Scam! Paid to speak to a doctor in Amsterdam. The website looks as though it is in Amsterdam... Spoke to the doctor who sent me a referral to the hospital as well as a script. The hospital sent us away and were surprised at the website as the doctor was in Malta and this was not something that they treat in emergency in Amsterdam. The script was also rejected by 2 pharmacies. We ended up paying to see a doctor face to face after wasting half a day at the hospital waiting. I was told via email that I would recieve a refund and nothing... The doctor and hospital stated that they would be alerting the relevant medical bodies in Amsterdam. Beware!!!

The doctors are all untrained from third world countries, no pharmacy or hôspital will accept their prescription, because they are known as scammers who just randomly Google the symptoms to give you prescriptions. In fact, quoted from one of the pharmacist I talked to:”we will never admit the legitimacy of mobi doc nor will we ever accept their prescriptions, because there’s no way to verify their source or qualifications” so do yourself a favor and go see a real doctor with actual practices!

Forgot my inhaler while on vacation in Amsterdam. This was a much cheaper and time saving alternative than trying to book a doctor. I went to 2 small pharmacies and they both accepted the prescription(first didn't have the inhaler) The OLVG east hospital pharmacy however does not accept this prescription. So just go to a small one and it should be fine.

This service is really great but just know that some pharmacies in Amsterdam won’t accept prescriptions on PDF from the site so be sure to request that Mobi Doctor calls in your prescription to a pharmacy for you. Otherwise, this service is affordable, easy, and super convenient. If you have issues you can chat them for help and they will be responsive.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! are you really doctors or just pretending??since they are not able to help. i requested a refund. they did not send my money back. i am trying to log in my account on their website but i can no longer access it. SCAMMERS!!!! BE AWARE!!!!!

Terrible doctors, their prescriptions are not accepted anywhere. They are not authorized by inspection to prescribe prescriptions and yet they do. Don't use their bad services :(
