UPDATE: Do not make the mistake I did of going to this store. This has been a non-stop nightmare for 2 months now. The original couch set I selected was a Simmons brand for a total of $2,100. Both couches were broken. I had them replaced & those were broken as well. They offered me in store credit. i should have taken my money & got out of there while I could. The store manager Alex tried to sell me some Ashley couches for $1650. Priced it online for $1100 after going to Ashley. Alex matched the offer. I selected not to get their warranty the "Guardian" as i heard bad things about it. A month later & god knows how many phone calls, i have 1 couch, but still missing the loveseat as they claim to have ordered the wrong one. All sorts of promises to have it to me in a certain amount of time were lies. Then, the finance part... I had to call synchrony & file a dispute as the original amount was still showing as owed. This is after several attempts with them to get it fixed. A lady calls me today & was very shady, still trying to charge me for their warranty. Promised a call back & as usual... Nope. Steer clear of this place at all costs. Do yourself a favor & shop online or go to Ashley Furniture. This is only a brief summary of one of the worst consumer experiences I have EVER had. & still waiting on the other couch to be delivered..... Original review: I stopped here a week ago & loved the couch set I saw. I spoke with Alex & he was great. I ended up leaving to think it over. Came back the next week after doing some research online & checking out a couple other furniture stores. But they had the couch set I wanted. Alex remembered me & we pretty much picked up our conversation from the last time. I ended up financing the couches for 0%apr. Very happy with my purchase & with Alex. Will give 5 star after delivery of furniture as long as everything goes smooth. Overall I would highly recommend going in & asking for Alex.

The environment and store as a whole was clean and I enjoyed the array of options. When I walked in, however, I was immediately approached by a sales associate who, despite me telling them I was only looking that day, insisted on walking me through the entire store and insisting that if I didn't order today that they couldn't guarantee it later. I was ultimately badgered and bullied into an order, and was not made aware that it would take (instead of 4-6 weeks) that it would be over 2 months before I would receive the product. When I called to cancel the order because it took so long, I learned that there was also a no cancellation part of the contract. My fault for not reading the contract closer, absolutely, but there is still a level of transparency that I expect as a consumer, and I did not receive it. When the order finally did arrive in the states, I was told I would receive a call from the store to notify me and schedule a delivery, instead of calling to schedule a delivery, the scheduled one for me, during the work week - normal business hours on a Friday. Took me three days to get ahold of someone to reschedule the delivery for a day I could be home at. And then, at this point it's neither here nor there, the manager added two therapeutic pillows that didn't arrive. Spending an obscene amount on a sofa that I needed a month prior to when it arrived and already getting such poor service, I didn't call and at this point I don't really care. The product, I love. The couch I got is phenomenal and the only reason why this review is 2 stars versus a 1. Work on being less pushy, and be TRANSPARENT with people. I have no intention of buying from Mega Furniture again and will find the products I want and need from a place who isn't going to lie and not follow through on their agreements.

This place never fails to do an awesome job, not only with regard to the high quality of furniture they have available (most of it Ashley brand, which is a great maker of furniture in my opinion), but also with the high quality of customer service they always show everyone who walks in the door. Jacque has been my go-to salesperson every time I walk in the door, and she has done an excellent job of helping me find exactly what I'm looking for without the pressure that other furniture places can put on you. Even before you start looking she'll make sure you're comfortable, going so far as to make sure you have something cool to drink. When you start shopping you'll be pleasantly surprised at the prices, and these guys go above and beyond to get you the best deal possible! Even their delivery and financing options are really solid if you're unable to pick it up and on a budget. Long story short, if you're looking for something at a great price that'll last you a while, without all the high-pressure sales that other places offer, go see these guys. You won't be disappointed. And ask for Jacque if you can; she's definitely someone you want to have help you find a great deal there! I've been here 3 times already and I'm sure I'll be back again if I ever need something else in the future.

Had been contemplating bedroom suites for sometime. Of course, with any furniture purchase you want to make a good decision, especially with bedroom furniture where you'll spend most your time. After, shifting between 3 bedroom suites, I settled on one. Leo, the Sales representative was with me the entire time. His attentiveness, warmth, patience, professionalism, knowledge of inventory, honesty of expectation based on price, brand and promotion was extremely reassuring. I never felt pressured to purchase but, I felt value. Finally, settling on the bedroom suite that felt right for me. Leo spoke to Armando, the store manager who spoke real numbers and negotiated a great deal that was profitable for us both. Armando was genuinely kind and professional and makes it clear that he wants your business and for you to return, lol. The experience that Megastore on Thomas St. provided is everything a patron looks for when spending their money. I felt good about my purchase and most importantly the experience I had during my decision process. I really appreciate not being pressured and having time to make the right decision. Thanks

Great experience. The inside of the store is very breath taking and welcoming. Unlike most furniture stores that I have been to this is the first one that did not have employees breathing down my neck every two seconds. The prices did appear scary at first but once one of the employees broke down everything about the furniture, the price, and payments the task of searching for furniture did not seem as daunting. We did get caught in a storm, but the employees were okay with us taking shelter in their establishment. I was even able to charge my phone on one of the recliners while waiting for the storm to pass. A employee by the name of Adriana assited us and was very patient while we decided on what furniture to pick, and very helpful as went through the process of purchasing. Overall very nice people that are patient, helpful, understanding and passionate about their career. That is something hard to find, especially in an establishment a new as this one. Being a resident of this neighborhood my entire life, it is nice to see a place as warm and welcoming as this one.

