I used this garage Saturday Jan 28th 2023 to go to the public library downtown for approximately 1 hour and I was charged $2,500 on my credit card by the machine at exit. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone on the number provided on the receipt or through their website.

Avoid like the plague. Sign outside said $5 from 6p-6a. We parked at 5:30 and left by 7:15. So we thought at most (b/c we didn't see a rate sign) we'd pay for 30 minutes and then $5 for the after 6 parking. Wrong, it was $24 for less than 2

RIP-OFF AND SCAM - someone who worked there told me that if I parked at 5:45pm I would pay $3 for first 15 minutes and then $5 for 6pm-6am parking - Came back to car at 8:15 and was charged $30 with nobody to help fix the problem!!

NEVER park here. I went to breakfast with a friend, and she parked in a garage around the corner and was charged $7 for 2.5 hours. I was charged $30. This place is clearly taking advantage of customers.
