My husband and I were in the area and looking to add a few pieces of furniture to our new house so we stopped in. The salesman was incredibly helpful, no pressure whatsoever. They let us roam around as long as we wanted and gave us suggestions, like asking us what were the dimensions of our entry way because the piece we were looking at was quite large and did not disassemble. We were so grateful for his input because when we went home that night and measured it, there's no way it would have fit. We went back to the store and picked something else, which wasn't on the floor model but the salesman said he could find it, and of course he did and in the color we wanted. They offer a great no interest finance option so we went with that. The application process took less than 5 minutes and we got approved to buy everything we wanted, plus shipping and warranties, with no money down. Shipping was on time and the movers put in everything we wanted how we wanted it, even moving around other furniture so that it was exactly to my liking. The furniture itself is great, simple yet well made. We have pieces from Ethan Allen and Walter E. Smithe and the piece we bought from Milwaukee Furniture gets more compliments and was significantly less expensive. I will definitely come back. The whole transaction in one word would be seamless.

I have shopped at Milwaukee Furniture for a while now and have never been disappointed until now, I order a upholstery bed frame from them, moved into my new apartment, went to organize my bedroom and there were several nest of bed bugs in the head and foot Board. I called the store to let him know and I just wanted them to come and pick it back up I no longer wanted the merchandise because there were bedbugs in it the salesman told me that the bedbugs didn’t come from them it could have come from my apartment which I had just moved into and they had just fumigated because I asked for them to fumigate since I was buying all new furniture the salesman then proceeds to say well you can ask an expert but bedbugs don’t come in new furniture which is completely incorrect he did not say that they will come pick it up they will come look at it or anything so I’m paying for a bed frame that I don’t sleep in he was not apologetic and did not give me any options at all I will no longer be shopping be Milwaukee furniture.

After browsing around the big-name stores (Bob's, VCF, CB2, etc.) and being disappointed in their selections and prices, we decided to stop by Milwaukee Furniture with no intention of buying. 10 minutes in, and we bought a new couch, oops. It couldn't have been a more seamless experience. They didn't pounce on us like the other furniture stores; we were able to peruse at our own speed and ask questions when needed. Once we picked a couch, it was easy to set up delivery and payment. I was honestly expecting a 6-8 week lead time so imagine my surprise when they said they could deliver ANY DAY that we wanted. We picked a week later just so we could prep. The delivery guys confirmed the day before, giving a 3 hour window, and they are truly magicians with how they handled the couch sections and managed to squeeze it through short doors and tight corners. Real MVPs. Price and value is unmatched by the big name stores. Love supporting small and local businesses. Couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Very happy with Milwaukee Furniture across the board. I looked at 4-5 furniture stores in the area, but ending up buying my sectional here for a few reasons. 1) Solid selection of quality furniture in store. I liked the pieces here more than the other places I tried, and price was competitive if not better. 2) great in-store service. Got a recommendation on my first trip, brought my girlfriend back with me two days later (she also loved the sectional) and we finalized the purchase and set a delivery date. In and out of the store in 20 minutes! 3) fast and professional delivery. Sectional was delivered less than 2 days after purchase by two guys who did a phenomenal job getting some big pieces up my 3-story staircase. Set it up perfectly and were super friendly! $80 total, which was a no-brainer for me. Definitely give this place a look if you’re in the market for furniture!

Absolutely horrible customer experience here. I wouldn’t recommend. I walked in to look for a couch and ended up seeing an Ashley’s Chime memory foam mattress that was on sale. Me and my friend were debating whether to purchase it and one of their staff members (long hair and with a mask) kept coming to check in on how we were doing. He was becoming pushy and rude at some point but we ignored him. I almost bought the mattress but last minute decided not to buy it. The same staff member came up to us and asked how we were. We started responding that we weren’t sure about the mattress, bla bla and he literally didn’t respond and just walked away! Never been so glad I didn’t spend money at a place in my life!

The worst company I ever had a chance to buy from. We purchased a sleeper sofa from them from their store on Amazon. Luckily I called just to ask one question regardless delivery. They made a mistake of selling us sleeper sofa that wasn't in their inventory. And the guy on the phone told me that this will be just regular sofa, not the sleeper. He even gave me the phone number to the person who would take my old sofa away so the new one will be delivered. After he hanged up he just cancel our order!! Just cancel without a say! Without any compensation for making a mistake and selling us something they don't even have! No apology even! Liars! Stay away from them!

Milwaukee Ave Location. We came in needing some furniture (just moved here from Denver), and the guys here helped us a lot. Their sales people were the perfect combination of helping us when we had questions or showing us features on items, but also giving us space when we wanted to browse on our own. We bought several pieces and MF worked with us on delivery dates and set almost everything up for us (letting us know about the one piece we'd have to set up on our own). I recently purchased a bedroom set from this place and they did not deliver the correct one. When I came in the same day they delivered the bedroom set they claimed I purchased the cheaper one when I wanted the more expensive one. Why would I be upset with paying less money? That doesn’t make sense. I wanted the more expensive one. Then when I came to get the one I wanted they were claiming it’s going to take two months now, but they didn’t say that AT ALL literally the day before. Suspicious activity.

Bought a couch and a recliner from Milwaukee furniture, their people came and attempted the delivery but the couch wouldn't fit through the front door of my apartment. The manager, Mike, went above and beyond to be sure I wouldn't have to settle for accepting a different piece of furniture I didn't want or forcing me to spend more than what I already paid. In the end he made the situation right. I'd recommend this store to anyone, good honest business practices.

The owner Mike and his salesman are awesome.My first experince was good,picked out a couch I liked .Unfortuntly when delivery day arrived it wouldnt for thru my front door.Seems we had the measrements off by an inch or so.I went back to the store same day,they helped me find a smaller couch I liked same color,but smaller .And they waived the 2nd delivery fee for me.Which helped so much because I couldn't afford another delivery fee.Very nice people.Shop here!!

Lovee them! I’ve been coming for years with my mom, and now myself. I never leave empty handed. Just purchased my third furniture set with them. I wasted my time with five furniture stores before I happened to find Milwaukee Furniture of Chicago on Yelp. Jose and Mike were able to secure financing and arrange delivery in less than 15 minutes. I only paid for 15 minutes on the parking meter so I had to move fast . They have a huge selection and were laid back, unlike the typical commission hungry salesmen in furniture stores.

Very helpful and communicative, I purchased a L section couch from this location two year ago they delivered it to me within two days and made the process so simple. I recently needed to call back for the receipt of this purchase and they made sure to help me right away by sending over the paperwork in my email with no questions asked! The furniture is great, I'm very happy with the sales experience and the delivery guys were great, too, until my building management called me to say I'll get a $150.00 fine because they left all the boxes outside and didn't even break them down. And then got pushback from whoever answered the phone when I called about it.

Nice selection but grossly overpriced for the same items you can get at Bob's or even Mikes on Ashland. The bedroom set for my daughter is offered at $300 MORE here than anywhere else. They mark up their prices super high youll think something is "on sale" and in reality it's still more expensive than buying elsewhere.

My roommate and I ended up buying almost all of the furniture we needed for our apartment, including a sectional couch, TV stand and dining room table.
