Visited this clinic a few months back, didn't realize it was a video call session with the doctor. Sure no problem. By the end of the session, The receptionist told me that they will schedule an allergy test for me and that I will receive a call to schedule the appointment. That never happened. I tried to call the clinic more than 10 times over a week during business hours and nobody picked it up. I ended up not having any allergy test done. Will definitely not visit this location again.

CALL AHEAD TO CHECK HOURS!! Although the website and the signage on the door both say the clinic is open Monday-Tuesday 10am-6pm and Wednesday-Friday 10am-5pm, the clinic was NOT open when I went in on Friday, March 4th just before 4pm. Nor could the pharmacist working the counter tell me the hours that the clinic IS open.

They are never open, no one answers the phone and the voicemail is full, so there is no way to leave a message. I went in there couple of times hoping I will find someone in person, however not a living soul. I needed a referral to another doctor, and now I have to find a new family doctor first of all.

This walk-in is very new and is looking for patients. I came here after finding other walk-in clinics to be backed up with a long wait. I was greeted immediately and was seen by a doctor within 20 minutes. Would recommend those looking for immediate medical needs to come here!

I went here on Saturday for an eye issue and found the staff to be very kind and helpful. They were all attentive and concerned including the doctor who Maria accessed remotely. I feel very comfortable recommending this clinic to others.

They were 15mins late. Also Asked for a physician to fill out some paper work for me and they refused to do it. Never gave me a clear answer why. I went to another walk in clinic 10mins later and got it done no problem at all

Ali is the best Pharmacist I have ever met in 72 years. Very professional yet friendly. He even delivers my meds personally after his working hours If I'm not well.
