They were seriously excellent to deal with, and to travel with. We had checked out the 'safari tour companies' and were astonished at how expensive they were! So we decided to drive ourselves - but the car hire place was such great value WITH driver included, we took that instead, and had a great time. Our driver, Christopher, was very professional, had excellent English, knew lots about the wildlife and couldn't help enough. We went to 3 parks (as we'd been to Masai Mara before) - Meru, Ol Pejeta and Nairobi National Park and loved them all. This is the second time I have used Market Car Hire, and I continue to highly recommend this company. I hired a Toyota Prado to use in the Mara. The service is affordable, honest and efficient. The car was in good condition and I was met at the airport with the vehicle for an efficient hand-over. Service levels are exceptional. Someone knocked out the wing mirror glass and when I reported this to Anuj in Nairobi, he immediately had someone come and collect the car and get it repaired within two hours so I could continue my travels safely. I was very impressed. I have no hesitation in recommending Market Car Hire and will use them again.
