Did not enjoy my experience. Within 2 hours I had my doctor cancel my prescription with this pharmacy and found a better one closer to my home and they charged me half the price for my prescription and didn't make my life more difficult. UPDATE: As we can all see the response from the pharmacy, they felt it was appropriate to bully me into silence by breaching my confidentiality and posting which pharmacy I chose to go with. Fact: they quoted me $77 for 30g of ointment and my preferred pharmacy charged me $39 for 45g of the exact same ointment. They also informed me that pharmacies control the mixing fee, therefore, they can increase or decrease the cost accordingly. Fact: the compounds that go into that ointment are set in price and they cannot control that. But why is it that it costs nearly double the price at this location? Fact: I was NOT satisfied with my experience, hence the 1 star review. I did not feel it was necessary to harass or bully Tanya over text messages and I did thank her for suggesting a different pharmacy. Fact: she told me that if I found a different pharmacy to fill my prescription, she would happily send my prescription to that pharmacy. Fact: I then texted her back, giving her all the necessary information to send it to TMC when she then informed me that they would have to request it from her. Which she failed to mention before. Fact: I became so irritated with this nonsense that I called my doctor's office directly and asked them to cancel with M-Line and send it to TMC instead because I could get 15g more for half the price. So before you decide to get snarky with your reply M-Line pharmacy, the more professional thing to do would have been to call or text me (you have my number) and we could have discussed it and walked away feeling a lot more satisfied. Sorry you cannot handle honest reviews. I also can't help but notice that you have a few other bad reviews that were similar to mine but specifically chose to respond to me and attack me.. that's very interesting. It seems you have a few people that are dissatisfied with you. Maybe instead of bullying me, you should work harder on customer satisfaction. New customers beware. This is potentially what you will have to deal with if you do business with this pharmacy. Also, note that if you are dissatisfied with your experience, this pharmacy would like for you to verbally abuse them through text so it is abundantly clear that you are unhappy because 1/5 stars is apparently not clear enough. VERY NON-COOPERATIVE TO TRANSFER A PRESCRIPTION FOR A PATIENT WHO LIVES IN MISSISSAUGA AND WANTS HER PRESCRIPTION FILLED HERE. THEIR DELAYING TECHNIQUES ARE FRUSTRATING . INSTAED OF TRANSFERRING THE PRESCRIPTION, THE LADY TRANSFERRED ME TO A RECORDING MACHINE. WHEN I WAS RECORDING THE MESSAGE , IT PAUSED TO SAY NOTHING RECORDED BCZ OF SILENCE, I RECORDED AGAIN AND BEFORE I COULD FINISH RECORDING, IT SAID NOTHING RECORDRD BCZ OF SILENCE. I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND REQUESTED TO TALK TO THE PHARMACIST BUT I WAS FIRST TOLD HE IS NOT HERE THEN SHE SAID HE IS BUSY AND CANNOT TALK TO YOU. THEN THE LADY SAID SHE WOULD TALK TO CUSTOMER FIRST AND THEN TRANSFER THE PRESCRIPTION. SHE ALSO CLAIMED THAT IT WAS THEIR PATENTED FORMULA AND I WOULD HAVE TO CHECK WITH THE DOCTOR FOR DETAILS. THEY WERE VERY SELFISH, NO RESPECT FOR THE PATIENT CHOICE. THIS HAPPENED ON SEP 27/22 AT 9:30AM WHICH ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT A BUSY TIME. GUYS PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE. Ive being going to this Pharmacy since 2003 when it was on Concession. Always the friendly stuff always have quantity of my stock for my orders. Even through the pandemic, Under pressure everyone here still smiling while Working under pressure unlike other pharmacys. This is the best pharmacy in Hamilton. Best interaction with staff and pharmacy. I’m glad to fill medications here . The staff are so helping specially the girls in the front always cheerful. My friends kids needed Tylenol when it was short in the market and they compounded it for children which really helped in those tough times . Thanks M-line pharmacy

When I first bought the medicine, He said that if I needed more medicine and brought a prescription, he would give me a cheaper price than before.But they didn't. If it's impossible, don't tell anyone. Money doesn't matter, but I felt bad that you guys pretended not to know.

Great pharmacy. I’ve been with them for years since concession street. I left for a bit to go to Rexall down the street from my house and when I found out m line was concession street, I went back. They’re honestly the nicest pharmacy out there. Soo glad I’m back :)

M-Line is always so friendly and quick when I am filling out a prescription. If I am unable to make it to the store before close a driver delivers it to my house. They provide such a great service!!
