The store front is in the old Fardella's bake shop on princess Street in Kingston, directly beside Minos take out in the West end. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the aroma of freshly made chocolate; being made on site was tantalizing. My friend and I both had the apple cider and agreed it was the best we've had in a very long time. Pieces of cinnamon sticks atop the ground cinnamon froth was a nice touch ❤️ I also had the cardamom bun, and in my opinion the cream cheese icing was too cream cheese and not enough sweet, but the cardamom bun itself was authentic. Very delicious

What a little gem I found! The donuts are great. Fluffy and STUFFED with light, airy, slightly sweet fresh cream. We had the raspberry mango (omg the mango mousse), strawberry cheesecake, coconut passion fruit and more. They told me everything are made from scratch (you can taste it!). Suggestion (my opinion alone): the place’s warm wood-toned furnishing are great but the place is too open to be cozy. It doesn’t feel like a place I want to spend an afternoon. More like a grab and go place. Put up some dividers, have low hanging pendant lights, separate the dinning area from the door and registers.

We got the cinnamon sugar, pb&j and apple cinnamon donuts. They were warm and delicious, although they’re not super fluffy. Not too greasy or sweet either. We’ll definitely be back to try the other flavours! They also have some freshly baked bread, ready to bake pies, chocolates and tea for sale. It’s a pretty neat little dessert corner inside the restaurant!

They only do brioche style filled donuts, and they do them well. The fillings were a good variety, but I found they defaulted to too sweet. It's a nice treat, but certainly not an everyday one, and a bit pricey/limited variety to bring a dozen to work. The non-donut pastry I had was great, will have to try their coffee next time.

Holy Yum! These go on my top 5 donut list. They have an interesting take on a raised and filled donut. The donut is light and fluffy. No greasy film in your mouth like after a Dunkin. I preferred taking out some of the filling. Awesome donut in an unassuming strip mall location. We did ½ dozen, plain, chocolate and strawberry.

My husband and I have stopped at Mac's a few times while visiting Kingston, and we have loved every donut we've tried. Our wedding day was made even more amazing with Mac's lemon meringue and chocolate ganache donuts! Brendan is lovely to work with, and the donuts are life-changing. 100000% recommend.

These are the best donuts in Kingston! Tried the hazelnut and orange/ginger one and they were out of the world - you can taste the ingredients and they are not sickly sweet like most donuts around. Also sampled their london fog chocolate bar it was delicious as well. Will be back for more!

Really good donuts. Wish they offered plain donut instead but filled ones are good too. Cream burlee is excellent. I don't actively seek out good cream burlee like I do with donuts but this is the best one I have had in recent years.

It’s not even fair to compare what Mac’s does to any other donut shop here in town, so don’t even try. One tip, don’t eat before you go and don’t plan on eating for along time after. These are stomach bombs and worth it.
