 100% satisfaction.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Collins and the staff at Lynden. Even though I’m sure they do this often- my dog went in for surgery and I was very upset and concerned and they treated myself and Khlöe absolutely wonderfully. Dr. Collins was very thorough when explaining everything and was very considerate to me. The staff that day made me feel so much better and Khlöe had such amazing care.

Lynden Animal Clinic is always so accommodating and responsive, taking the time to answer our questions and concerns, and making sure that our pets are well taken care of. They go above and beyond to follow up after their visits and work with us around realistic costs of things. We have moved around a lot but remain dedicated to Lynden Animal Clinic and recommend it to anyone.

This was the final trip for my boy Maxx. He had cancer and it was time to say goodbye. The staff was great with Maxx made so comfortable and a nice soft blanket for him to lay on. Probably the hardest thing I have ever had to do but the vet and the techs helped me with it all. So I would recommend this clinc with all my heart. Thank you all for being so gentle with Maxx.

My girl Mia recently had some eye surgery done. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. It went very well and Kodos to the staff for having to deal with Mia and her loud high pitched “Oh No I’m at the Vet “ bark probably for any length of time she was awake! Only been a few days but her eyes look so much better already. Thank you so much to Dr Babcock and staff!

Bless all the workers at this clinic, my wife and I had to put our boy Maverick down in March and they were so compassionate and helpful. Explained to us everything that would happen and were with us every step of the way. It was a hard day and they helped us make it just a bit easier. Appreciated the speed of getting us an appointment and the generosity of the vet. He was so patient and took the time to make sure we understood everything. Apparently he was only there on a temporary basis…. I can only hope the regular vets hold themselves to the same standard. Was a little surprised with the cost but the care our pet received made up for it.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Babcock for almost 4 years now. He is by far the best vet we have ever been to, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. The clinic is about 1.5 hours away from where we live, and we’re happy to make the trip to ensure our pooch gets the best care available.

My experience with Dr Babcock was great. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with prices that cannot be beat. However my most recent experience with tech I spoke with was really to the point (not the most personable.) I will definitely be returning for the prices and quality of care.

Moved to this clinic when our old clinic was bought out and stopped caring about their clients.. Friendly knowledgeable staff.. Vet's are great.. They take the time to answer all your questions .. My older dog is reactive, and they are great with her and the rest of our pets

These people are amazing!! I've been coming to this vet for over 20 years, they are compassionate and caring all around. I do have to admit though it is a bit pricey considering our last visit was a basic check and heartworm. I do appreciate all they have done though:)

We have a rescue dog that is dog reactive and hates getting his nails clipped. They worked with us to have an end of day appointment but we waited in the car until they're we're no dogs left in the building. The nail clipping went very smoothly with 3 techs helping.

Best veterinarian around. Dr Babcock is amazing with all of our fur babies. The staff is amazing and do everything they can to accommodate you. This has always been our go to for all of our services. Highly recommend, you will not be dissatisfied or disappointed.
