Never trust these people to take good care of your animals. Brooke in particular is careless when it comes to the well being of your pets. She pet-sat my reptiles and I came home to my poor guy limping around with a swollen leg. She has since avoided all contact and is refusing to give me my house key back weeks later, guilty much? Regardless, if this establishment is this sloppy when it comes to who they hire I certainly would not trust their opinion or skills. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: I am glad to not be a client of this animal hospital because as I stated if you are hiring people who have a clear disregard for a pets well being then I highly doubt your ability to care for anything I would bring there. I contacted Brooke personally several times and after agreeing on a time to meet for my HOUSE KEY she decided to completely ignore both my partner and I, eventually responding that she "threw it away". I have had to post this review as well as my partner because the way she has handled this entire situation is beyond unprofessional and now her employer is standing behind such cowardice. Speaks volumes about your company.

We switched to Memorial Veterinary Pet Care after our former vet misdiagnosed a cancerous node on our dog, Fred (he claimed it was a liposome, and that we should just put acne medicine on it). Once we received the second opinion from Dr. Kmiecik, Fred had minor surgery, and is all better. It was a no-brainer to switch our pet's care to Memorial Veterinary, and I was definitely glad, when we recently adopted a second dog, that we did! Our new pup is very skittish and shy, and tried to hide under me during her evaluation. Dr. Jordan sat down on the floor and quietly coaxed her into having her heart/lungs listened to, and a physical performed (granted it still involved Ginger being under my legs for a while, but we made it work). I highly recommend the practitioners at Memorial Veterinary Pet Care Hospital. They're true professionals - including the front desk & vet technicians! - who truly care about your pets' safety, comfort, and health.

Do not trust your animals with Brooke. She will pet sit for you but when you return, your animals health will not be how you left them. And it will be impossible to get your house key back from this person. I’m having to change my locks because she “discarded” the key after having a discussion that we need the key back. We will never bring our animals to this hospital because of the type of people employed here probably goes to show how much they truly respect your animals well being. Not every vet tech actually cares; I endure you to find someone else to see your pets

Memorial vet Pet Care Hospital has been our veterinary clinic of choice since we adopted our husky. The nurses and doctors are knowledgeable, gentle with the pets, and try to give a solid diagnosis even when ailing conditions don’t seem to match clear symptoms. There’s always a quick answer if you call on their phone number and It’s easy to book appointments even within the same week (Although they are very popular). They also offer grooming services which we haven’t tried yet, but are planning to do so in the near future.

They are always available to answer your questions. I brought my dog for her first time at a pet care hospital. Because of covid, I stayed outside. A front desk employee came to greet me and my little puppy and came back inside with her while I waited outside. A doctor came to talk about my puppy and answer my questions. They do not hesitate to advice you on how to train/feed your dog which reassured me. Once the visit was done, I got my little girl back. That was a good visit and my next appointment is already scheduled.

I originally called a different veterinarian to book an appointment for our Reese, but they were booked so I call here and I was very impressed with how friendly, helpful and patient the receptionist was with me. She answered all my questions without hesitation. Upon arrival, you can see how clean the office is and everyone is very friendly. The vet was very informative and provided detailed and honest responses to our questions. Looking forward to having our pet needs be taken care of by this clinic!

Dr. Fix is the best veterinarian I've encountered. I've had 3 dogs whose he's cared for and caught lymphoma in one so early we were able to extend her life for over a year. Cathy, the receptionship is the sweetest, friendliest, most knowledgeable vet receptionist I've ever encountered. The vet techs are amazing too! Everyone there knows you and your pet by name sometimes even over the telephone. I will never take any of my animals to any other vet. I mean come on...Dr. Fix...what more should I say!!!

The staff was really nice and accommodating of me and my hamster Gerald. I had to wait 45 minutes to find out what was wrong but that's because they insisted on squeezing us in between appointments seeing as I was worried Gerald was suffocating. They took him as soon as we got there though, offered me water when I asked for an update, and called me to check on Gerald a day later after giving us antibiotics. Great place where they really love pets.

This clinic has been wonderful for my family. The entire staff, from reception to veterinarians, care for each animal as if it was their own. They complete services in a timely and professional manner. They have wonderful 'bedside' demeanor and make the animals, and their owners, feel very comfortable. The clinic is extremely clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Memorial Veterinary Pet Care, especially Dr. Jordan and Dr. Henderson!

Been bringing my pup here since he was literally a puppy. From Doc to staff, the service is consistently professional. When I was looking for vet near me to bring my dog it was definitely a shot in the dark. This was a great choice for my pup and mostlikely a choice he will thank me for if he could do so. Keeping him healthy with the help of the Docs and staff from this place is the greatest gratitude a dog owner can ask for.

On Friday (5/12/17) I called them with an emergency. They were very busy, but they still were willing to take my Lucy, as soon as we got there we were taken to a room and the doctor saw us right away. Lucy needed emergency surgery and they put her on the top of the list. I cannot thank them enough for all they did to help Lucy and all they do to help all my pets. I will always recommend them to everyone I know!!

Dr. Henderson and his staff cared for my sweet beagle for her entire life - almost 15 years. Dr. Henderson often went more than the extra mile for Maddie as she got older and started having more and more difficulties. They treated her as if she were their own. If you are looking for a family vet who will take excellent care of your pet, be it cat, dog, guinea pig, etc....you have found the right place.

My precious Shaw kitty passed away in my arms on 11/24/23 a.m. peacefully. I was welcomed with sweet and kind open arms by the staff. They comforted me, explained the process to me and gave me all the time I needed. To say goodbye to my Shaw kitty. We have known Dr. Henderson for 25 years and have taken our pets to him for the past 20 years. While his staff has changed over that time, the quality of care and the friendliness of the staff and doctors has not. They have always been willing to answer questions and explained things to me very clearly (sometimes better than my own medical doctor would).

Every time I have visited, the vet took her time to explain what is going on with my dog. I have been taking my pets to MVP for 25+ years. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The whole staff is very personable and knowledgeable. We have had several dogs and thru the years have had to put some down. The staff was very compassionate and professional. Dr. Henderson is great and explains "issues" very clearly! I love them all!!

I have seen several Vets with my Dog Molly. This is by far the best clinic we have ever been to. We have used all of their services and everything has always been fantastic. In addition they are so friendly and you can depend on your pet receiving the best care available. They helped me through several serious illnesses with Molly.

Excellent staff, they love what they do and care about the animals. I also find their boarding fees to be some of the best in town and my dogs are always well taken care of. Also them being open on Saturdays is a bonus for those of us who have to work during the week. They also provide grooming services during the weekdays.

I came to this vet after having a very bad experience elsewhere and I was more than a little concerned. The facilities were beautiful, the staff went out of their way to help me with paperwork and my pets care. The vet herself was kind and caring and took excellent care of my corgi. Dr Jordan has a special way with dogs. She is the best at caring for my dog Bebe. Bebe doesn't like to visit the vet, but her tail wags happily when the doctor enters the room. :-) The girls at the front desk are always pleasant too.
