We hired a RAV4 from Metro for a 12 day self-drive in Feb 2023. Since most of the car hire companies in Nairobi offer the same day rate our choice to go with Metro was based on their clear and consistent communications prior to us leaving Vancouver, Canada. The hotel pick up and drop off at Wilson Airport were timely, which was appreciated. The RAV4 was a great choice for all the various road conditions. We took good care of the car, and the car took good care of us! No unpleasant surprises. Thank you Kelvin for taking care of us.

I used Kelvin on the recommendation of someone and I am glad I did. He was very professional and we kept in touch regularly. I hired a Coaster bus and used it for an out of town excursion on 6th August 2022. The driver was IN time (not ON) and he was very patient. His name is James and he is a personable and likeable guy. He drove well, and we had good conversations along the way. The minibus was also in a very good condition and we enjoyed being on it. I will certainly be using his services in the future - no doubt.

I had Kenneth for a day out in Karen as it is quite spread out. He drove me from my hotel in Kilimani and back to the sights (Elephant Orphanage, Giraffe Centre etc), shops, and restaurants in the area. He was excellent. He answered my many questions as he showed me around, showed me where I could exchange some foreign currency, and it was great having the flexibility of going anywhere I wanted to throughout the day. Thank you.

Very unprofessional staff. I did not even get an email response from the company until I had to call the representative at 3PM and he promised to send me an email. He sent me one at 5:30 PM and he said there is no fleet. Why keep a customer waiting the whole day for a response??? I could have called other companies rather than having my time wasted. Please use their services at your own risk!!!!

First time in Nairobi for my wife and I. Always nice as a foreigner when things are very easy and safe when visiting a new/different country. Great service…it was very easy to arrange everything with a few texts over WhatsApp. Upfront pricing, driver showed up on time, clean car, exact car I requested, and very respectful driver (Mr Bakari) during our travels! Would definitely use them again.

Used the service for 1 week with multiple transfers and visits. Drivers were super professional, always on time for pick-ups and super friendly. Local guides both in town and national park provided an excellent experience. Thanks for the help Metro Car Hire crew.

Auto ve skvělém stavu za dobrou cenu. Měli jsme Toyotu Land Cruiser a na self-drive safari naprosto super. Kelvin byl velmi ochotný a přesto že jsme se přesně nepochopili kdy a kde auto vyzvednout/vrátit, všechno jsme obratem vyřešili. Moc díky :)
