Holy cow....the folks who work there are great...but the sticker shock has me in a tizzy...2002 Chrysler Sebring lx I've owned for 15yrs....parts are the issue....I can procure the exact same parts for 1/2 the cost and from the same vendors. I have no issue with the quality of work. The staff are great folks and willing to explain issues. As things stand now, the job technically is incomplete both doors cannot be opened from the inside....need new interior door handles and one door rod for the r/r. Since basically to complete all that's needed is hardware....it suxx that we now are going to need to reopen the door panels to complete the job. Meaning another 2hrs labor plus parts....I'm not complaining about the work result but the cost for two door regulators in total is about what it would cost for all four. Hate to say it...but I may be trying mobile mechanic ....at least they would not have a problem with customer procured parts.

I needed alternator work on my car that was pretty expensive and I refused to take my car to anyone who I thought did not have good knowledge of what to do. Luckily I found this shop on google and spoke with Charles and his confidence in the work that needed to be done convinced me to bring my car in after letting it sit for two weeks while looking for a good shop to do the work. Charles was super friendly and broke down the entire process with a price quote and all really quickly and ordered the part needed and the techs in the back got the work done quickly. Overall I’m a happy and satisfied customer. Should anything else go wrong with my car I know exactly who I’m bring it to : ). The whole experience working for them was amazing

My son,19 years old, and in the Navy in between mini deployments brought his car here to have exhaust repairs performed. His visit here was unannounced, later in the afternoon. Well what a delightful experience! Scott came highly recommended from a couple of friends. Rob from Chrome it Cycles and Michelle Key. Called him on a Monday at 4:45pm. I was right around the corner so he said bring your car in. My brakes were so bad, rotors were groves and had to be replaced. He gave me a fair price and had the parts and my car repaired by Thursday, that 3 business days given he closes at 5pm but took my vehicle in anyway on that Monday. I’m a very satisfied customer and my car is happy too!! I won’t be going anywhere else. They do all kinds of Auto Repair…it’s not just a muffler shop. Go see Scott, tell him Ms Rosey sent you!

Exhaust pipe @ muffler rusted out near Muffler City. New to area and googled search for repair near me. Phoned shop and was told to bring it in and probably could get right on it. Scott and his technician diagnosed the issue, told me what the charge would be and less than 30 min I was on the road. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend any service they offer. Dropped my car off, had it the next day. The aftermarket exhaust they installed sounds amazing and was a great price. Welds weren't top notch but definitely far better than i could ever do. Highly recommend using their services. Went back a second time, removed the muffler and it sounds even better. They got it done swiftly and efficiently and with a good price tag. Will definitely be coming to use their services anytime i need repairs.

Muffler City Auto Repair is the absolute best! I moved to the area a month ago and had to have my muffler repaired after it fell off two days before I relocated. The best automotive maintenance shop in Jacksonville Florida! They took my classic 1994 Chevrolet Corvette and made it sound so aggressive that I can’t even explain how happy I am. I went to Muffler City on a referral from a friend, and I am quite pleased at the quality. They did some of the best welding I've ever seen from an exhaust shop. I went from duals (horribly done), back to a Single exit exhaust. I was considering single exit and they talked me into a single 3" Super 10 with double walled/beveled tip. I went there to have work done on what I thought was a bad muffler. The company said there was another problem with one of the pistons and that they could fix it. They said iwas not worth it and charged me three hundred dollars. Went to another place they fixed it and runs great for 185. Better stick to mufflers. This is the second time.

Muffler City is no longer my place of choice. Scheduled appointment a week in advance to have an exhaust leak and O2 sensor checked. Once I arrived, reservation not in system. Left vehicle for several hours to return and find vehicle never attended to. Gladly I had a caught them before they closed. Poor service...

They delivered quality and custom work in record time! I was able to get my exhaust and aftermarket bumpers done and the turn around time had to be a record. They wields hold up great and they prices are affordable compared to other competitors! I got my car straight piped from them and the cuts and wields are perfect! oh also no need to bring your own pipe they have they pipe that don’t cost extra for straight pipes or any sort of modification to your exhaust!!

In addition to exhausts they do regular repairs too. Over the years they’ve changed my wheel bearings, sway bar links, and installed a new radiator. They’ve always done a good job and charged a very reasonably price. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Not even a month went by and the welds failed. They were complete globs and nothing was professional. Even quoted me 110 then charged me 160 for some extra pipe they didn't need and shouldn't have used. Don't go here.