I had a very disappointed experience... I bought a set of 2 sofas and after 2 months of use a leg broke and the cushions became very ugly and they had almost no use, I put the claim since March and they took months to answer me, I have 4 months without solving the problem and I also bought the insurance, so I got tired and had to buy another sofas. Today I called them to inform them that they need to go to pick up the sofas and to refund me the money since I had been waiting for a long time and they told me that they could not do that and that it took a long time because the person who was in charge of my claim was using an email from another person who no longer works for the company and that person does not work for the company either. Well, even more that shows that they are unprofessional and their service cannot be trusted. So I'll have to take them to Telemundo.

- 0 Horrible experience. Will never come here again.I received a message that stated driver will call 30 mins before arriving. I received a call and arrived within 30 mins. No one was there. Also, talked to Cynthia at the call center who was very rude but stated the delivery drivers waits only 15 mins extra and she hung up on me. This means I had 45 mins to get to the house. I was there in 25 mins no one was there. So i drove to the store. Where they tell me the drivers said I was rude to them so they would charge me double to deliver the items. . Then Cynthia in call center states I hung up on her. Why would I hang up if im trying to figure out where my items are. This place is a joke never spoke to the drivers after they told me they were on the way. This is a scam to charge extra money. Very horrible experience unprofessional, lying, scamming staff

the workers are nice. however, the furniture is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAPLY MADE yet overpriced. i bought a king sized solid wood bed for $1100. the pieces didnt even fit properly, especially the legs that are supposed to hold up the middle panels, lets start there. but no refunds or exchanges. i managed to put the bed together without the legs, using extra wood panels to hold up the box spring. a month later i sit on the side of my bed, and it collapses. the cheap piece of wood on the side that holds up the panels, broke. also gave me many splinters throughout the process. just dont do it. not worth over $1000 for cheap thin pieces of dark painted wood.

Original review Jan 2019 (in store): Jacquie was very helpful & not pushy. She helped me find a great couch on sale! Updated review July 2020 (life of couch & service): I’ve been fairly disappointed since purchasing the couch. The chaise cushion of the couch was flattened significantly within the first couple months having the couch. I requested support & they did replace the inside cushion. Unfortunately, about 6 months later it started to sag again. I tried to call & email about the cushion but never got a response. The quality of the couch & the service I received for the price I paid is a little ridiculous.

Had a great experience here. Was looking for furniture for a decent price and decided to stop by here. As soon as walking in the door, I was greeted by the professional staff with a water bottle in hand. I gave them the sense of what I was looking for and they were quick and knowledgeable about their products to match my search and what i had described to them. Once finding what I wanted, the paperwork processing and finalization of my sale was quick and I was on my way, product purchased, delivery set up, and left a happy customer. This store is a nightmare with there delivery process. I spent 4k and Ana Garcia the manager in delivery kept changing everything on what I was told at the store. Then I asked who I could call or email or her higher up (boss) she told me she was the boss and I couldn't talk to no one else. Of course I laughed and said everyone has a boss unless ur the owner and if ur not the owner you have a CEO.. Julie at tu he store was very helpful but Ana Garcia thinks shes the owner and she doesnt have a boss but I emailed all her bosses because she has alot of higher ups .

Great experience all in all. I walked in for one specific item and sure enough they had it- and on sale at a great price! Michael O. was a great help and down to earth person. This has by far been my best experience walking into a furniture store.. No salesman hassle that usually pushes me out the door. Michael did his job while still respecting my preferences. Carlos was a great help and also down to earth while helping me through the payment process. They also have great payment options to fit your preferences. Overall, I am pleased and will be back!

I placed an order in August, was told my furniture would be delivered by October and did not receive anything until November. My nightstand is still no where to be found, the movers broke my vanity mirror, which still has not be delivered, and they broke my vanity stand but positioned it to where it was not noticeable. I called to see if they could fix it and I was told it was my fault for moving my furniture, that I paid for. I guess you can’t move anything once they set it down even if it’s yours and you pay for it.

A contemporary furniture store. I was greeted warmly at the door and told the sales person precisely what I was looking for. They didn't appear to know their products well as we wandered through the store being shown many different recliners in various styles and shapes. We were told they had more available online. That was a nice idea except I had already told them I needed my sister to sit in it to see if it was a good fit. I don't believe I was heard. We went to another furniture store and SUCCESS.

Had a great experience here, but the only problem was that I was promised two tempurpedic pillows from the last manger Carlos. Then unfortunately, Carlos was either fired or quit so now i can't get my pillows and whether it was written down or not.If i go somewhere and spend 1100 dollars that day, and they promised me two nice pillows for a sweet deal i should get those pillows. I understand where the new manager is coming from but damn, you lost two lifelong customers because of some simple stuff.

