THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! My family and I walked up to this place and we were a little Leary because they were selling medical PPE at an unbelievable price on their sidewalk as you entered the store! We purchased close to $4,000 worth of furniture. We also paid a delivery fee of $75 for them to deliver the furniture and we paid an extra $150 for them to remove and dispose of our old furniture. Two delivery guys showed up and neither one could speak a drop of English. The guys proceeded to bring the new furniture in so I asked them how we’re they bringing in the new furniture if they haven’t taken out the old. So then they kept shaking their head no no no insinuating that they weren’t going to move the old. I had to call the store. So the salesman called them. The guys pointing asking what needed to be moved and we showed them and they agreed to discard of everything we showed them for $150. The guys asked my 12 year old son to help them lift the furniture and I said NO. We had to end up moving half the furniture out because the guy excuse was that there was a mouse in one of the rooms which was a kids TOY and I showed him that it was a kids Toy. They brung the furniture in and left it in my hallway. The store gave me the owners number who by the way would not answer for me even after I texted him and told him who I was. The guys kept telling my kids to “MOVE” they pushed a mattress on my daughter. The entire time they were speaking Spanish not realizing that I have an app on my phone and it interpreted every word, if I type what they were referring to us as they would block y comment. You’ll wouldn’t believe what you were calling us. They Agreed to take the furniture and two containers. They loaded their truck and acted like they were about to leave. I looked out my window and they were throwing the things across my lawn. I was recording them and they knew and started laughing as he was throwing the items that THEY AGREED to move! The owner texted me back and stated that basically don’t text his phone to call or email the store. That was an emergency because one of the guys walked up on my mom like he was going to hit her. The owner condones this type of behavior. These people are horrible and all of my neighbors witnessed these guys shenanigans and no one on this street will ever shop there!!! I am a nurse and I know a lot of people and I will NOT recommend this place to NO ONE. Drive a little further to Rivergate it will be worth it!!!! ADDENDUM after reading what the owner wrote there wasn’t an original written agreement , your guys agreed after coming there if we paid them extra that they would take the other articles. Some of the furniture they took off were thrown back in my yard and they shouldn’t have never loaded the items if they didn’t agree to take them PERIOD!!!! Why load something on a truck then throw it back out. You still didn’t address him pushing my daughter not setting up the furniture and bad service overall. You’ll won’t be in business long with how your operating !!!!! Your also hoarding and price gouging medical supplies that Medical personal LIKE MYSELF need on the FRONT LINES!! Your said and looking at these other reviews, your drivers always behave in this manor!!!!

Extremely disappointed with this business! Me and my wife bought a couch from here and from the start everything was good, we put 500$ down on our couch , waiting for the one we wanted to be in stock, they told us it would take 2 weeks at MOST for our couch to arrive, 2 weeks go by and I'm not stressed about it , I call up there to check on the couch and I speak to a women who is extremely rude she told us that “shes not a mechanic she can’t fix the truck or make it hurry up” etc. just a rude lady overall, she tells me it will be there Monday. Monday goes by and we haven’t heard anything not a call or email. We go up there this time and once again we get told that its not there that it will be there Thursday. After 3 times of our couch being pushed back with no notice, we finally get it .Mind you it took almost a month, no warning or calls from this business. Im not one to complain or leave reviews but I would not recommend this business, very unprofessional staff.

My wife and I ordered a sectional and an ottoman in December of this year. We luckily received the sectional right away, the ottoman is a completely different story. We have tried to call their store several times, but you're lucky if they answer their phones. Also, they never know when your item is going to arrive. We have been told biweekly for the past five months that "your item will be delivered in two weeks", yet when the time comes it never arrives. Today, we received it, AND IT WASN'T EVEN THE CORRECT OTTOMAN. Now, we have to wait four more months, and order from a completely different company. This has been the worst business myself and my wife have ever had to deal with. DO NOT spend your money here.

