Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. Misleading and unprofessional. The things were packed into boxes with minimal organisation and details for unpacking. The unpacking was terrible. Things just put in anywhere with absolutely minimal organisation or discussion with me. I have a cognitive disability and the owner was aware of this from the initial consult and promised to meet my needs and be cooperative. I contacted her to voice my concerns and disappointment and she disputed everything even though I supplied photos as evidence. She then ignored my emails, phone calls and any forms of communication. She threatened me and refused to refund partial costs for the poor unpacking service that was not what was promised in the ‘contract’. Anne Maree also said she had contacted NDIS and was told they would investigate. This is a blatant lie and dishonest as I contacted NDIS and it was confirmed that Anne Maree had not contacted them because if she had of the process would have been I would have been contacted to begin and enquiry or resolution. Her ability to lie, misguide, charge over $5000 to pack and unpack a one bedroom unit of people who are minimalists is disgusting and terrible. Anne Maree’s service was that terrible that I had to pay another organisation to come and re do everything that was so so poorly done by Anne Marie’s two employees. They rushed and in the spare room just threw items in and closed the cupboard doors with giving a second thought to my needs. Daily used kitchen items and heavy items in the kitchen were put on high shelves that I can’t reach instead of a more accommodating and appropriate safe position. DO NOT INVEST TIME EFFORT OR MONEY INTO THIS LADIES COMPANY. An absolute disappointment with the entire process. I have advised NDIS of this company and of Anne Maree and the absolute anxiety, upset and anger this caused me.

We recently used Anne-Maree and her team to assist with our move. Anne-Maree made time to come over to our house and took a lot of time explaining their services, recommendations and what would be involved in the move. We received a quote within the day with a detailed rundown of what would be involved. They checked in over several times leading up to the move to make sure we were comfortable and everything was on track. On the day of the pack, the ladies were all very polite and all the boxes were packed efficiently and properly labeled ready for the removalists. The quoted time for the pack came in almost to the minute! When you're moving home with a young family, the idea of doing it yourself becomes overwhelming very quickly and having Mooving Matters on our side made the world of difference which enabled us to be able to spend more time as a family together in the home enjoying the last few days there together. When we finally get into our new home, we will definitely be using them again!

Employing AnneMaree to coordinate your move is the best investment in your peace of mind that you will ever make! Her team are wonderful. Yesterday she saved my sanity. We booked a trip months ago to see a new grandchild thinking we would be in our new apartment for a few months, but after many delays it looks like we will settle while overseas. Anne maree is organising everything for us from packing our entire goods and chattels yesterday, cleaning and organising the key return for our rental apartment, collecting the keys to the new apartment then finally unpacking and setting up ready for our return. Her team of women are ultra professional and super efficient. They took less than half the hours it would have taken me with none of the heart ache....and it is very reasonably priced. We are retirees and can't afford anything expensive, but this is very affordable. This is my second experience with Anne maree and I recommend her to everyone. She is heaven sent!!!

Mooving Matters was a 10/10. We were looking for a great team to manage our move and we found a gem with Anne Maree & Mooving matters. She came to our home and was so invested in helping us with what we wanted and needed to make our lives that one step easier for our move. She thought of everything that we forgot and organised it for us. Moving is stressful but this company took complete control and we went away for 3 days and came back to our new apartment all done. No one likes moving house, especially me. And having to move at a time when I was completely overwhelmed with life, just made matters worse. Operating with an extremely limited budget, Anne-Maree from 'Mooving Matters' was a true professional; visiting my home to provide me with an accurate quote that covered the entire job down to the last packing tape. My 1 bedroom apartment was more like a small house, but her brilliantly efficient team packed, moved and unpacked me over the course of 2 days. It was the first house-move where I literally had nothing to do until I was in my new house. They put all the furniture and appliances in place, completely unpacked my bathroom and bedroom (including making the bed). I was very grateful for the peace of mind that came with using 'Mooving Matters'! I highly recommend Anne-Maree and her team and I would definitely use them again.

I had a forced termination of my lease, and a very short time frame to move - in short a horror move AND a rush job. I should also point out that I am an above knee amputee. Anne-Maree Tatham came out and assessed my situation, arranged the packers, arranged the move and arranged to have someone to assist with the unpacking. My only job was to look after my Kat, and keep him and myself out of the way. A top quality, super professional job was done on all fronts - the packing, the [horror] moving and the assistance with arranging both the kitchen and my bedroom - these small things made an enormous difference. Anne-Marie and her team were absolutely wonderful with my Mum's move last week. My Mum is 81 and she had to downsize from her previous unit to a very small independent living unit in Glebe. The job was enormous to say the least!!! Without Anne-Marie's help the move would have been impossible to deal with. Anne-Marie and her and her beautiful girls were soooo kind and understanding with Mum and so practical and logical with what needed to be done! They packed the entire unit, garage too, and then unpacked and put away at the other end... Amazing job!!!! I found Mooving Matters on google and thought it would decrease stress and speed up packing. Boy was I right, we asked them to pack the house, and just went out for the day, came back to a completely packed house, nothing left to do. I decided to unpack ourselves, but in retrospect we should have had them do the unpack as well. You can move house with doing almost nothing. We also used their recommended removalists, while they were about 10% more expensive - worth every cent. They were super careful, fast and efficient - worked really hard all day and made our life a breeze We’ll definitely use again. When you factor in stuffing around, your own time and not knowing how it is all done (and sanity) - I think it is cheaper than doing it yourself and far easier!

We Moved Interstate from Sydney to Melbourne. It was going to be a big move and I was looking for great customer service. I called moving matters late on a Friday afternoon in a bit of a bind having bought goods too large to go into the house by normal means.