I was shopping for a couch and found this place by accident driving by. Seemed overpriced and the selection was not adequate. They have mostly ready-made furniture with a small selection of items you can customize. You can't even change the color on the ready-made. The customizable stuff is overpriced. They seem to push buying on credit so that's always an indication of overpricing. Furniture is nice enough and my sales person was very nice and not too agressive. But then again she is brand new!

I went to the Mega furiniture store today and had a wonderful experience. I was helped by Jacqu, she was really friendly and said hello as soon as we walked in. She asked if we were looking for anything specific and showed us where we could find the tables, she also didn’t hover over us and allowed us to look around before approaching us again. She then showed us a few more items before we found our perfect selection in sectional & dinner table! Excellent customer service!! Thank you jacqu!

My experience at Mega Furniture was enjoyable. A lot of furniture stores that I've been to have employees that won't leave you alone for the entire visit. Jaime was knowledgeable and professional the entire time. He showed me around based off of what I was looking for and then let me explore by myself. The furniture had a nice price range depending on how much money you want to save. I highly recommend this location and Jaime for a stress free shopping experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Mega Furniture. I am a first time buyer and this was also the first time I have been into a furniture store, Mike was the gentleman whom helped me and he made my experience superb and non-stressful. I was never bombarded with sale pitches and there staff really made my experience not stressful whatsoever. For the next time I am in the market for any type of furniture, I will definitely think of Mike at mega furniture!!

Had wonderful service inside this new location! Sales rep Oscar was very nice and helpful. However we chose to pick up my table at warehouse and put together ourselves and only complaint would be that the directions inside box or lack there of was awful. It only has pictures no directions to read or steps in which to put together. So it took 3x of putting and taking chair apart to figure it out!!! Pain in the........otherwise great experience!

It was my mother and I first time in the store customer service was very helpful very polite the energy was positive. The salesman explained all of the sales that were going on in the store, explained how you can finance these items.My mother purchased a beautiful bedroom suit today very good quality she was very happy with her selection. Our over all experience was awesome. I look forward to shopping there again in the near future.

Adriana and the rest of the staff at the Mega Arcadia location were exceptional. I came in on a whim after moving, looking for a bouncy and ended up getting a couch, a lounge chair and an entertainment center all at an AMAZING price. The staff at this location are the absolute best. They are so helpful and knowledgeable of the products that are offered. Wasn’t really expecting to get anything here, but then we meet Carlos who helped us find an amazing deal on our new bedroom set. He was very patient with us as we looked around (plus our kids who kept running around like crazy) and made sure all our questions were answered. Good inventory. Adriana was at our side as we walked the store answering any questions we had. Very pushy. At first we were told we could use layaway to hold something we liked. When we came back and changed our mind we were told that we couldn't cancel our use the amount put down towards layaway unless we matched the purchase price regardless of the product. And they charge a $110 re-delivery fee.

She did not push she showed me everything I asked for made suggestions and her sales tactics were smooth ended up buying more than I went in for but I am very pleased it was all in one stop. I recently visited Mega Furniture not knowing exactly what I wanted for my living room. I was amazed how the staff was on making sure I found exactly what was suitable not only for my home but my budget. When I walked in I was blown away by the happy environment of the staff. I would highly recommend speaking with Alex(the store manager) Or Tee. I can assure you that you are in great hands.

I order 2 bedrooms since April but it’s July and I haven’t received my furniture. They told me one of the items got damaged while been delivered so they reorder. They call me while working when i didn’t approve a delivery date. But they never bother to give any updates on my furniture. I’m still waiting for it. Bad service. They told me they have someone new working in the department. SMH!!

Carlos helped me purchase a beautiful leather sectional recently. He was very helpful, answering all my questions and letting me decide on my own what to purchase. He helped me get the best deal possible, and our fabulous sectional was delivered 4 days later by 2 nice young men. The entire experience was great, and we love the new furniture. Terrible service from the start. Their staff were not very respectful in the showroom and when at the warehouse, I waited well over an hour, with several others helped before me. They don't find my item. Their staff, particularly Maria, called me and rudely hung up on me while trying to schedule a delivery for the item. Not fully sure if I will even get my item at this point.

The staff is awesome friendly knowledge of everything. Vega she's awesome in every way she helped in every step of pick out on what I wanted and super nice and sweet. I've been waiting for almost 2 months to recieve the last 2 pieces to my Beautiful bedroom set. My daughter has been sleeping on the floor for over a month due to broken promises made regarding delivery. I am very unsatisfied!! Don't buy. I have been trying for a month to return damaged item. No one will return a phone call. They know how to beat the credit card stop payment without making good on damaged items. This company is nothing but a foreign owned RIP off. This time they've tried to RIP off the wrong Sr citizen.

Esmeralda is very friendly and helpful. She was very attentive to us and helped us pick out and get approved for a great bedroom set. Definitely go ask for her when you visit.

Came in got greeted by a nice lady wasn’t pushy or anything. Walked around a little as soon as I needed her she came quick. If you need any help come see Jacque she was great.
