I went to this Marshall’s with my sister today and oddly enough, we saw an unmasked man holding his child strolling around. Several employees walked by as if they saw nothing. My sister approached 2 different employees to inform them that there is a man walking around with no mask on and the employees simply replied with “ok” and walked away without doing anything. Not trying to be a Karen here but really think that they should implement better safety practices in store especially in a time like this. Quite disappointed with my experience today...

Went there when I was in the area and bought a pair of flip flops and a bunch of other things. Got home later and went to put on my flip flops and the cashier whom wasn't paying attention because the manager was going over things with her instead of focusing on customers in line. Well needless to say I can't wear my flip flops now because she didn't remove security tag. Now I've got to go out of my way to go get it removed which is costing me gas! 20.00 flip flips are now costing me more in gas! Go to winners across the street!

Not the worst Marshalls, definitely not the best though. It's a lot of generic stuff which you'll find at any other Marshalls. Compared to the Winners across the street which has a lot of rare stuff. There's always kids/youth clothes mixed in with adult stuff. Like.. lots of it.. So you could see a nice sweater in your size but you hold it up and it's baby sized. Kind of annoying if you're someone who hunts for the good stuff. If you pass by it's worth dropping in but don't get your hopes up.

Lots of parking available at this location. Store is typical layout. Availability of mens shoes in my size was very limited at the time I visited, and was what I went for. Staff was around but no one engaged or asked if I needed help. Okay experience. Store is clean and quite spacious. Checkout was quick on this day as it was snowing and not to busy. Did find some birthday gifts for my wife here. A Tommy Hilfiger puffer jacket and a Steve Madden bag. Both at good prices and current styles.

Great place to shop at. Good brands at an affordable price. The staff are extremely nice. Even though its almost near closing and they're tired they choose to smile and provide a great service. Update: Re-visited again and it seems that they have not degraded and provides the same high quality of service. Store is super clean, organized so it's easy to find things and have high quality t-shirts at an affordable price. One of my favorite places to shop at.

Great place to shop however have time and patience to look around as there are so many items to choose from in every area (clothing, houseware, toys, shoes, bags, jewelry, etc). Prices are reasonable and make sure to always check for sales and discounted items which are further reduced prices. I like coming here for toys and books, esp when they have it on clearance (which is usually placed on one shelf with a bunch of other similar items).

I went in to buy a wallet and 30 mins later walked out. The cashiers were brutal. One was doing a return with 2 other associates and the other guy was socializing with his customers. When he finally finished and looked up to see 12 people in line he called for help. If he had been paying attention it could have been done much sooner. Terrible customer service. Will not go to this location again.

No better or worse than any other TJX store. I looked at the clothes, did not see anything. Tried on a Champion hoodie, but didn't like it. Looked at gourmet food, bought some English Breakfeast looseleaf tea. It was pretty good for the price, but I have bought better brands before. I don't look at these stores the way I did before covid ..they just don't get the GOOD stuff anymore.

I must say to the managers and staffs thank you for being such an amazing team. This store as never fails me . Always clean customer service awesome and to top it off the price is very affordable. Marshalls is my number one store for clothing because I find what I need for my every day. Keep it up team. Also every items have a priceing sticker most stores don't. Thank you team.

This Marshalls is a little smaller than other locations. They don’t have a huge selection of home decorations but some. No plants, and only a few frame selections which is what I was hoping to find. Maybe depending on the season their stock changes but right now these are my findings. Otherwise a great clean store to browse. I love their GF chip selection and granola bites.

I always have a great experience shopping here. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I find it just the right size with a lot of variety. There are always amazing finds and good quality. The customer service is excellent. Thank you to the staff and manager, Hubert, who contacted me himself when a staff member found my missing car key. A great experience overall.

I purchased a purse at Marshalls Scarborough Town Centre. The cashier did not say 1 word to me. No hello or thank you. I am so disgusted with the lack of customer service. Whoever is training the cashiers leaves a lot to be desired. I will not shop there again. If I could give a less than zero rating, I would. Frankly, I'm disgusted.