They were reasonable and really nice bought a loveseat and mattress and box springs and they delivered but one of them didn't know what he was doing tried to have the other boy do all the work getting stuff in house and we told him how he would have to maneuver it in but he either didn't understand or didn't care not sure which but we live in a small home and he about beat the corners off the freshly painted walls and then drove thru the yard and about knocked the mailbox down it did knock it sideways thank goodness our next door neighbor had put in a 2 inch rebar hole on mailbox and buried it about 4 ft in ground box truck probably had damage

Where do I even begin! Naser and Rodney are true gentleman. I went back and forth to multiple furniture stores and kept coming back here. No other store gave me the personal customer service, honest review, or flexibility that Home Furniture and More did. Let’s be honest, there are a plethora of stores to buy from, but I choose and will continue to choose and refer folks here. Why: I support great businesses. So excited about my sofa and love seat that will be delivered in ONE DAY. Yes, one day. All in all, for all of your furniture and bedding needs, come here first.

My husband and I purchased a sectional from them for a great price. The catch is we still haven’t received all parts of it... and better yet they have no idea when it will arrive. We have been calling Peter (manager) all week with NO traction. We are lucky if we even get a call back. If you can get all the items you want up front, buy from them. However if you order and have to wait, don’t expect the item to arrive, or for management to be able to track the item down. Beyond upset and let down by their customer service. Not worth the headache.

Overall wonderful experience! Our sales lady was wonderful, and the delivery team was awesome! The girls in the store were friendly and helpful. We ordered a couch at Ashley several weeks ago and still haven't received it. Madison Furniture Outlet had the same couch in stock, so we bought it from them and it was delivered the following Wednesday as promised. The deliver guys were careful and quick. They called before they headed my direction so we were ready for them. Would absolutely buy furniture from them again. Thank you!

Mohammad came and delivered a bed frame for me, he was ontime too! I was barely getting home still in my car when he arrived lol so used to delivery and service ppl coming towards the end of the time frame they give. He was real fast, nice, and even helped take up a spare mattress i had in my car for my second room up to my place for me when i asked with no problem at all he was happy to help! I appreciated that alot given i live up stairs! Thanks so much Mohammad!

My experience was horrible I went to Madison location 5 months ago purchased love seat n sofa furniture still looks brand new but frame is falling in love seat and sofa so that mean it's a recall have a warranty then when it was time to use my warranty over a defect at the bottom of my sofa n loveseat they said it come from. Turkey and couldn't be honored so I would advise everyone to not shop at this location because the manager Peter does not honor the warranty

This furniture store JACKED ☝ UP their prices by 75% for their Going Out of Business so called SALE!! I even called it out to the salesperson Sandy and she said that is exactly what they did. Also, their mattresses were $99 two weeks ago.. Now they are $190 and UP. The items that have SOLD on them are really NOT SOLD. I am extremely disappointed with this place and glad they are going out of business!! That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

It had several workers there but no one working. I went to pick up my furniture and it took an hour before I got a bedroom suit. Then they wanted me to let them deliver the chest after Christmas when I expressed it was a Christmas gift and couldn't get it all I wanted a full refund. Then of course they find it. The service was terrible, I only hope that nothing is broken or scratched because I was almost late to work because of it. They suck!!!

Worst store ever. The manager is very rude and lie to customers to get them locked in a contract. Im currently paying for a bed I haven't received. Its been 3 weeks. I was told at purchase it will take a week. Eveytime i call she has an attitude and say my bed is not there. The worst experience ive ever had. I offered to pick my bed up and she still declined. She gave my 3 different days my bed will be there n every time she lied.

Great customer service! We worked with Mr Peter who was VERY patient and accommodating to our preferences and got us a great deal on sofa, stools, and mattresses!! They didn't deliver all of my furniture as promised (and paid for) and then argued with me about it. I sat at home and waited (per their request) several times and no one ever showed up with the missing piece. This wasted my valuable time. James was rude and unapologetic about the situation. Extremely displeased with how my furniture was delivered to my home. The fabric is torn on several pieces of the sectional. I've tried calling them to report the issues and I could not get through on the phone. I'm very disappointed with this company and their unprofessional way of delivering the product.
