I had an appointment with a sales person named Steve and notified him that I wasn't able to come it at the specific time so he arranged for us another time slot. Came at new time slot but they were not ready for us. We waited shy of an hour, it seemed the like guy was busy sealing the deal with another customer, this wouldn't have upset us if he had the decency to apologize for the delay. Unfortunately only the lovely receptionist seemed to care as she was nice enough to notify Steve that we've been waiting for a long time. Steve didn't care though as he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Attitude was off putting, no customer service. In his text message prior to us coming in was to 'please let him know if we're running late'. It seemed like his time was precious but ours wasn't.

I had booked an appointment to get my car serviced and was told it would only take 1.5 hours. I came on time and was told it would take 2 hours, I let them know I would be hanging around to wait. As I have a little toddler, I decided to walk to the playground down the road noticing where my car had been parked to get serviced. I came back after 1.5 hours and my car was still parked at the same spot. I waited another 30mins and walked out to check, thats when they had begin to service my car. Took them 30mins to service and over 45mins to 'wash' my car which was poorly done. All up I was waiting around for almost 3.5 hours with a toddler and being heavily pregnant. Waiting lounge was dirty with rubbish on tables and crumbs all over chairs. Poor customer service, would not be coming back.

Always had a good experience when taking my Toyota C-HR in for annual service, but when I had to sell it last month, the service received from the sales department was very poor. I had asked for a reimbursement of the registration as I had just renewed it a month earlier. The assistant sales manager told me they might not reimburse it entirely as there were some fees to pay but that he would ask his manager. After many calls, emails, messages left requesting to be called back to have some news, it is like they've disappeared and it has now been more than 5 weeks and nobody has had the courtesy to call me back. Very disappointing. I am glad I ended up buying my new car somewhere else.

I am totally disappointed by the finance manager of northpoint toyota . I ordered a car which they gave me after 2 years in totally different price. I tried to make appointment with marlon and tried to call him hundred times he never picked up the phone nor messaged back. There is different paper work and different payment taken from us. I have bought more then 5 cars from northpoint . But this time it is the last one . Will never and ever recommend this place to any of my family or friends . I have been a very loyal customer to this place but unfortunately you are very bad in keeping customers.

This was the best experience I have had at Northpoint Toyota Prospect. The you girl who was trouble shooting my electrical/battery issue was outstanding with her communication, positive , had great energy and always had a smile on her face even when she hadn’t quite solved the issue. I loved her attitude and pragmatism. I would love her working in my business. Justin as always was outstanding in finalizing any issues and payments and the young girl I dealt with was very positive and a treat to deal with. Great work guys

I've had 2 issues with this dealership to date, yesterday I recieved my car back from a service. I popped the bonnet and noticed there was a bolt snapped off that holds the engine cover on. I went back to ask what happened. The service department asked the mechanic and he owned up to it. The mechanic never told anyone he broke it on his own accord. Clearly though he'd get away with it. Will never use this dealership again. The mechanics are terrible. I certainly expect a high level of care on my car when going to a Dealer.

I came here to get my cars window weather seals replaced and they also checked over my cars brakes as well because they were squeaking. I had a small issue with my front passenger side window seal, it wasn't properly installed. I called them and organised to have it fixed, free of charge. They actually checked the rest of the window seals and said they fixed the back passenger one as well. I'm very happy with what they did, great service and great communication. I've been to this location multiple times to get my Dad's Hilux serviced. Staff are always very friendly, and always offer you a hot or cold drink, which is great if you're sitting in their waiting room while the vehicle is being serviced. Otherwise, their loan cars are brilliant for if you can't stay and wait. Waiting room and showroom floors are always spotless, and they always do a great job with the service. The post-service complimentary car wash is super convenient!

I’ve run service businesses for 40 years. The young lady that checked me in for service (S345CDU) was outstanding and is a great asset to your business! There was a mix up with the dealership I should be at ie. I was booked for Hillcrest v Prospect where I presented. No problem. She solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Extremely argumentative and incompetent staff at the service those girls have no idea. Took them months to get the part and when they got it they say its not the problem and i have to falt it( tell them whats the problem and how to fix it) now the say the problem is elsewhere. The service not done actually and only done on the papers. The break lights wasn't fixed. At least now i know where not to go next time.

Walked in and got ignored, Then got told off for looking at a car inside and then was directed to look at cars outside in 34 degree heat. Staff member gruff and not helpful. When I enquired about prices he told me to go online. Maybe I'll just go elsewhere!! cmi city and cheltham much much better! Do not recommend!!

A little annoyed. We dont live in Adelaide and had our first 1000km check, which was fine and thanks for the washed car, but. We waited patiently in the waiting area for 2 hours and wasnt told our car was ready, had we have been told in fact it had been ready a little over an hour after leaving it with you and wasted an hour sitting waiting. I hope this doesnt happen again.

I really appreciate the way Northpoint Toyota provides customer service. It feels like you are a part of the family atmosphere. I bought two cars with Northpoint Toyota and was very satisfied with the service and the presentation. I also booked a new Prado with the same company and am recommending it to all at Northpoint Toyota. Best service with the best cars.

Wish to put 0 star, went to view car after taking leave .empty diesel and issue with wheel alignment, tyre was gone, asked for gelp and sales person was even worse with attitude. Wasted whole day and took leave for nothing...we bought 2 prado recently in family from CMI AND THEY ARE BEST IN BUSINESS.. WOULD PREFER TO GO CMI.

We are extremely dissapointed with Toyota. After given a wait period of 6-8 months for a Camry SL, we have now been patient for 15 months and still no news of our car. Meantime our existing car ages and price rises are pending. We were 2nd in line 15 months ago and this has not moved. What a disgraceful situation.

my prado not washed properly and the inside not vacuumed as per your mate from northpoint toyota said the prado must be washed and vacuumed the interior. for your information note: the first services has done all of the washing and vacuuming properly. But the second and the third one were not properly serviced.

Seems like a nice place. There's a lovely "guest lounge" where I spent half an hour after being assured that a sales rep would be with me in about five minutes. I watched as the sales person went to two other customers, and then disappeared to have a break. I guess I won't be buying a Toyota after all.

Disappointed with the cleaning. Outside of the car seems like just water sprayed on it and not cleaned properly. There are water bubble marks on whole car and on top of that inside car was not vacuumed.
