Horrible customer service. Walked in to buy some furniture and we specifically told the lady we know that you’re about to close and will be really fast. Just wanted to take a couple quick pictures so we can come back the next day and buy some furniture after we looked at the pictures, this guy here that I’m attaching the picture of Because he wouldn’t tell me his name and he said it’s none of my business and and don’t need to know so that’s why I’m attaching his picture and you can see how rude he looks in the picture as well . He started making comments to my girlfriend that we need to hurry up because he’s about to shut off the lights. They still had about 10 minutes before they closed. But he still was making comments that they are closing. As soon as he made that comments, I told my girlfriend let’s go and I made a comment to him. Do you think the owner of this store would be happy that you’re telling Customer # to leave when you’re still not closed and you still have at least 10 minutes left before you close. You could’ve lost the business owner a couple thousand dollars. And a furniture sale. He then started walking up to me really fast and aggressively making comments that he doesn’t need to listen to this when he knew I was right. Instead of just staying where he was at and keeping his mouth shut, he started coming up to me walking up to me aggressively as you can see in the picture while I had my daughter in my hands. This is the reason why a lot of retail businesses are closing down Because of horrible employees like this. Our stay 20 minutes to an hour after if I’m gonna make some extra money and a sale at my job very sad some of these employees are these days while the business owners are busting their Butt to make sure the bills get paid and employees get paid people like this is what ruins establishments. Lady at the front was very nice though we told her that we’d be in and out and less than five minutes before they closed but this guy still had to make his little smart comments. Don’t know what your name is still, but what goes around comes around. And you should be lucky to have a job, especially with the way you act and treat customers.

Run far away from this place. I ordered two couches that were delivered two weeks late and in the wrong color. I called the store and asked the associate to provide me with any info on my order and said she couldn’t help me until my sales rep was in. Everyday I called she said he would be in the following day. I realized the game they were playing and asked to speak to a manager. She refused to transfer me and when I asked her name, she thought she put me on mute and I heard her whisper “what do I say”. Shadiest place I’ve ever done business with. I think they were trying to push me out long enough to where I couldn’t swap out my couch for the correct color. After being hung up on multiple times I was finally able to get the info for my order that she continuously promised she didn’t have access to and contacted the distributor who finally scheduled to replace my couches. They arrived a week later. Wrong again. All sales are final and they refuse to replace or exchange anything. Beware before you make a purchase from these people. Some people may have great reviews and may have had great delivery experiences. But on the likely chance that they mess something up with your delivery or order, which happened twice on my one order I made, it will be an absolute nightmare to resolve and likely that they won’t resolve. If you do end up purchasing, make sure you look at the sheet that you sign saying there are no exchanges or returns and all sales are final. Any company that has to add that on a sale for brand new furniture is worrying.

I found Good selection, very friendly and helpful staff as well as a nice showroom and competitive prices. Why 4 stars? We bought an entire bedroom set and were told everything was in stock and would be delivered and set up. After we paid we found out the two nightstands, which we had already paid for, were not in stock. They said someone would call us tomorrow with an estimated date they would be in stock. No one did.... Delivery day our window given to us was 9 am to 2 pm. At 4 pm we called and were told they were running late. They showed up at 6:30pm and although they were courteous and apologetic, they made us late for an appointment. It is now 20 days after our purchase and no one can tell us when the dressers will be in stock. We just get to keep calling every week or so to check.... So would I shop here again? I would but buyer beware to make sure everything you paid for is available. Today, I reduced my rating to ONE STAR. We have waited for over 75 days for two nightstands we paid for (75 days ago) to be in stock and delivered! We have called numerous times only to be told it should be in next week. I just emailed them again and received a response this afternoon that it should be in, in two weeks. We are moving backwards. Very unprofessional way to do business to tell a customer an item is in stock, allow them to pay, and then still not be able to deliver the item over 2 1/2 months later. Would not buy here again and I do not recommend Mega Furniture.

We bought a mattress two weeks ago from mega. Spent nearly 3000 dollars. We scheduled it to arrive on the same day we moved into our new home. They brought the mattress. After they left we put it down on our frame and it didn't fit. They had brought us the wrong mattress. We called them. They told us they couldn't get us a new mattress for 5 days. We waited patiently. Finally when the day came for them to bring the new mattress they called us and said it would be another several weeks until we could have a mattress. So what are we supposed to do? Sleep on the floor? This is absolutely the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. We are now keeping the old mattress and canceling the charge with our bank. I guess we'll just have mega furniture eat a $3,000 charge and give this mattress to the homeless. Ridiculous. What a ridiculous company. I can't even get them on the phone. Ridiculous. Bye from anywhere with this place, literally anywhere in the world but mega furniture should get your business.

A wonderful alternative to big name furniture stores, this store is exclusive to Central Texas. It is massive and contains a huge and varied stock. I found what I was looking for in 5 minutes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing me with deals and specials as well as options for warranties and the delivery process. Scarlett saw me looking at items and asked if she could help, and she oversaw the rest of my experience with great care. While the prices here are highly competitive, the mandatory delivery fee is somewhat expensive. They offer options for payment including Credit-free financing, and offer assistance in Spanish. Concerning COVID-18 safety, all employees wore masks, though some could use education on how to properly wear them. Overall, I feel very satisfied with buying from this store, and will likely purchase from here again. To reiterate, this store is a fantastic alternative to large chain stores in the area.

We ordered furniture in Jan. 2023, we were told all three pieces were in stock and we would receive on Jan. 24, 2023. We did not receive until Feb 24, 2023, and not all the pieces we paid for. It is now August 2023 and I'm still waiting for a piece of furniture I paid over $2k, they offered me the floor model which I don't want, I want a brand new piece of furniture that I purchase. The floor model the door is not on right and there are scratches everywhere not worth 2k. I have gone to the store in Austin 3 times to find out if they can do anything, they always refer me to their customer service center, which say they will call you back, Guess what?! They don't call you back or they do call you back and tell me I can have the floor model!! So now I'm stuck will no furniture to complete my set and out 2k. Please don't go to any mega furniture, their customer service is awful but they do hire nice sales people

Isaias was very kind and helpful from the time I entered the store, left the store, returned with my mother, all the way to the time we completed our purchases before leaving the store. He was very informative and helped us find not only the furniture we came in for but additional pieces we needed in our home. He answered all of our questions and was never too busy to assist us throughout our shopping experience. I really appreciated his kindness and his assistance. I will return if I need any additional furniture items because of his hospitality.

My wife and I came in looking for furnitire for our family room. We were greeted by a friendly sales lady, she showed us several options. The manager was very helpful, we made our selection and purchased a few accessories as well. We were very pleased with the service, and genuine concern given to us and look forward to our delivery- thank you great job!