I went to this location to return a belt and one of the store associates, Sabrina, was super unhelpful. Her standard response without even looking for the requested item was that she didn't know and everything was on the shelves. If you are unsure if you have something, a good sales associate would at least try to look for the item.

Great store to pick brand name products at a discount. Word of warning, due to good bargains there is limited options for sizing on cloths for men (i.e., great for small and mediums folks, but large and XL sells out fast). Quite a few weekends and days where they host deals on their products through out the year.

Usually messy, hard to find prices, hard to find someone who works there. Almost always long Line-ups just to get out, but cashiers are always friendly so that's good. ITS HARD to find stuff in the bigger sizes. Otherwise just like any other Marshall's or Winners location, large and lots of choose from.

Had a great experience tonight with Debbie. I was hunting for a wedding suit/ vest, and she helped us out a ton. The store was a little disorganized, and there was some confusion with the pricing/ sizing. Debbie took care of the situation with great customer service and patience! Thanks Debbie.

Best place to shop. People that work there are very nice.Today I went to Marshall at morning. one worker said hello and good morning also she talked to me very nicely and she helped me. The worker name is Sambavi. She is really lovely girl, I noticed that she is nice to are the costumers.

Good choice of merchandise here. Amazing customer service in this store. Joshmin, in the dressroom was very kind, seeing that I had a hurt leg she opened up a large room with seating, without me asking. Evelyn and Tania too provided respectful service. Please keep up the good work.

Hidden away behind a lot of box stores, but a pretty good location. Especially if you're looking for a store with limited line ups with covid. If you're looking for the basics a good place to stop by. Have also found a surprise treasure every once in a while.

Varieties of men & women garments selection. And also an interior items for home decor. They also carry some good brand products too with reasonable price. Store seems bit messy at some section but overall wonderful customer service and easy to check out...!

They actually had what I needed for my grandson. Helpful staff solved my issue and came and helped me to the shelves were my item was. Clean and bright. Not cluttered of products and I love the prices there. Wheel chair accessible. Parking just outside

Like all other Marshalls here in Canada you'll get a good bargain if you are lucky enough to stumble on something you like depending on what day of the week you shop. This location is bigger and I only go for their homewares and spices.

I hadn't gone to Marshalls in years!! But ended up visiting recently and was not disappointed. It is like Winners, but a little larger I found. More focussed on clothes/shoes etc rather than home stuff. But lots of great finds!!

My go to Marshalls! I always find what I need & then some! I live close by so I can drop by and check things out! The customer service is great & the staff is really nice. The Manager even wrapped up my luggage in plastic fo me!

I love walking into a store and not being bothered. A lady at the doors welcomed us and waved to sanitize our hands, employees were courteous. The cashier was very friendly. Likely to return to this location :)

Just like every other Marshall's, but a bit more of a mess. Definitely not enough cash registers open as the lines were way too long. Other than that there are definitely some good deals to be found!

Often damaged packages. Need to check everything carefully before buying. You can easily buy for example a box of candies without candies inside or a toy with missing details.

It's just ok. They didn't seem to have much selection for capris or jeans. I know it wasnt just my size because I looked through other sizes as well. Wasn't impressed.

Went to shop dresses for my baby girl and able to find variety of dresses but some of them are pricy.. I am happy with my purchase and my baby liked the dress.. ☺️

Not happy with the clothes selection men or women's. Shoe department not great. All shoes in boxes and not great selection. It reminds me of Pay Less Shoe store.

A solid location. Quite a wide selection of high street brands. Some items don’t have a price tag. Cashiers and staff are nice though.

First time I ever been there with my lovely dog espresso. Espresso had good experience and had good time,we bought sweaters and a toy

This location is fairly better than others, well laid out and clean. Still a hit or a miss, mostly miss in my experience.

We can get shoes in resonable price. Several items will be on sale but i could not fit me. Bad luck …
