If there was lower than 1 star that is exactly what I would rate Northpoint Hillcrest. Our car went in for a general service, we called to make an appointment and were told 7:30am 23/6. To only find out they don’t open the services department until later. The service went ahead, where we had to contact them to see if the car was ready for pickup (which it was). A few days after the service our car kept displaying ‘oil level too high’ error code. The amount of times we tried to get in contact with the ‘service manager’ who is basically non-existent and the only person who could ‘help’ and the amount of times we had to ‘wait for a call back’ (which NEVER once were we called back) was ridiculous. We eventually got in contact after over a week of trying, and booked the car in again. The team on, who were ONLY checking the oil levels and clearing the error code, knew we were waiting at Northpoint to collect the car and we again (after 2 hours of waiting) had to make connection to see if the car was ready (once again it was ready). 2 hours wasted, error code still on the dash and apparently oil levels are fine. Booked car in at Mazda- instantly fixed. Oil was filled too high and error code gone. You’re just another number at Northpoint, they don’t care about you. Find somewhere else!

Had my near new dmax serviced and noted that I had a noise coming from the front right wheel. Recieved the car back with no warranty record filled out, no service sticker replaced; even though the paperwork said it had been which makes you wonder what else had been forgotten and listed on the paperwork regardless. They were unable to remove my wheels as they didn't have the right lock nut removal tool, diagnosed the noise as scallop wear on the right hand side tyre which they couldn't fix but charged me $72 for anyway. Previous service to this I got the car home to find they had overtightened the oil sump bolt, crushing the washer and allowing oil to leak all over my driveway. Contacted them about it and had to go back in and lose my car for a full day for them to fix it, which in turn cost me money. I had no offer of reimbursement or an apology. Will not be going back to them again. Absolute rip off

I recently facilitated a service for my Mother’s vehicle. I was so impressed with the entire service experience from beginning to end. A polite & professional person helped make the booking & allowed me to use a loaner vehicle for the day. The loaner vehicle was awesome , a chance to experience a hybrid car for the first time . I’m already considering my next car purchase along those lines ; It’s likely I would not have considered a hybrid without this experience . I felt welcomed on entry. The service was conducted in a timely fashion. I did go back a little too early to pick up , but this was fine because they had a lovely customer lounge, where I could wait in comfort with a lovely cup of Nespresso. The car service - felt like a new car - lighter & smoother. The mechanics did an excellent job. Why would we want to go anywhere else? 5 Gold Star service -Highly recommended.

This review is for the team at Prospect and Hillcrest Toyota. Highly recommend these guys for all your needs from second hand cars to service both locations are fantastic to deal with. I had a fault come up on my Prado a couple days shy of Christmas I called and they were so accommodating and managed to fit me in to diagnose and repair the fault. The whole team from start to finish were excellent keeping me informed of the progress and supplying a loan car for the duration of the repairs. What a team thank you.

It’s a friendly sales team fairly helpful. My Wife and I wanted to look at the Hybrid Rav 4, took it for a drive very impressive. Then look at at the price, went back on the next day and settled on the price sighed the contract. Pro’s (1) Beautiful Car (2) Friendly Salesman. Con’s (1) a bit disappointed that being a Adelaide Crows Member we did not get any extra benefits. (2) 18 month wait is a bit disappointing. Hopefully it won’t be longer! Still looking forward to my new Car.

Customer service was very busy this afternoon for the vehicle service area and client jumped in line with female staff serving without asking me with disappointment. I had to catch my regular service man Alex and he was very helpful with detailed introduction for customer lounge area and my car service paperwork. Free wifi and light refreshments provided at busy customer lounge today.

****BUYER BEWARE**** Absolutely unhinged, dubious, fraudulent and dangerous. The service desk people are only patsies to the manager who engages in fraud. They will do ANYTHING to take your money and will be disingenuine and engage in dishonesty right from the beginning of your vehicle purchase. Go somewhere else, they don't care about you or your car. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!

Purchased my LandCruiser from them recently, was very happy with the service, how quick and responsive they were. The business manager Sidney in particular was extremely helpful and friendly. Made the whole experience a pleasure. Marlons service was great too, he was very efficient and wasted no time on processing everything.

After sale they have very bad service, they cal me for first service fuel and oil check and free vacuum and wash , after waiting of two hours they didn’t anything , they give me excuse after fixing Weathershield we can’t wash car . I am still unable to understand what is problem in vacccum , Very bad service not recommended

Very good service. Donovan was very helpful, he kept track of the whole car buying process and kept me informed. He made car delivery day special. There was couple of months delay in the shipping of the car but I think that was out of Northpoint Toyota's hand. On the whole I am happy with my new purchase.

No problem with the technical side and the detailed report. However with most of my other scheduled services done with other centers I do appreciate them cleaning the vehicle prior to returning it to me. Am disappointed that this was not the case after this service.
