My dog is nearing the end of his life and I am absolutely heartbroken. I have been bringing him here for a couple years, since the last vet office started to try and gauge me for money. Even accusing me of beating my dog when he actually had a fungal infection. Thank you to Dr. Binder for helping my boy. Like the other comments state, after Dr. Binder left, this place went into the same stages as his last vet. Careless attitudes from the staff, taking as much money from you as they can, 5 minute visits that cost you over $70. They know he's nearing the end, so they're trying to milk me for all I've got with a "senior checkup", which costs almost $300. Why? Because once he's gone I won't be bringing him back here. So why not try to get as much as you can while the dog is still alive?

The Doctors here don't give you much attention or interest in any of your pet concerns. You have 5 minutes tops to address any concerns with them and after that all the remaining dialogue will come from staff. Its pretty bad. My uncle was a vet of more than 50 years and said that this place has all the red flags of disinterested/disengaged practitioners that he would never let work for any of his own clinics. Maybe if you have stuff that isn't too serious, then this place is ok if it is nearby, but otherwise I would look elsewhere.

They took car of my dog after him cutting one of his paw pads. I paid $1221 for the surgery, medications, and follow ups. They are pretty good. One thing I didn’t like was I was caring for my dogs hand while waiting for the doctor to come take a look and my hands were very dirty and had some blood. I asked for a place to wash my hands and was not accommodated. Also had to ask for less treatment because the original quote was 1551 before taxes. My dog is currently still healing but looks like he will get better sooner than later.

I take my dogs here because of the doctors. However, there is a new lady receptionist who is not so young. She is rude. First time I came across her, she did not greet me or smile but right away she has this impolite attitude towards me. She has no customer service quality. Another guy was also the same. I went there as early as 8am and them two seemed already annoyed to be at work. I will ask for their names.

After 25 years, I’m fed up and finished with North Valley Veterinary Clinic. They have fallen to pieces since Dr. Binder retired. From the hostile staff that answers the phone to not having appropriately timely appointments available due to a severe shortage in staff, including Veterinarians, techs, etc…, I’m sadly changing Vets. After 25 years of being a loyal client, I’m done!!!

I highly recommend taking your pets here.The workers that helped me were exceptionally nice & Dr.Choi is great,but Dr.Franke is exceptional.They are reasonable & not only care about your pet,they care about you also.She had to be put to sleep, & Dr. Franke was so caring about how I felt.

Staff was Very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help ....I took my new puppy in to get her 1at set of shots the visit was super quick they did the shot so fast it was like my dog didn't even realize she got poked no crying or anything couldn't believe it .

Came from another place where I was being overcharged. Here my dog received proper treatment without a hefty bill. The doctors always listen to my concerns and provided excellent care to my furry baby. I'm glad I found them. Would definitely recommend!!!

Please fix your hours. I waited until 8 am on a Sunday morning to specifically bring my very sick dog to this location because online shows as open, only to find out they are closed on Sundays and had to figure out what to do with my sick dog.

Awesome veterinarians. I have been taking my animals, dog and cats, for over 15 years. They are compassionate and their RVT's are just as supportive and wonderful. Low cost vaccinations and a senior discount!
