My son and I visited Mainland Investment on Airline Rd on Saturday to look at a 2014 Hundai Accent. We called ahead and spoke with the sales reps about the vehicle. They were very professional, said the car was still available and that they would hold it until we arrived to look at it. My son was texting Jennifer on the way down and when we arrived, the car was already pulled out for us to look at, the engine was started and the ac was going so it was comfortable inside when we took our test drive. The car was in excellent shape and was perfect for my son. We had an issue with our out of state credit union finalizing the purchase agreement and had to come back on Monday to finish everything up but they held the car for us over the weekend and were awesome to work with finalizing all of the paperwork. Even though it took a little longer than we had anticipated, working with Mainland Investment was an awesome experience. Even with the scarcity of vehicles at this time, they have a very diverse inventory. They were professional, they were very helpful and they were extremely accommodating and I will definitely consider them in the future for any other car purchases.

Don't go here.. they want us to go get the paper plates from the court house .. trying to tell us that they can only issue 1 set of paper plates. I've bought plenty of cars and not once has a dealership told us to go get the plates or self . We are still paying on the car and they want us to do there job. Plus the people that answer the phone are rude . All they care for is the payments... Update from today they try and email me to tell me it's the court house fault that I have to go and get new paper plates not them and that I misunderstood them. I understand that they wanted me to go do there job I have bought 2 other vehicles from 2 different dealer ships and when the plates expired they gave me new ones and didn't tell me to go get them my self. Yes I know it's been taking longer than usual to get the real plates since covid hit but not once did those dealership tell me I have to go get it my self they didn't tell me we are only allowed to give you 1 paper license plate. I'll understand a registration sticker but not plates. Like I said horrible customer service

Initially my experience with Mainland investments was pleasant. However it changed drastically , I was communicated something completely different as it relates to down payment that was allegedly told from the financial department. I showed up the next day to put money down on the vehicle that I was told I was approved for which was a 4500 down payment when I arrived it suddenly changed to 7,000 dollars with no real legitimate explanation at all. Several balls dropped I was even informed that my wife as the co-signer was approved for the deal on the vehicle and that suddenly changed . No real communication and a lot of changes back and forth . The finance manger and the salesman were not on the same page about anything a complete waste of my time for two days . I’m not encouraging you not to purchase a vehicle from Thais lot maybe your experience would be different however , mine was terrible smh . Reading everyone else reviews maybe I should’ve dealt with Jennifer for a better experience . My experiences was not right .!!!!

I love these guys! It has been a good while since I bought my truck from them. But I still have my truck. It was a black 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. Absolutely fell in love with the truck and the people there. Their vehicles are so clean and run great. You can tell they go the extra mile to have them inspected and cleaned before selling it. I am extremely pleased with my vehicle. I bought my truck back in September 2011. And it is still in great condition. It runs amazing! I am actually in the process of upgrading things to make it look even better. When I bought it the truck had factory/base model type of tires and lift. I have since had an inch and a half lift and nice off road tires added to it. I love it! Not that everyone will go here looking to buy an off road truck. But let me just say the options are endless :) Great service, great deals, and good quality vehicles what more can you ask for?

Jennifer in sales dept was awesome. She really helped me and worked with me as I tried to figure out which vehicle I actually wanted. She gets 5 stars. The car itself I have been having trouble with a month after I got it. Still having issues with even after I was told they were fixed. Only had the car for 7 months and it needs thousands of work done. The car is only used for the smallest of things which are all within a 10 mile radius of my home. There is no reason why there should be so many problems. I'm very disappointed because I was referred here by a friend but this has been the worse experience for me.

This Dealership have robbed me blind. I put 4,500 cash down on a 90 day same as cash contract. I was 2 weeks away from paying my car off and after being ONE DAY LATE my car was repossessed. I contacted them to get a total and find the location of my car. They dealership now refuses to give me any information. I’m now without a car and 6,000. They also stole belongings out of my car and told me to contact a lawyer. These company is a huge rip off! Very rude and unprofessional. They are use to stealing cars and people’s money. I will not let them get away with this or harm any other customer.

Excellent service!! Buying a used car is often a difficult and nerve wracking process. After looking and looking I decided to stop by Mainland Investment Auto and I wish I had gone here from the beginning. Leo (The Manager ) made the buying process seamless! He helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for a v10 Ford Excursion and at a fair rate. The vehicle is in great shape, with low mileage and at a better rate than I found elsewhere. I'd recommend asking for Leo anytime you are on the market for another vehicle.

My wife and I read the reviews for this place online before we went there. We thought they were going to be great and help us out. Instead we were greeted by a salesman who seemed like he didn't really want to help us and told us we should just go back to another car dealership. This really upset my wife as she had found the vehicle she really wanted at a reasonable price. I hope everyone else continues to have a good experience when they go there, but I'm not happy with how we were treated at all.

We were thoroughly impressed with Allen! He was great to work with and listened to our needs and concerns for what we were looking for for a business vehicle. Purchasing on the other hand took hours and hours, there were some slight miss communications there with purchase/financing. Which was frustrating especially when you have a 3 year old.. highly recommended not doing it on a Sunday :/ Other then that everything was great!!

My husband and I purchased a used car about 2 years ago. We managed to get a good price for the vehicle and because we appreciated the service, we took the car back there for regular maintenance. A couple months ago, we had to get a major repair to the car, Mainland worked with us and made sure the car was working just as great as the day we bought it, we really appreciate the level of customer service from Leo and Benjamin.

I purchased a car two months ago and since day one when I drove it off the lot I’ve had problems with it. It’s left me on the side of the road more then it’s driven me places, you guys don’t thoroughly service your vehicles to make sure they are good. I WILL NOT recommend for anyone to get a car from this place unless you wanna sink money into just fixing a car rather than driving it.
