I had a horrible experience and do not recommend this facility. I was left standing in the lobby, for 30 minutes way past the beginning of my scheduled visit at 9:45am, greeted by no one, desk was empty. Then when the receptionist arrives sometime around 10am, I was asked to sit and she'd be right with me. From the brief awkward meeting with the dentist at the beginning, to the x rays, and then the Dentist checking my teeth before they were even cleaned, the visit was very strange. He made all of my teeth bleed and felt like he stabbed them, then sold me a gingivitis treatment for bleeding gums, which I have never had. Then he tried to sell me a toothbrush before he left. The hygienist said nothing most of the time she worked, even when she leaked water all over me out of one of her tools repeatedly, which she blamed on me for opening and closing my mouth at the wrong time then discovered her tool was not properly connected. I just felt like this whole team was pretty unprofessional and lacked a serious amount of communication and experience. I did not reschedule and will never go back. It also took 2 1/2 hours for a one hour routine teeth cleaning. I go to the dentist every six months, and will go back to my dentist after this horrible experience. Do not recommend!

Everybody here is so sweet and caring, the receptionists, the assistants and the doctor himself even their surgeon who comes in once a month. I had a surgery today, 4 wisdom and 3 others so seven total and I am shocked to say I feel perfectly fine. Aside from swelling, I don’t think I really needed any medicine and I’m the type who usually can’t get oral pain to go away no matter what I do so I am so thankful and grateful for the work they’ve done for me today and the patience they’ve had with my game of 21 questions. They even saw me again post-op to soothe my concerns and assure me everything looks great. I HATE the dentist, but I genuinely think I love this one. Thank you guys so much for helping me through this in such a friendly & judgment free environment.

Honestly this place is fantastic. I have such severe anxiety about the dentist that I hadn't seen one in about 9 years until I went here. His office staff are absolutely fabulous, they told me up front what my options were and helped me pick one I could afford with my budget. Dr. Banhart is amazing too, he's real easy to get along with and talked through what he was doing when I asked (helping ease my stress). I've had a few root canals done by him and his work is just amazing. Both my front teeth were chipped to what I thought unrepairable and I thought they'd have to be pulled. By some miracle he made them look like nothing ever happened and my family is raving. Anyways 10/10 I already have my next visit scheduled

Had the best dental experience ever today and I am NOT an easy dental patient! Dr Banhart and his staff are amazing! This was the first time ever I have had a lot of work done involving drills and buffers and all these tools and I literally felt no pain. I was astounded. Usually I'm sitting in the chair with a death grip on the arm rests, but not today. Today I was relaxed and very comfortable. Thanks Dr Banhart for making my extensive dental visit so easy! Folks I'm telling you, if you need a great dentist with an amazing staff and beautiful office then Dr Frankie Banhart at New Mark Modern Dentistry is the place you should go...and I am not kidding! Highly of him!

I was blown away with how amazing the staff was at New Mark Modern Dentistry! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment for a root canal and crown, I felt welcomed in and cared about. I was even given advice for my pain prior to my appointment. Once in the office the feeling that I was truly cared for was top notch. Dr. Mbata did an amazing job and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the procedure and even made sure I laughed from time to time. I can’t say how much I highly recommend the staff, Dr. Mbata, and New Mark Modern Dentistry. Thank you, to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting during my visit!

I had superb care and a really great experience with Dr. Banhart & team (Thank you Amy, Lexi & Heather and all!) over the last couple weeks! For my first-time crown it was so much easier than I expected. They made me comfortable the entire time and the crown turned out perfect. A few days of normal sensitivity went away and I couldn't be happier! I just went back to pick up the new night guard (new crown, new guard...had to be!)After just 1 night it feels so much better than my first one from years ago. Technology has improved and Dr Banhart is just awesome at what he does Thank you again!

The office is top notch and the staff are incredibly professional. My daughter received excellent care from Heather. She was so patient and kind with my two-year old. I know this first experience will enable us long term success. Dr. Mbata was incredibly skilled, kind, and compassionate. He was honest with me about my x-rays and gave me options. I feel like a partner in my dental care. It has been a minute since I have been to the dentist and he was non-judgmental. My teeth feel AMAZING. It gives me such relief to know I have found a solid dental home in this office.

Going to a new dentist office can always come with some anxiety, but the team at New Mark Dentistry made me feel right at home. Great people, who do great work! 10/10 would recommend for your oral health needs! They answered all my questions, worked with my schedule, and came up with a comprehensive plan to get my oral health back in shape. I just had my new patient appointment with Dr. Banhart…it was one of the easier dentist visits I’ve had. No wait time, friendly staff, and the doc explained everything they were doing. They answered any questions I had & were pretty big on hygiene, which is reassuring as a patient. If anybody is looking for a new dentist, I’d recommend Dr. Banhart & New Mark.

I had my teeth cleaned as well as some fillings and crowns done by Dr. Banhart. The staff was very friendly and very respectful. I felt like they heard and understood me. The culture was really fun, the Dr and assistant communicated well, and most importantly I didn't feel any judgement from anyone in the office.
