Update 05/27/2023: After making my purchase of said CT 200h, I was in a wreck two weeks after my initial purchase with an underaged, uninsured, unlicensed teenager car totaled. So back to needing a vehicle, except I wanted another CT 200h. I shared my experience with Clarence who immediately got busy searching for my next CT 200h. A couple of months went by with Clarence, my partner (more her than me), and I searching for a replacement. There were a few prospects available but I didn't feel comfortable going to any other dealership/person to purchase another used car. Not after my extremely positive experience with Monigan Transport coupled with some of the shady practices of several dealerships. I couldn't bring myself to place my faith on the integrity of the next sales person with my next purchase. Short story long, Clarence came through again, finding me another car that was in better condition and with fewer miles than the one I lost. The journey was a tough one and had me questioning myself, fighting the urge to give in and just "get something". Very glad I stayed the course and placed my trust in Monigan Transport and Clarence. If you are looking to make a used car purchase, you won't find another dealership or owner with higher integrity, stick-to-itiveness, and attention to detail that you can spend your hard earned dollar with. I recently purchased a Lexus CT 200h from Monigan Transport. Clarence was very attentive and transparent with his approach on selling you a car. He is meticulous when considering vehicles to add to his inventory and sell. But most impressive is his honesty and directness in what he can do for you, with regard to assisting you with weighing your options for your purchase. But his greatest asset is his passion for your buying experience to not be a "typical car buying/sales experience" when considering a purchase from him. I walk away with the feeling of having NOT purchase a typical car from a typical car sales person. Nor does he reach too far with his inventory. Being a small business owner, I appreciate his personal yet measured approach to selling cars. He will be my first consideration for future used car purchases, and my first recommendation to anyone I interact with who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

I purchased a beautiful silver, 2013 Lexus ES 350, on 11/16/2023 and where do I start? I can’t say enough about the great buying experience with Clarence at Monigan Transport. It had to be the best buying experience I have ever had!! He struck me as being very honest and meticulous and the car is absolutely beautiful! It looks brand new inside and out and I will tell you the pictures online were good, but the car looks even better in person. Not a blemish anywhere. I bought this to replace my son’s Audi A6 that is killing me in maintenance costs. This had to be about the sixth or seven Lexus that I traveled to see in person from DC, to Nashville, to Florida to Texas (I viewed them mostly while traveling for work) and this is the one that I pulled the trigger on. It wasn’t the cheapest out of the cars that I checked out but I guarantee you I got much more than I paid for. I couldn’t have made a better purchase. I could go on and on about this experience and the car; the car is perfect in every respect. If you are looking, this is where you want to buy. I flew in from Memphis to see it and returned home and flew back a few days later to complete the purchase and then drove it back (I didn’t want to wait for transport.) If I knew the first day what I know now, I never would have taken a chance leaving it and waiting to return on Friday… Thanks so much Clarence, I am surely coming your way on my next purchase!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I'm always leary when purchasing used vehicles. But as soon as I met Clarence...my mind was quickly put at ease. Not only is he a retired veteran, so if you know anything about the military...integrity is one of the core values, but cars are his passion. So he isn't in the business to screw people over, but to help and have fun while doing it. He made the process easy peasy and I am more than satisfied with my purchase. In fact I will be using him for my next car purchase as well. He does trade-ins and works with a lender who can help you refinance later and works with poor credit. He is beyond awesome. You won't find anyone better than Clarence at Monigan Transport to buy a used car from. He was honest and straightforward about every aspect of buying my car, which was not the case with the other dealers I tried to work with. He goes the extra mile to ensure a great experience, I had a decision to make as I was already a bit over budget, either a 6 month warranty or the windows tinted. I went with the warranty but when I came to pick up the car Clarence had the windows tinted for me! We've already made the decision to get my wife's next vehicle from him. Needless to say, I'd highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

Monigan transport was an amazing place. Very helpful and was able to get me In my car that same day. I drove a long way to get get the car. My dad helped me look for a place and his search ended as soon as he seen the car fax on the car. My dad was very adamant because it was a well taken care of car. So I went to check it out.
