Fantastic service and value for my engagement ring purchase. No pressure and lots of great education and advice. They provided me a large variety of diamonds to choose from and explained the valuations of each. Never any pressure to buy. Once I selected my diamond and understood exactly what I was paying for, the provided lots of helpful guidance in choosing a ring and setting based on my soon-to-be wife's tastes. The ring was custom made in just a few days and it was appraised significantly higher than the purchase price. My wife loves her ring and they helped us create matching wedding bands at a great price. Subsequently, my wife has been a bit rough on her ring and after a work-out at the gym she was concerned she had impacted it hard enough that the diamond might be loose (although there was no sign of it). Manhattan inspected and tightened the setting at no charge! They returned the ring polished up like the day it was made. I could not have asked for a better experience and am so happy I choose to spend my money here.

When my partner and I were shopping for rings, Rajni and Atul’s shop was essentially the only jeweller in Vancouver that I found to be a comfortable and honest experience walking into, without any sales tactics or pressure to buy, just a lovely couple who try to learn about what your vision is and what you want, and lay out the options and deliver that to the best of their ability at a reasonable fair cost. They went above-and-beyond with customer service and kindly re-sized my ring free of charge. I’m grateful that we found them - we will be getting wedding bands next and I’m glad to continue to support this absolute rare gem of a local business, I’ll be recommending them to anyone looking for a jeweller in the Lower Mainland.

We purchased my engagement ring from Manhattan Jewellers and couldn't be happier with our decision. After visiting a number of different stores and being told that what I wanted likely couldn't be found (I was looking for a Canadian diamond in an uncommon cut), I walked in and met Atul, who greeted me warmly and told us it was no problem. After sourcing the diamond, Rajni and Atul worked with us to design the perfect ring - they were extremely receptive to our ideas and the various photos we brought along and provided knowledgable advice when we had questions. The customer service was amazing and the price was exceptionally reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for any jewellery. We were so happy that we found them and had the opportunity to support local business run by kind, hard-working people!

We are long time customers and have NEVER been disappointed with the product or service we have received. We have bought jewellery, had jewellery made and had heirloom jewellery repaired or redone. The work has always been exemplary and done in a very timely manner. But even more outstanding is the warm, friendly and gracious relationship Rajni and Atul have with their customers. I would highly recommend this company. I was checking on jewellers in the Granville Broadway area and noted a design of a pendant on their website that particularly appealed. When I called them to arrange an appointment they were both very welcoming and when I arrived they immediately recognized me from visits I made 25 and 27 years ago when I was ordering watches for our two son’s 21st birthday! They worked as a team and were very obliging and prompt. I was very pleased with the result. It was perfect and very reasonably priced and on time for my wife’s birthday. I really enjoyed the experience and know where I will go first when I want to get jewelry in future.

I checked Google Maps for a jewellery repair near where I lived. I found a jewellery shop named "Manhattan Jewellers Ltd" that had very high Review Ratings. The Ratings mentioned the owners were very friendly, did not try to oversell to them, and they were liked by many shoppers. I can confirm all of the above, and they did an excellent repair on my jewellery. I'll be recommending them to friends and family! Wanted to write a review because the service was so great! Both the gentleman and woman (wished had asked their names) that helped me to get my rings re-sized was super helpful with the advice they gave for them and very friendly. Ended up getting one re-sized and they did an awesome job and it fits perfectly. Quite sure it was very good value too. Highly recommend!

Manhattan Jewellers is the only place I go for jewelry. Expert knowledge and customer service, and so friendly. Great prices and very skilled at engraving and repairs. Very trustworthy and welcoming. I’m always pleased with my purchase and feel that they have helped me select the perfect piece every time.

Price, ability, and service were all great. - were able to do something two other jewellers weren't willing to do (fit slightly off-sized diamonds into an unset ring) - were very reasonable on price and timeline - very professional in dealings, documenting, testing diamonds before giving them back, etc.

Sold 10k gold for 18k. They are liars. I ordered a simple ring years ago. It was supposed to be 18k it even said 18k on the inside and on the receipt. But later it was found to be barely 10k. You should stay away from this place. They are scammers. This is fraud. This is illegal!!!!!
