Be careful here. Do not make a snap decision. I was told I had to make a decision right then. That there was a lot of other people that wanted to take a shot For the car I wanted he asked a Lot of money. Unfortunately I made a snap decision. Two days after I bought it the check engine light came on. While it was being checked the cable to the transmission broke and the heater quit working. The owner just kept saying it was a used car. He did finally fixed these things which was around 1800$ I am thankful. I called a few days ago and asked James to mail me a copy of the purchase and he was too cheap to use the price of a stamp. He would rather I pay $4$ a gallon for a gas trip. How cheap. Don't make a snap decision here to add to this the transmission is now leaking fluid. I guess they sold me a junk used car If you are to buy a used car better stay away from this placeby I asked you if I could think about buying this piece of junk and you said no. You did not asked 2 times to walk away You said too many other people wanted a shot at it You knew there problems with it. You said you feared GOD. I don't think so Maybe you should. If you are not a wealthy person and just looking for a good used car better stay away from this place. BEWARE

Resulta que su sistema estaba confuso y en el estado de cuenta están los 36 pagos! Oh my good! Me llamo NIÑO ME LLAMO GROSERO INCLUSIVE ME DIJO QUE YO EN MI EXCEL NO SABIA LO QUE HACIA! Pues al llegar a mi casa coloque a mi hijo de 7 años y me dijo papa aquí existen 36 pagos NO 34! Tienes la razón! Al otro día fui y por sorpresa no me atendió me atendió su amigo y efectivamente me dio el monto total! Quería quitar 300 dls mas! El señor rush! Su culpa asi mismo! Para hacerse la victima y el ofendido! SR RUSH CUANDO QUIERA LE PAGO UN CURSO PARA QUE TRATE APRENDER A TRATAR LA CLIENTELA DIOS LO BENDIGA!

I bought a 1974 VW from here. They were most helpful in the beginning. The issues, with this vehicle, way more than expected. Bought the car the end of May 2017. Immediately the car would not shift, when delivered.Rush cam back out and fixed it. Drove the car about 5 miles, fly wheel issue. Had the car towed and after 8 months the car was gotten back to me in late Feb. 2018. New issue, after another 5 miles of driving the car, vehicle would not start. Had it towed to a local shop, carburetor needed replacing. Now new issues, shocks, ball joints, control arms all need repair , tires are dry rot,and My Dealer/Rapid Repair never secured the gas tank or put the proper gaskets.Found out, as added information, that the places, under the vehicle, that had bad spots and rot, was filled with foam to conceal the issues. I paid top dollar for this vehicle. This car never should have been sold to a 69 year old women who believed she was buying a car in good running condition.

I saw a Toyota 4Runner limited on Car Gurus and visited My.Dealer and it looked even better in person! My favorite part about this dealer is that your visits are personable and they really take care of you from start to finish and beyond!! They were very transparent and honest about the car and previous ownership and not to mention they have a body shop right next store where they do fantastic detailing and all of the works! My car was and still is beautiful. I would 100% recommend this dealership and body shop to anyone and everyone looking for their perfect car!!! Por medio de Cargurus encontré la camioneta que estaba buscando, vine a verla y me trataron muy bien, hablan español y si no se cuenta con papeles ellos ayudan demasiado para poder financiar. Compre la camioneta y a las pocas semanas se prendió la luz de check engine, como me dieron garantía vine a que la revisaran y no fue nada grave, la arreglaron sin costo alguno y hasta la fecha no a fallado para nada mi camioneta. Siempre daba algo mas de lo que acordamos en el pago mensual y me pude ahorrar algo de dinero, al terminar de pagar vine por el titulo de la camioneta y todo fue excelente. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, si usted esta buscando carros sabrá que hay lugares donde llega y ni caso le hacen, aqui no es ese caso, Rush hace muy buen trabajo, es antento, muy amigable y además habla español y se podrán entender perfectamente.

First I have to say I hate buying a car. Rosh made it so easy! I had just lost my Saturn Sky because a 15 year old permit driver decided to go for a joy ride with her 3 15 year old friend the first day of Spring Break and learned the hard way why you need an experienced driver in the car with you. Luckily no one was hurt. Rosh had a beautiful 2012 C Class 250 Mercedes and it was love at first site. He was extremely knowledgeable about the previous owner of the vehicle and was not pushy or anything like i am used to at regular dealerships. He is an absolute gem of a person and I would not hesitate to go back. It's a bit of a drive from my home, but I will definitely be going back for regular maintenance. Some you can trust in this day and age, AMAZING!

My car broke down in the side of the road and I jus got the car in less than a year. Compressor went out Jus 4 months after I bought the car. I keep being told I got a bad deal from friends, coworkers and family because the car is too old for the amount I paid for it. Yes I suffered a huge loss for dealing with this car lot. I will go to a real dealership next time and get a newer car. Better safe than sorry. Seems the mechanic and sales person in this place work together to give you a bad deal, maybe they replace the car parts with older parts to keep you coming back to get it fixed because you didn’t realized you jus bought a piece of junk from a lot that scams people off their hard earned money. Never again! Lesson learned.

Back in 2018, I was looking for a affordable and good used car that I can replace my beaten 2000 Toyota Avalon. I did my research and found My Dealer. When I came to meet Russ, he was very welcoming and helpful. The car that I chose , a 2006 Lexus GS 300 was very clean and still in great condition. Russ showed me everything about the history of the car and answered any questions that I have. Today, as of 09/11/2021, I am finally paying off my car and getting the title. The pass two years the car has been a great ride and even still to this day. My experience with Russ and My Dealer has been very pleasant. If you are looking for a helpful, I definitely recommend My Dealer as a shopping place for your next ride.

My good dealer in my opinion is the best used dealership in houston. They can not only sale you a car but have a repair shop by the name of Rapid Repair to meet all your service needs. They have fair prices and are very understanding of different situations. I don't look at them as just another dealership but more of a second family. The owner Rush has great business practice and always goes above and beyond for his return customers. The employees are always smiling friendly and readily availbe for any questions you may have.I really wish i could give more stars cause thats just how great these guys are. I am extermly happen with them and look forward to continuing to give them my business.

I had a great experience here when I purchased a vehicle! I went to this shop because they listed a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I was wary at first because I have a habit of not trusting mechanics especially those that are selling vehicles. These guys exceeded my expectations when they told me they truth of what condition the vehicle was in. I did a VIN history report on my own to verify, and test drove the vehicle for any issues. I had 1 concern about a rattling noise and one of the owners took it in to check the issue, and fixed it immediately. The owners understand the importance of customer service and will do everything in their power to have you come back and visit them.

I purchased a Y2016 Toyota Corolla LE for my college going son. Vehicle was in very good condition with under 25K miles (I won't rate excellent due to a scratch marks on front passenger side bumper) otherwise it is a exceptional clean vehicle. Extremely professional and personal experience. I went in after looking at there Toyota FJ Cruiser AD online and when I arrived I was warmly greeted by the owner and felt welcomed.
